Dr. Jarchow and his staff are the absolute best! My family has seen him on a number of occasions including extensive allergies, frenulum snip and, most recently, my little one's curiosity with sticking foreign objects in his nose (ah boy) Dr. Jarchow is so knowledgeable, kind and professional. He put my boy at complete ease from the second he came in the room. Matter of fact, he actually said he had fun at his dr. appt. His staff is wonderful, punctual with appt. times and they all just really care about their patients. If you are contemplating an ent doctor, look no further...Dr. Jarchow is awesome!

Dr. Jarchow and his staff took exceptional care of my son when he was a little boy with ear infections and after many years later took care of my son again as an adult with an unexpected cauliflower ear infection, which I had no idea what it was, but Dr. Jarchow assured my son that he would take care of him and worked fast to help my son which made him feel very comfortable and at ease. It was one of the best decisions of my life then and now. I recommend Dr. Jarchow to everyone!!! You can sleep, breath, and feel healthy!

Best ENT anywhere! Wish I had found Dr. Jarchow years ago!Had been dealing with recurrent ear infections and tonsillitis for the past 15+ years also in the past few years had developed severe snoring and sleep apnea. Had been to numerous ENT's in FL and NC and no one would get down to the root cause. After seeing Dr. Jarchow,he decided I needed surgery. Had surgery on 6-12 and was back at work 6-18. Haven't felt this well in years! I am able to breathe, no more sleep apnea.Also my psoriasis is greatly improved to the point it is virtually nonexistent.

Dr.Jarcow or affectionally known as Dr.Bob. saved my husbands life twice.He had a tumor on his coradid artery that is only found in the morgue, so rare only two survivors are recorded in NC. Also he had throat cancer.My husband was a employee of the suite Jarcow rented.Jarcow noticed his voice changing over the months and said come see him.So to the smartest man my husband says he knows.Thank you !

I went in with ear pain due to nerves traveling from an absess on top of a former root canal. Dr. Jarchow looked up my nose and told me I needed a septoplasty. Very scary, having done absolutely no tests first. My 4th doctor finally performed a simple CT scan to find the problem. Beware of doctors who don't perform tests yet want to perform surgery. Shaking my head.

Just now getting around to writing a review for my toddlers tympanostomy tubes that was a little over a month ago. Dr. Jarchow is AMAZING. The initial consultation was quick but thorough and surgery was set for a week later. Surgery was quick and my toddler woke up in some pain and was crying- and the Gateway Surgical RN's held him in recovery until we got back there to get him. Surgery was quick & we were out of there less than an hour after arriving. Dr. J called and checked on him a few hours after surgery and answered any questions. Follow up went great. He genuinely cares about his patients! Thank you, Dr. J!

I love this Doctor he is amazing I have been going to him for years he has done 2 sinus surgery's on me if it wasn't for him I wouldn't be able to breathe through my nose now I used to have numerous sinus infections and thanks to him I don't have any sinus infections anymore

Emailed the staff, months ago concerned about my 1 year post nose op. I never received a reply. However, I’m not sure what was done to my nose, I just remember not having splints in my nose 7 days post. Currently, my nose “droop”, & it still looks swollen. Update: comparing my photos from before and after, I don’t have a nasal tip anymore
