I am a new patient and the service provided to me was poor. I have made several calls to the office to no avail. When I finally did speak with someone I had to show up in person. The person I spoke with was nonchalant to my situation and did not care that I have been calling for over a month to pick up paperwork. I will not be returning nor would i recommend anyone to this facility. Not a good look for one of the best hospitals in the country.

1) The faculty do not communicate with each other. The reason I gave 2 stars instead of zero is that they have a good doctor here who has a unique certification and was very helpful. Unfortunately, lack of staff collaboration and overall communication obstruct the benefit. 2) It is completely impossible to contact your care team unless you make an appointment. The desk and "portal" response staff are very rude. I have been trying to contact my service provider for nearly a month, whereas the portal says the turn-around time is under 2 days. I have followed up several times asking for an update, and have received very brief and rude responses ("I have not forgotten your message") from the staff that provide no information. Even after clarifying that I need at least an estimate of when I will receive a response to inform my medical care, I received no response. My last follow up was a week ago and I have had no response. I am about to go somewhere else and just start from scratch. 3) Like everywhere else, doctors will argue with you, believe they know your body better than you do, and refuse to accept findings from other medical practitioners that you have learned along the way. I'm sure that this would be an acceptable place to go if you break a bone or get a basic sports injury, torn ACL, etc., but if you have anything that is not "by the book," go elsewhere.

The best I've ever experienced. State of the art facility with first rate Doctor & staff. High recommend!

One star is too much ,we had a really bad experience at this place ,I don't recommend it to anyone .when we needed fast treatment and someone who listens and act quickly according to our situation, there was a total lack of Care and ignorance .first thing you want in a doctor you choose is the Care and willingness to listen and give comfort and support as well as treatment options .we did not see any of that in this practice!!!!

The staff was very helpful

Had a scary hand injury, and was well taken care of. Staff were very cordial and sympathetic.

I had a great experience with Penn Musculoskeletal's Synergy Orthopedics rep - Alivia Reiche. I had a mid-shaft humerus fracture and was seeing Dr. Glaser. The doctor asked me to see Alivia from Synergy Orthopedics to get a cast and sling on my arm. Alivia was very personable and very patient with me and took the time to carefully put a cotton sleeve on my broken arm and then put a cast and sling on it. She treated me as if I was her own family member and despite having so many other patients she had to see, she made sure no one was unattended and all my questions were answered. I have been seen and been helped by other reps from Synergy Orthopedics at 3737 Market street but I can now say that there is NO ONE LIKE ALIVIA. She is very calm, cares for her patients, is concerned about them, and makes sure that the patient is 100% satisfied and has no pain when he/she wears the cast and sling. There is no doubt that Alivia Reiche is the best Synergy Orthopedics 3737 Market Street, Philadelphia has.
