I had BA back in June, I had a wonderful experience with the staff and Dr.McDonough. The facility was modern and super clean. The staff was super friendly and professional. Dr.McDonough was a super surgeon. He did a fantastic job, I am very happy with my result. My scars are very minimal, the pain and down time was minimal. My breast look fantastic. The overall process was awesome and I would highly recommend using him for your plastic surgery needs. The staff and Dr.McDonough made the process very comfortable and easy.

They told me that my insurance would not cover my surgery. I called my insurance and a request was never sent to them. It's all about the money. Thanks for not caring and letting me stay in pain. God bless

I am a three time cancer survivor with a dozen surgeries and many of these reconstruction. Along with this I have had several facial skin peels and laser procedures so I believe I have enough experience in both to be an good judge of quality reconstruction and well as cosmetic procedures. My experience at this facility was no more than a one star. I found the staff pleasant and helpful, but the doctor was lacking greatly in skill and safety procedures. I demanded my money back through a detailed letter explaining the serious and possibly unrepairable failures and this refund was granted.
