I have received so many complements on how young I looked, even had people tell me that I had a glow. Much needed boost since 40 is around the corner. Went to have a small procidure to Lazer broken blood vessels, joeane had the machine turned up too high and I now have a hole the size of a dime in my face. I've tried to get my money back to go to another provider bc I do not trust them to fix it, they won't refund they will only "fix" themselves and said it may come out much larger. And lawyers wont sue unless you loose a limb or something more serious. Just beware

I cannot say enough about Dr McFadden and his staff. My expectations were not only met, but my results are better than anything I could have hoped for. The thing I'm most impressed with is the appearance of my scar (from breast augmentation) I'm currently only one week post opp and my scars already just looks like a paper cut and is hardly noticeable, if it looks this great and it's not even healed yet I can only imagine how wonderful it will look healed. Scar looks great, breast look great and I'm thrilled with my choice of Doctor!!

I have to be honest, I feel like I was used and that my best interest was not being looked out for when it comes to the treatment I received at this office. I started going in January for laser tattoo removal treatments. My tattoo is very small and black and I was hoping it would be almost entirely gone by the time I was supposed to be moving in July. I have now had four treatments and at $75 per treatment I have spent $300 on getting my tattoo removed and it barely looks like the treatments have had any effect. The doctors kept telling me they wanted to keep the treatment setting low to be safe so I trusted them and their opinions. From research I have done and inquiries I have made elsewhere, I am not pleased with the service I received. I feel that my trust and kindness was taken advantage of. I will be going somewhere else for the remainder of my treatment and would just suggest to other patients to not be so trusting. I would also suggest to the office that it always keep its patients best interest at the forefront and not their profit.

I came in to have microblading done. It usually takes 2 appointments to get them the way they should be. I have been in at least 6 times because the work they've done has not lasted. I paid $550 for nothing. My brows look awful now - most pigment has faded except for some harsh lines toward the ends. I can't keep coming back and getting the same disappointing result. The company is no longer responding to my messages. Very disappointed and mislead by this service.

Entire staff is like family-laid back and professional. They do not judge you and and work with you to accomplish the look that you want. Dr.McFadden is not a "pushy" doctor, as other plastic surgeons I have been to, and gives you realistic expectations. I went in for skin pen treatments , the esthetician Mckenzie Rhoda destroyed my skin! I have significantly deeper acne scarring . I’m so depressed over this , physically and mentally scarred . It is so hard to look in the mirror. I got second opinions from two separate dermatologists and they both agreed after Looking at my before and after pics that I have deeper more prominent scarring. Please do not make the same mistake I did and go here for skin pen . Mckenzie Rhoda should be fired!!!!!!!!!!

LOVE this place! I had 2 small tattoos that I had unsuccessfully tried to remove before at another laser center. I researched multiple places and was excited to find out that Advanced Cosmetic Surgery has the Picosure laser. I went in for a consultation and had my first treatment right away! Everything went great; the staff were very nice and spent time with me explaining the process. I am so impressed with the results! Their skincare products are amazing too!

I recently came in for Skinpen with the esthetician McKenzie. I love my results I had minimal downtime and I can already see a difference in my wrinkles! McKenzie was very thorough with my treatment and answered all of my questions. she even helped me get started on ZO skincare I had no idea how to use anything before but after she broke it down for me I feel like I am on the right track! I have had several laser procedures over the years in other medical clinics but this is BY FAR the best experience I have had. I will never want anyone other than Jo to perform my laser procedures. I have been blessed with good genes which has allowed me to not do anything cosmetically until 2 years ago at the age of 42. I work in the IT field at a hospital and had a tattoo on my left arm, down by my wrist that I wanted removed. I went to Advanced Cosmetic Surgery to have the procedure done. I am very happy with the results so far. I will not lie to you it does hurt more to have it removed than to have the tattoo done originally. I can tell you they are wonderful, they injected lidocaine in my arm around the tattoo b/c it was small enough, so I barely felt any pain at all. I do not feel there are any cons to having this done. The outcome so far is wonderful! The tattoo is almost gone after 3 treatments, all I have left now is spot treatments. I go once a month, four weeks apart. I would highly recommend Advanced Cosmetic Surgery for this procedure and many others.

Never saw or laid eyes on the doctor. A nurse did my injections and I had no response what so ever. I did not make a return appointment. However, a few months later I received a bill for $50 for a no show appointment. I called to dispute several times and they refused to take it off. After the 5th bill, I called and Alice agreed to remove the charge. Today, I received a collection notice for the $50. Called again and they refused to take it off. As angry as it makes me it kind of makes me laugh - BIG Plastic Surgeon Doctor sends lady to collections for $50. For $50, is it worth it to have someone out there bad mouthing you??

Me and my husband came here to see what would need to be done for a breast enlargement for myself, I do feel I was treated amazingly by dr. McFadden himself, and was treated amazing by his nurse, all my questions and my husband questions were answered amazingly! Me and him we’re excited to make a appointment to get this process going, but when you go sit down with Laura who goes over finances with you, she was the one who made me and my husband walk out the door.. we own a business ourself and know how care credit works, we didn’t want to go that route and wanted to pay cash out of pocket.. when my husband said to her instead of giving the bank the fee money, why don’t you give it to us instead and we will pay cash OUT OF POCKET! Laura pretty much came back saying no, and would rather us go with the bank instead and let the bank take the fee for themselves?! Who in there right mind sides with a finance company that’s taking the money from you anyways, instead of doing that, why wouldn’t you just give the fee to the patient WHO IS PAYING CASH!? I mean we would do it that way considering we own our own company who uses care credit themselves for our patients, Didn’t make clear since to us, we felt she was just after the money bc we told her we were paying out of pocket... didn’t do much to help us on the finance side and was very rude and “sigh” a lot whenever we were talking with her bc we wouldn’t do it the way she wanted.. so me and my husband left and went to asthetics center in Greenville. I’m more than ever happy with this place! They actually care about the patient instead of looking at them like a big fat money sign!
