The office never called with the results for my biopsy and didn’t apologize for the mistake.. I had to sit and worry about having cancer and the office staff didn’t care at all. The blame was placed on the hospital. Then I recieved a form letter letting me know that I would not be receiving my surgery. The reason given was for questioning why I was not called with my results . So , the office makes an error and I am penalized for it ? Not to mention this is done at the end of the year so I don’t have time to find anything else. Also, who is going to take me after another office dropped me. This surgery was a major need and issue for me . Now I have to go another year feeling severe and dibilitating pain over something extremely petty. I never dealt with so much inconsideration and lack of compassion. If you had a good experience then good for you . This was the worse experience I’ve ever had in any medical office.

I’ve been going to Dr Michaud for years, he’s awesome. I just recently had my first facial with Emily and it was amazing! So relaxing and my skin was glowing. I’ll definitely be back for more!

Dr. Michaud's skill, professionalism and competency are unmatched. He cares about his work, and he cares about each patient. He focuses on not only short term success, but the long term outcome. He performed the same procedures on my daughter who proactively confronted her own risk of breast cancer due to an inherited gene mutation. I had a breast reduction almost a year ago and it was the best decision of my life. After two referrals to Dr. Michaud, I made an appointment. I got in almost immediately and from the second I stepped into the office I felt completely comfortable. For being uncomfortable about my size most of my life, I was anxious and nervous about my appointment and the entire process. Dr. Michaud and his entire staff were so nice and explained everything and answered my thousands of questions. After my surgery (which was far less painful than I thought it would be) the office called me the next day to check in once I left the hospital. All of my follow up appointments were amazing and I am in love with the results. I am much more comfortable now and I would refer him over and over again!

Not only am I a patient of Dr. Michaud's, but I also work in the operating room at Kent County Hospital with him almost weekly. I went to Dr. Michaud after a diagnosis of breast cancer. I opted for a double mastectomy with bilateral reconstruction. Having been present for multiple breast reconstruction surgeries with Dr. Michaud I knew there was no other surgeon I would consider for my surgery. Then to add to my experience Dr. Michaud's office staff was even more wonderful than I could imagine. Very accommodating, professional and compassionate. I am extremely pleased with my results. He did exactly what I asked of him and I couldn't recommend him anymore strongly to anyone considering any plastic surgery procedures.

He saved my life! I went for an elective breast reduction surgery following a clean mammogram that he ordered prior to surgery. My mammogram was clear and surgery was scheduled. He requested all my tissue still be saved and sent to pathology. I received a phone call from him 10 days later telling me that I had early breast cancer. He immediately put me in touch with Dr. Wiggins and only wanted me to see her. It ended up being a whirlwind from there....more cancer was found and I ended up having a double mastectomy and I thank god I did because a tumor was found right up near my clavicle bone which would never have been found with a mammogram/ ultrasound. He is now doing my breast reconstruction and unfortunately that has not been easier due to my body not liking the tissue expanders. Dr. Michaud is someone that I will be forever grateful for. He is such a kind, understanding and skillful surgeon. I'm so thankful everyday that I chose him.

Between himself and his staff, they are professional and you can tell they care and take pride in their work and their patients.
