5 years ago, I had breast augmentation with Dr. Miles. I spoke with several other surgeons before him but I knew the minute I met him that he was the one for me. Dr. Miles never told me "this is what I'm going to do." We discussed options, he gave recommendations. He spent so much time with me through the whole process. Dr. Miles truly cares about his patients. He is one in a million and I HIGHLY recommend him!

Best plastic surgeon and office staff in Charlotte/Huntersville! Dr. Miles corrected my asymmetrical upper eyelid lift which was originally performed by another prominent surgeon in the Dilworth area of Charlotte. That physician refused to acknowledge the need for a revision and belittled my concerns. I've never been made to feel that way by a medical professional. It was just a terrible experience. Dr. Miles restored my faith in plastic surgeons, listened to my concerns, provided a reasonable quote, and did a FANTASTIC job fixing my eyelid!!!!!!! They are perfect now, and I wish I had gone to him in the first place. I also love the fact that Dr. Miles himself administers Botox. There is never a concern that the solution is diluted and he targets my exact needs. My son also had a mole removed on his face and the scar is practically invisible. The office staff is super sweet, too. I've referred a handful of friends and they've all been pleased. I can go on and on. Go see Dr. Miles be it for a procedure or Botox. You won't be sorry!!!!!!

Erik Miles is Board-certified and extremely talented in all that he does. The best part about him is that he talks to you on a level that you can understand, and he is humble and very down to earth. Dr. Miles is not a sales person and he is always quick to deter you from things that you do not “need,” while always listening and understanding your wishes and your concerns. He removed a cancerous lesion from from the skin on my chest which is very prone to scar thickly, but even now, several years later, I have a very smooth and very tiny line that is barely discernible, thanks to his caring and expertise. I can wear a top with a low neckline without worry. I would recommend this surgeon to anyone.
