I choose Dr. Pollard because of her credentials, years of experience, pictures of previous work and her personality. I did not experience any excessive wait times and she made me feel like I was the only one on her patient list for the day. I was having two procedures done at the same time and everything was well defined physically and financially in advance. On the day of the procedure, just the tone of her voice can calm your nerves and relieve any fears that you have. My procedures were set up as out-patient, but I had post-op issues with my blood pressure and therefore was admitted into the hospital for overnight observation. The next day, Dr. Pollard came to see how I was doing, changed my bandages, made sure that my pain was being managed. I have to note that my nurse said, “She is amazing, no doctors ever change the bandages. They have us, the nurses, do it”. I was discharged that day, went home to recover. I had prepared my room in advance with all the information and supplies that Dr. Pollard’s office staff had informed me. I had no issues with recovery and office follow-up. I would recommend Dr. Pollard to anyone. Her experience, approach and attitude toward her patients is perfection.

I went for a consultation for a mommy makeover. There were things that two pregnancies did to my body that can never be fixed by nature. I was ready to make myself feel better. The consultation was extremely professional. The entire staff made me feel comfortable as I talked about the things I wanted to correct. There was no pressure to move forward and the options offered allowed me to visualize the end result. Dr. Pollard was extremely knowledgeable about everything! She even schooled me on the fact that the naval isn't moved, rather a new hole is created for the naval higher up on the torso in a tummy tuck. Who knew! My Tummy tuck with Dr. Emily Pollard Where do I begin? I am 41 years old and the proud mother of 3 children. One set of 15year old twins and a 9year old daughter. I know that it goes without saying, but twins can really do a number on your tummy. Saggy skin and stretch marks just to name a few. There was no amount of diet and exercise to remedy it. Surgery was going to be my only option. Once the decision was made, I went to consultations with three different surgeons. Each one offering their own opinion of my extra skin. They each offered answers on what could and couldn’t be done and estimated recovery time. Dr. Emily Pollard far surpassed her colleagues in each and every one of these important bullets. Immediately, she made me feel at ease with my decision. Her bedside manner is amazing! I truly felt so comfortable, relaxed and in great hands. That lady is so rude and unprofessional all she care about is money point blank they just took my $150 we talked less the 10 min I couldn't believe the way I was treated there these people that's saying how good she is must be friends and or family unless I caught her on a day she was upset about something she looked at me like I was in the wrong building and it got worst from there
