Dr. Saini and her staff are phenomenal. She got me in pretty quick and gave honest expectations. Her bedside manner was great and Theresa was great too! Had a billing issue that was in no way an issue with Dr. Saini but was caused because of Cape Fear swapping to a new system. The fees were dropped after handling that with the hospital itself. Fair price and great doctor that I genuinely felt like she cared about my case. Takes time to answer your questions and advise you what to do to prepare. Thanks Dr. Saini and Theresa it was my pleasure to receive treatment from this practice.

Everything but arms took two sessions and that’s normal so budget accordingly! She also did my breast reduction surgery and she did a masterful job! My experience as Highsmith Rainey was so pleasurable and I was well cared for. I now go to her for my botox and lip filler. My self esteem has been healed with her help and I thank her for being such an amazing surgeon and cosmetic professional! I was scheduled to have a extended Abdominoplasty/pannulectomy by this Dr. On Sept 25, 2017, tricare was going to pay.for the bottom portion, pannulectomy, and I was going to pay for the upper part. My out of pocket cost for just the Dr. Was 4000.00. $ per the Dr. This was paid in full per their request, on Sept 18th, 2017 by debit card over the phone. I was told her fee had to be paid one week prior to surgery in full which I did. Total. We also spoke in person in my original consult the fee of 4000.00$.For the hospital portion, i was to pay 1000.00 for the extra Anesthesia and 1000.00 to the hospital itself which I paid on Sept 21, 2017. I went to Dr Saini that afternoon for my preop check w her, when I arrived I was greeted by the secretary and told I needed to pay another 2000.00$ to the Dr right then or no surgery. When I asked why is there more money needed, i was told that because I had Medicare part A, im on disability, i may get a refund from Medicare for that extra 2000.00$. The secretary wanted me to sign a form saying the Drs office could not get pre-auth from Medicare. I said, since Im a RN, I know Medicare is not going to reimburse me anything for plastic surgery. This Dr. Wanted more money at the last minute and was not entitled to anymore $. She was paid in full by me on the 18th, and would also be paid by Tricare after procedure.. I was so mad, I cancelled my procedure and felt I was being railroaded into giving her more money. If true, and her fee had to be paid in full one week prior to the surgery, which it was, why is she asking for money last minute? My surgery was in 4 days! I requested a refund on the day I cancelled, the 21st of Sept, and I still have not been given my money back! I have called several times, requesting my refund and have been given the run around. Several times the office staff will not talk to me. I have had to use different phone numbers to get them to answer the phone, them not knowing its me. Im tired of waiting and now Im preparing lawsuit for the return of my 4000.00$. The hospital has already refunded me the 2000.00$. This Dr, has blatantly ignored my requests. I have notified Tricare, filed a grievance, next will be Medical Board, and I will do whatever i need too to get my money!. This is so infuriating. I think Dr is mad I didnt pay the extra money, therefore she was not going to get paid by Tricare, either, holding my money hostage. Its been 3 weeks and as of today, no money. I have notified my bank and I have requested receipt for what I paid to Dr on the 21st, to no avail. They will not talk to me. I have been kind, patient, never nasty but its getting to where enough is enough. My point I guess is be very careful about this Dr asking for additional money last minute and insuinating insurance might reimburse you. They had a form for me to sign stating this, and I refused to sign it. Be careful what they want you to sign. Insurance companies rarely reimburse for elective plastic surgeries especially Medicare, I really feel Dr was being dishonest, unethical and maybe more. I want people to know that a Dr.who asks for money after they have been paid in full, is dishonest. She is money.hungry and appears she does not care about your over all health. No physical exam, vital signs, bloodwork was ever ordered. I am 54, and in good health. Dr also called me at the outpt facility that day the 21st, called RaineySmith, and told me I needed to stay overnight. That would cost 900.00$ The hospital said " they do NOT keep patients overnight, they do not have overnight beds. I was confused. Now Im concerned. Who would take care of me after surgery? The preop nurse also told me they had no one to stay with me overnight. Dr. Told me Medicare would cover my overnight stay and I should not pay the 900.00$. That might be true, but who was going to take care of me? I told Dr I would go home. Im an RN, my husband is an RN and I didnt need to stay in facility but Dr said I had too. What the heck is going on? Red flags all over the place. Im so glad I cancelled the procedure.

After going to several doctors I finally settled on Dr Saini to do my procedure. Literally every aspect of my experience with her and her staff was a pleasant one, they were very welcoming and professional. From my first office visit, she and her staff treated me with nothing but respect, and listened to my concerns and questions, and went out of their way to work with my schedule. Both before and after my surgery Dr Saini was available to me, and gave me her personal cell phone number to call if necessary. I am very pleased with the results of my surgery, and my whole experience with her. If I choose to have another surgery she will be who I decide to go to. I would recommend her to any one of my family members or friends.

Dr.Saini and her staff are absolutely amazing. I took advantage of their laser hair reduction special and I am so happy I did! And just in two sessions I've seen a drastic improvement (honestly I noticed it after the first)! The laser they use is gentle and I feel no pain during or after the procedure. The appointment is easy and fast out the door in just 10 minutes! The appointments are accommodating to my hectic schedule they even have Saturday appointments available! I highly recommend this treatment and this provider. State of the art treatments with quality care that are affordable!

Dr. Saini made sure I was comfortable and ready for my surgery. I had a breast reduction April 22 2019 and I am so happy with the results. Not only am I happy with the size, I am also happy with the way I look and feel. Because of my insurance, I only had to pay the co-pay out of pocket. I had my first consultation with Dr. Saini February 16 and right then is when she scheduled me for my surgery. This was a great decision and I am so happy I did it with Dr. Saini!

First I want say how grateful iam to have found Dr. Saira and her office. I cant speak highly enough for her office they are AMAZING! From my very first consult visit to my very last visit post surgery i was greatly satisfied!! Dr. Saira was straight to the point, explained everything for me, answered every question i had, very compassionate, great beside manners, you can tell she really loves what she does and not just doing it . I got an breast reduction on June 12 2019 and omg, Dr.Saini did her magic not only was I satisfied with her staff but also Highsmith Rainey's Hospital staff. Went to have cyst cut out. 2 were not properly removed. They were still there when the stitches were removed! Also, one set of stitches came out. It was a Saturday and she wanted me to wait until Monday to have new stitches put in. Mind you I had an open cut all the way through my layers of skin down in the underlying tissues. I drove to urgent care, paid another copay and had new stitches put in! Also my scars look terrible. I will not be going back to her to have the two cyst removed that she did not remove properly, I will find another plastic surgeon!

The first day I met Dr. Saini, one thing that stood out was how relaxed the consultation went. I received a call one hour before my appointment and was told that it needs to be rescheduled, because the doctor needs to sleep. I was already on my way, since I live 45min away. Babysitter was already at the house, watching my kids. I had confirmed my appointment twice. People plan their days around appointments, if you can’t honor an appointment, let the clients know that it might be cancelled. Terrible customer service!!!

I went in for a consultation yesterday and the doctor who sat with me during my consultation didn't tell me much about the procedure out side of my questions I had for her. After I left the office, I did more research on consultations and the surgery I wanted to get. The Doctor, did not properly consult with me and I am frustrated and mostly dissatisfied that I paid for a consultation and was not given full services for one. I was not measured, The two options were vaguely explained to me, and there was no discussion in depth about the best way to perform the procedure for the area I wanted to cosmetically enhance. Other than that, she was very sweet and kind and friendly. I just wish I had gotten more information outside of my questions and a better understanding about my procedure there instead of online after I left.

Please don’t trust this woman! I was referred to her by my dermatologist for a stronger prescription skincare line. I purchased the products out of pocket as they are not covered by Insurance. I have since found out that she charges DOUBLE, I said DOUBLE what other doctors in the area charge for the EXACT same products!! I didn’t spend thousands for a surgical procedure and this may seem like a small matter, but it’s truly not. If you are dishonest in small matters, you’ll be even worse in a large matter!!

I’ve never felt so cheated and scammed...I saved my hard earned money and trusted this doctors recommendation and followed it exactly....thousands and a year later the issues I went to her with are the exact same so when I confronted her with my husband and I she attacked us verbally and all we wanted was something done for all the money we spent plus driving 4 hours round trip to see her for absolutely zero results ...also one of my appointments we drove to and the office was closed...she said it was a snow day in May?? Her sweet demeanor will fool you and her true colors came out when we confronted her with how displeased we were!! If I can save one person from going to her this review is totally worth it. I am a Christian and have no reason to lie. I pray this never happens to another soul!!!!

I would give -10 stars if I could... This is by far the worst place EVER! Dr. Saini is nothing but a money hungry greedy liar!!! She took 150$ from me for a 2 min consultation, lied to my face telling me she can get my claim approved by tri care, told me she had what was needed " right there" ( her office) only to call me once the claim was approved (100%) to tell me " oh I want to do it at the hospital" hospital? Why? You never mentioned the hospital. Of course not in a 3 min consultation there was barely any time to sit and talk. After all those lies. She tried to get yet another 150$ from me before we can even book the appointment. Now 2 full weeks later she tells me I called her office too much and that her staff doesn't like talking to me. How unprofessional can a person be? Tri care told me my co pay is 25$, even called Dr saini telling her about my benefits. The representative noted on my acct " very difficult provider" now I did call her office but that was only to find some clearity after being lied to and mislead for weeks. Please do not use this provider. Look at all of her before and after photos. Do your homework. Pay a few $$$ more and go with a professional honest and caring surgeon. Dr. Dickerson is my life saver. I will report dr.saini to the board of surgeon. The better business Buero, file a grievance with tri care, and post a review on any web site I can find. As far as her staff goes? There is never the same person. I guess she use's a temp agency so she doesn't have to pay her staff more than minimum wages. Money hungry and greedy. Again look at before and after photos. Mine was only for botox injections. I would never ever allow her to do any type of surgery on me. Sloppy work. But she charge u 5000$ for a totally deformed tummy tuck only so u can come back unhappy and pay her another 3000$ to fix it. Colleagues talk about you dr. saini. And I will make sure everybody else will talk and stay away from your lying deceitful money hungry self too.

This lady doctor was very dismissive at my consultation. I paid 25 dollars for her to just look at me and say I needed a tummy tuck. I went for a BBL consult. After reading about the requirements I figured I would be a good candidate. But she didn't even touch me. She barely asked any questions. Mind you, I had 3 babies. I gained weight. Went from a size 3 to a 9. That doesn't sound like only a tummy tuck! Anyways, I waited to post this because I went to Florida for a consult with a more experienced doctor, and he said I have just enough fat to fill in my dip hips and everything. He did said I'm the perfect candidate for a BBL. Got into details and everything, (didn't charge for the consult btw). UNLIKE this doctor who made me waste my money for her to tell me I don't have enough fat to transfer, when I DO!!! I mean come on if your office is going to be open on Saturdays at least be present. If she was going to be all passive & rude, then she doesn't need to take appointments on Saturdays!!

It was amazing to have a Doctor who I not only connected with, but who explained every step process and made me feel good about my decision to have this procedure. The ability to call her around the clock was comforting. Dr. Saini practiced pain management before I realized I was in pain. The staff was amazing! I felt supported and respected. Ms. Carol's customer service skills are superb! The atmosphere was welcoming from the moment that I first made the decision to use this practice for my procedure. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and open to discuss any concerns I had. It was their friendliness and communication that allowed me to walk into the hospital on the day of the procedure with little to no concerns. When I look in the mirror now I feel like my body finally matches how I've always viewed myself. Dr. Saini is absolutely wonderful! I've suffered with severe pain in my back and neck since middle school (I'm 24 years old now) due to extremely large breasts. I can't remember a time that I wasn't wearing a bra in my life. After 2 kids they grew even larger and became even heavier. I finally decided to go to my doctor and he referred me to Dr. Saini. My breast reduction surgery was scheduled only one month after my initial consultation. The day after my surgery I had already notice the back and neck pain were gone! She brought me from a 36G down to a 36C and I'm still swollen a little so I think I'll actually be smaller! They look amazing and feel amazing! Best of all, because of Dr. Saini I am pain free! One star is being generous, and because I have to select. Tricare covered my breast reduction due to medical reasons. I was a 38DDD and wanted to be a D; I was told during consult she "had to remove so much for it to be approved for coverage". Tricare claims dept denied there ever being a chart or having a system for authorization due to them not being medical professional. I believe Saini took as much as she wanted from her personal judgement instead of following my requests. I had a bad infection and yeast rash as a result of her underprescribed antibiotics, lack of post op care instructions, and leaving my post surgical bandages on for 8 days! Her instructions were to just wash every day and air out refusing to acknowledge my bad case of cellulitis. She eventually referred me to a competent infectious disease Dr. I had to be place on 8-9 different medications before my rash cleared plus IV antibiotics thru a picc line for 4 weeks! I also have suffered from PTSD and separation anxiety due to this regretful decision I've made and major permanent change to my body. I have to see a counselor and was prescribed antidepressants and anxiety meds. I don't really need those meds, but Saini never once asked me how I felt about my new body or considered my feelings thru this entire hell of a process! I planned for 1 month of recovery downtime and it turned into 3! I hope this prevents someone from experiencing my unnecessary trauma...

She is hands down the best doctor I have ever had to experience! I had many consultations at different facilities for a breast augmentation. When I went to my appointment with her, I immediately knew she was the doctor I wanted. She gave her honest opinions with also still understanding my wants. The week of my surgery I had a mini freak out and called her to see her to talk. She took me in that morning and made me feel 10x better. My biggest fear with this surgery was that I was going to look at myself afterwards and not feel like “me” anymore. She made the size so perfectly for my body! I got fat during my six months of learning language on Fort Bragg. The Army frowns upon that, so I got liposuction from Dr. Saini in the flank and abdominal areas two months ago. The results are amazing. I went from a 37" waist to a 32" waist. I look like I did 12 years ago when I first got out of basic. I did follow her after-care guidance religiously, though. When she tells you to wear an abdominal binder 24 hours a day it isn't because she wants you to look like a suicide bomber. It's necessary for the healing process. I see from the other reviews on here that some people don't like how she tries to talk them out of it or suggests non-surgical options. If your ego requires that someone agree with you wholeheartedly, then she probably isn't for you. I had researched everything fully beforehand and knew exactly what I wanted, so that's what we went with. I think a lot of the negative reviews on here are from people that haven't done research beforehand and aren't good candidates for cosmetic surgery. It has its limitations and they're pretty easy to learn through Google. You pay upfront. Her office was very helpful with getting the hospital and anesthesiologist to back down when they then tried to come back and bill me for several thousand extra dollars more than had been agreed. It takes several calls because the Cape Fear Valley medical system is a bunch of thieves, but the price she quotes you is the price. Her after-care is good and in follow-up appointments (included in the price) she made recommendations for changing how I wore the binder and padding that worked. Once you're actually a patient she has an excellent demeanor. I assume that plastic surgeons have a lot of potential customers that come in and waste their time by chickening out or being completely unaware of the probable outcomes and risks. Dr. Saini and her front desk staff were awesome. My experience with her in October of 2016 was my first time EVER having surgery. So, of course, I had SO many questions. Not only was she patient and so genuine during our face to face visits- she also answered my emails and phone calls without hesitation!!! Learning that she was prior service Army was the icing on the cake!!! She is very personable and transparent. From our initial meeting- I knew she was the provider I would trust with all my medical needs!!! Not only was she patient with me- the day after my procedure my husband had many questions and she walked him through all of my post op care. I would highly recommend her!!!! It is truly a one on one experience... I didn't feel like "another patient". A few times I had to reschedule appointments due to my work schedule- and her and her front desk staff accommodated me every time! They never showed any irritation with my constant calls...which is so reassuring. Thank you Dr. Saini. You have truly changed my life!!

I wish I could have had my service preformed. The Dr. Seemed nice and was a good listener but scheduling there for me was a problem. And now that I am trying to get my money back it seems like they don't want to give that back to me. I paid them in Aug. Requested my money back in Oct 3rd and now its the 21 and I still don't have my money or a conformation that I am receving a refund. Sorry but I will be going to my back as well to make sure I get my refund.

I haven't been to Dr. Sanai just yet for a treatment but my consultation was absolutely relaxed and she was so kind to me. We chatted for about 45 min about myself and life...There was no one else in the office at the time so she gave me all of her time. She made me fee like I mattered. In an environment like cosmetics, u want to know your Dr cares about you and your concerns. And so far I do feel that way about her. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Saini and her staff! Everyone is so nice and relaxed. I just had my second C02 laser treatment. The first one was better than I expected. Not painful and I healed very quickly. My pox scars and texture of my skin improved tremendously. I highly recommend her!!!
