I went to Dr. Wasserman's office about about 18 months ago and liked him and his office mgr, Abbey, right away. I even received a nice "Thank You" card from his office the following week. I was impressed because they thanked me even though I had not decided yet. Was not impressed w/young receptionist at time, but I relayed how snappy and unprofessional she was and she was replaced shortly thereafter. They had several previous complaints of her not friendly on the phone, plus being the first person you encounter via phone or walkin. I was not the first person to let them know the impression she was giving that was not the atmosphere in his office. I delayed my procedure about 5 months due to my husband's upcoming surgery. He had surgery the week I was scheduled to have my procedure so I called and they graciously let me postpone my procedure till he was better at the same price. My procedure was done on November 30, 2017. I was treated like family and all his staff is amazing. He did a great job on giving me a great explant of 30+ year old implants that I needed to have removed. He also did an amazing lift and now I have my perky breast back. I am so happy with my results and consider him to be an accomplished artist in plastic surgery. I recommend anyone to see him before you commit to any plastic surgery procedure. His entire team is awesome! : )

Dr. Wassermann is an outstanding surgeon. I personally couldn't be more pleased. Everyone I know who has had work by him has been elated and he positively impacted the quality of life in countless people. He has an amazing artistic ability in the O.R. He is thorough, informative and extremely intelligent.Keep in mind Sometimes (more often than you would think) results are compromised not by the doctor, but by the patient. If I were a doctor and my patient wasn't caring for their wound as instructed, wearing a garment incorrectly, not taking medications as instructed, don't have the help you need post op etc, and it messed up a result I spent hours in the OR to obtain, I would definitely take that personally. ESPECIALLY if it is an elective (cosmetic) procedure. Do your research of course. I would recommend that you go to a AAAHC accredited facility. But I would highly recommend Dr. Wassermann if ANYONE asked!

For some reason this is coming up under my husbands name, but I went to Dr. Wasserman several years ago to have my pregnancy belly overhang tucked. Its been a disaster. Over my hips I have small flaps of skin that look like wings, I have no waist so my pants won't stay up without a very tight belt, where the scar is there are hard knots where scar tissue has formed. I have lost most of the feeling in my abdominal wall so when I touch it, it feels weird and I won't have sex with my husband without something on. Will never be able to wear a 2 piece again. VERY DISAPPOINTED.!!!!!!!!!!!

The young lady at the front is not pleasant. I went like a year ago.. The office manager was very nice . I didn’t get work done but I did have to listen to their meeting ;and no politeness obviously , my appointment was scheduled same time as meeting.( they were talking about cool sculpting) (?)I waited I waited.... half naked and unattended. Dr Wasserman was kind of rude .He asked me about Connie Chung , weird. No I do not know Connie Chung I did not get the procedure done after consulting. Yes I paid for it:(

After interviewing several plastic surgeons about reconstructive surgery following an upcoming double mastectomy, and getting a little discouraged, Dr. Wasserman was recommended. When I say they left the best for last, that is the truth. Dr. Wasserman is a true professional and at the top of his craft. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and calmed any fears or apprehension I had. His staff is friendly and professional. I have been assisted mostly by Brooke, who is a true professional. She is warm and caring and always makes me feel like I am the most important patient she has. She has made me feel good about my reconstruction and never focused in any way on the evil cancer that brought me there. I actually look forward to my visits because I know I will have the opportunity to see Ms. Brooke. If you are searching for a team of professionals who take the entirety of your situation into consideration and a surgeon who does stellar work - Dr. Wasserman and his team is the answer.

I met Dr Wasserman and his team , shortly after my Breast Cancer Diagnosis in 2016. Being a young woman, just turning 34 at the time, it was a very scary time for me, as well as my family. I entered into the office scared, not knowing what my future was going to hold, or if i was ever going to “look” normal again after a double mastectomy. I remember he and his team making me feel very comfortable and assured me everything was going to be fine. And thoughout the LONG journey of Breast Cancer they were there by my side.... During the reconstruction process , you see your reconstruction dr and his team more than you ever thought possible .... so you better like them ........ they are there with you for the long haul. I love that Dr. Wasserman is straight forward, and would let me know when my expectations were a little unrealistic..... He is a perfectionisnt and he is talented at what he does, so although at times i may have tried to “stretch” my expectations on results, he always brought me back down to earth , but assured me he would do the best he could to get the results i wanted.... And although sometimes i would enter surgery not sure what the after product would be I ALWAYS knew that i was in good hands and NEVER once doubted dr Wasserman’s judgement. If you want someone to agree with you just to agree with you and give you unrealistic expectations, then He isn’t your guy..... If you want someone who will give you THE BEST results possible for your “situation” then you have found YOUR DOCTOR!! I remember once telling him, im not sure what i want, i just want it to look good when i come out..... LOL and guess what.... I DID!!! I can honestly say, I am VERY HAPPY with the outcome after my reconstruction surgeries . I am now 36 years old ...... and i am happier than i have ever been. And i can still rock a BIKINI Proudly......... and people are actually SHOCKED when i tell them i have had a double mastectomy.

I have had an excellent experience with Dr Wasserman and staff here. I was able to get an appointment far sooner than expected (compared to other practices who couldn't get me in for months)and booked my procedure within a two-week time frame :) The practice is efficiently managed and his staff is energetic, empathetic , and well-organized. Dr Wasserman is a perfectionist and does everything possible to ensure a great outcome. Being able to stay overnight at a 'same-day surgery clinic' was an added bonus and made my recovery smoother for sure. Highly recommended !

Dr. Wasserman and all the staff are wonderful. We did have a snafu with bringing our service dog in. The dr said he wasn’t sure they really had a policy about that, but everyone is supposed to accept service dogs. So, I don’t know what the issue was. Also, the nurse asked me where to send my script, and she didn’t listen to my answer, which meant I had to have my pharmacy pull it up and redo it at my location instead of the city she sent it to. Ugh!

I initially chose another doctor and it ended up not working out just simply due to costs, location, amongst a few other things. I randomly got on Google to search for another doctor and ran across Plastic Surgery Consultants. They had great reviews so I decided to give it a try. My consultation was quick and easy. They were very thorough about any questions that I had (which I had a LOT) prior to and after the surgery, and they really made me feel very comfortable and confident with the procedure because I was extremely nervous. My nurse, Donna, talked and laughed with me prior to surgery just to make me feel better and it worked. A lot of the anxiety I had went away. The procedure went smoothly, there was never a point in which I was in an extreme amount of pain, they did not drag their feet with my disability paperwork which was a huge relief for me and my employer, and I am satisfied with the results! What really put the icing on the cake for me was the same day of the surgery, myself and my friends were very confused on how to set medication schedule, when and how to drain the tubes, as well as, a few other post op things that needed to be handled. Donna came to my house just to give my friends step by step instructions on how to help me! Words cannot even describe how thankful I am for them! I would definitely recommend!

I'm not excited about publicly acknowledging having "something done," but I just couldn't NOT write a review. I'm a 56 year old nurse who spends wisely, after reading lots of reviews. New to cosmetic procedures and interested in IPL treatments for hyperpigmentation, I had called several places in the CSRA. I found that information couldn't be obtained over the phone, but rather, consultations were encouraged. I had sent a request for information on photofacial treatments to Plastic Surgery Consultants late one night, and received a call from Abbey the following morning. She was super pleasant, wonderfully knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. Her willingness to share time and information with me was impressive. I made an appointment with Ashley, who is a perfect representative for the facility. She is so beautiful, that you have to wonder if she is just naturally gorgeous with a great skin care regimen, or if she gives her beauty a little help. It's impossible to tell. That's the look most of us want, isn't it? She offered lots of info, answered questions and never pressured me for the photofacial or any other procedures. She patiently and meticulously performed my photofacial, mindful of my comfort every moment. Abbey and Ashley are both well-informed and eager to share their knowledge. One area that neither seem to have been trained in, is sales. There was no pressure, no "act now" sales event. No package deals. I am amazed at the results of my first treatment. It was everything I had optimistically hoped for. I will eagerly make the two hour drive for additional treatments, and regular follow ups. The professional and pleasant staff, the reasonable pricing, and most of all, the fabulous results, are unsurpassed. I did a lot of research before finding Plastic Surgery Consultants. I am so happy to have found them!
