The reason why am only giving two stars has nothing to do with the doctors, but rather their practices. I had an appointment for my 14-year-old son on 7/29/19. On Saturday 7/27/19, I received a phone call from Weeki Wachee, Florida. I answered it because we have relatives who live in Weeki Wachee. Turns out, it was someone calling to confirm my sons appointment. The man had a very thick accent and I could barely understand anything that he was saying. He also asked me to confirm my sons date of birth. When I went into the office for my appointment, I told them I was very uncomfortable with somebody from Florida calling to confirm an appointment, and the fact that they had access to our information. The office staff told me that in addition to the office in Florida, there is one in Honduras that advanced dermatology uses to call people to confirm appointments! Honduras?!?!? They assured me that these people only have access to our phone numbers, the date and time of the appointment, and date of birth, but I am not comfortable with them even having that information. Again, Honduras?!?!
