I found Dr Lee after having two poorly done procedures by two different plastic surgeons in my area. I realized not all plastic surgeons are created equal. It takes more than just a degree, they must be skilled at their craft. I did some research on the best plastic surgeons in the Philadelphia area and came across Dr. Lee. He had stellar reviews. I chose to drive over 2 hours to see him and he is every bit of talented as I have read. I completely trust him as well as his opion. His staff is curtious and accommodating. I'm so thankful to have found him.

I am 49 years old and felt like my eyes looked much older. Therefore I was doing my research to find the best Plastic Surgeon to consult with on my eyes. I found Dr. Lee and discovered he is an AMAZING plastic surgeon. He performed Blepharoplasty on me addresses sagging upper and lower eyelids by removing excess skin, fat removal and performed a brow lift. During my consultation with Dr. Lee, I decided to go all in and have all three procedures done at once. Doing all three at the same time was less expensive than having each procedure done separately and eliminated multiple recovery time. I don’t regret one bit! I think my results were amazing and my photos speak for themselves. The below photos are of my eyes before and after surgery without and with makeup. The after photos were taken two weeks after my procedure!! Remember everyone heals differently - I was fortunate to have recovered very quickly. The trio shot (last one) is my eyes precisely 1 year after my procedure. Dr. Lee certainly knows what he's doing, and I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in having any of the above procedures.

I drove 30 miles to come and see Dr.Lee for upper eyelid surgery. I paid $75 fee for a less 10 min consultation. He was 15 min late and after lifting my eyelid 3 times, he said he doesn't do the procedure. When I asked why he said he only does it to look natural and my eyelids need a bigger crease to hold and he doesn't feel comfortable doing. I said I would prefer the bigger folds but he still said he won't do it. He told me he doesn't know any other doctor in town that I may have to go see a doctor in Beverly Hills CA and do skpe consultation or go to Korea since they have different technique. I was very disappointed. He did not show any compassion and was so quick to leave the room. I do not recommend anyone who is not sure that he will move forward with the procedure to do consultation. The consultation fee is non refundable. He said I paid for his time... $75 for less than 10 min, after driving 60 miles both ways I felt like I was robbed and very disappointed.

I have now had a few visits to Dr. Lee and a very happy, all around, with everything. The office is clean and comfortable. All of the staff are friendly and attentive. And Dr. Lee is excellent at what he does. I really appreciate the time and care that he takes. I have tried a few other highly rated doctors, spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Dr. Lee was able to address my issue like none of them were. Had I gone to him first, I would have certainly saved myself a lot of money and time. We do live and learn! I went to see Dr. Lee back in January for a growth on the side of my nose. Though Dr Lee told me that he couldn't help me he took the time to set me up with another Dr. that would be able to help me. Dr Lee went out of his way to have his staff make the appointment for me and even had his staff call me and make sure I went to my appointment and shared his concern for me. He is a credit to the medical profession which in recent years has taken a big hit. Dr Lee and staff went above and beyond what they needed to do.In my eyes that is someone who deserves to be give a big high five!!!!!!

Dr Lee and his staff are wonderful! I’ve been receiving Botox treatments for almost 2 years and couldn’t be happier with my results. Once I decided to start Botox I did a lot of online research - having your treatment done by someone with lots of experience is very important for a good outcome and Dr Lee is the best. I always end up smoothed out exactly where I want to be and look very natural. I live 40-60 minutes away from the office, but going out of the way is well worth it. Everyone in his office is always so nice and accommodating and I’ve never had trouble getting an appointment that works for my schedule.

So here I am, in my mid 30s and noticed that my forehead was starting to look like a road map of lines going across it when raising my “barely there” eyebrows... While I have had Botox in my forehead previously, it never really lasted more than a few weeks or didn’t really smooth out my forehead lines… I was about to give up with Botox when I came across an ad for Dr. Lee. & figured if he’s a facial based surgeon, I figured he has to be good, right? So I made my appointment. Upon entering the swanky office, you are greeted immediately by the genuinely friendly front desk staff, and have minimal wait time before being taken back. As for Dr. Lee, he went over my expectations & gave me the reality of what can be done. He far exceeded my expectations. Not only has he been able to "erase" the map of lines on my forehead, he also has been able to give my eyebrows an arch through the use of Botox. For me, this is as HUGE as I have barely there, thin, cannot even pluck & forget waxing them as they are soo fine, straight across flat eyebrows, yes they are really cute (insert sarcasm). Thanks to Dr. Lee I now have an actual arch! Dr. Lee's use of Botox is the best I have ever had, even my own Mom said "that is the best Botox treatment you have ever received, do not ever go to anyone else" If you have been considering Botox, go (run) to Dr. Lee, you will not be disappointed, he is truly a talented Dr.

With the social media today and pressure to look young, some people shy away from making eye contact and showing the world their inner beauty when they don’t feel they look their best. Best Botox EVER! I have had Botox treatments in the past by well qualified professionals including board certified facial plastic surgeon and dermatologists. I always felt underwhelmed by the results. For awhile I just thought perhaps it wasn't for me. I decided to give it another try and searched through multiple providers and recommendations until I found Dr. Lee. I specifically went to him because of his experience treating the eye area. I'm so happy I did; the results are seriously phenomenal!

At 33 years of age, I had never been to an eye doctor to have my eyes checked. When I finally decided to do this, I asked the doctor about my hooded eyelids. She said, “Whatever you do, don’t go to a plastic surgeon for this, go to an ophthalmologist,” and she recommended Dr. Lee. When I went in for my consultation, I was immediately impressed. I felt very comfortable and “at home” in the office. Everyone was welcoming and cheerful. Dr. Lee and his staff were also knowledgeable and informative, answering all of my questions and responding to any of my concerns. Needless to say, I choose Dr. Lee for my upper eyelid surgery. Basically, he was going to remove the extra skin on my eyelids to make my face appear brighter and more youthful. After scheduling my appointment, I was told what prescriptions I needed to fill beforehand, Tylenol with Codeine, (which I ended up not filling because I never liked taking it in the past. He said Extra Strength Tylenol would be fine) and an antibiotic ointment. When I came in for my surgery, they gave me two additional pills to help ease anxiety and help me relax. The surgery was over before I knew it. I felt like I was in a light sleep the entire time and didn’t feel a thing. I also had Kybella done that day as well, right when he finished my eyelid surgery. Once home, I slept and rested for the rest of the day and the next day. I had to apply ice every hour, 20 minutes for each eye. I also applied the appointment morning and night. I went back to work after 5 days, but there was still some swelling at that time. After 9 days, I returned to the office to remove the sutures. This was one of the strangest feelings, but I was happy to have them removed. At that appointment, I was told to switch to a warm compress instead of ice. I had 2 more follow up appointments to make sure everything was healing and progressing as it should. I am currently using SkinMedica to help reduce the redness as well. I couldn’t be happier with the results! I feel less self-conscience about my profile, and I feel confident when I am not wearing eye make-up. Throughout the entire process, I have felt that I could call the office at any time with questions, and was confident I would hear a pleasant voice on the other end. I will continue to work with Dr. Lee and his staff for any future needs!

Best in Philly for Botox! I’m in my mid-40s and have the usual issues (vertical frown lines in between eyebrows, crows feet, etc.) and I’ve been to various doctors for Botox, many of whom are renowned in the area for being the very best plastic surgeons. I’m confident to say that there’s no one out there who does it quite as well as Dr. Lee. He may not be as chatty as some of the others, but he smart and informative and gets the job done—and then some. Instead of doing just a few injections in the usual places, he really takes the time to analyze your face, and then does a series of many small injections that make the most sense for you. He takes his time, he’s methodical, and he has lasting results. Plus, even though I’d continue going to him even if he charged as much as the area’s other top Botox providers, it’s a nice bonus that he charges less than the rest. His staff is wonderful and the office itself has just a great warm vibe. Overall, I can fully recommend Dr. Lee.

I also notice that surgery was the last option when addressing her problem areas. After many doctors for Botox I finally found doctor lee!! Always had a issue with other doctors with uneven eyebrows uneven Botox too much and too little. Ugh always had to go back to a fix which they also charged me for the fix. Then I found Dr Lee he is a master of the face never too much never loo little always perfect. I recommend all my friends to only go to Dr Lee and as a plus he is very nice and very easy on the eyes and I never have to wait!

When I entered my 60's the drooping fat on my upper eyelids started to tire my eyes. I need to look at a computer all day and the weight on my upper lids started to be cumbersome. I decided to have upper and lower blepharoplasty, but didn't want to go to a facial plastic surgeon as these were my eyes! I only wanted someone that specialized in eye anatomy and physiology. Being a healthcare professional, I was well aware of the risks and potential complications that eye surgery holds - no surgery is really simple, some just hold lower risk. The reason I chose Dr. Lee was not decided on his pictures of cosmetic procedures, but rather on the images of his reconstructive eye surgery. To repair damage requires much more skill so I knew that he excelled both aesthetic and surgical ability. Almost 2 years later I'm still loving the results! I now also go for botox and filler. For literally years I put off addressing my heavy undereye bags and dark circles because I was very concerned about any procedures which would involve my face. Instead I wasted time and money on every cream and concealer I could find until, finally, after turning 40 I realized I could no longer cover the bags with makeup and was tired of looking tired and decided to see Dr. Lee. At my consultation he was very honest with me and my biggest concern was the visible scars. I’m an ICU RN so I did tons of research after I left my consultation and after researching his skin tightening technique in the current literature, I came to the conclusion that his technique was the best option for me to avoid any complications resulting from lower eyelid retraction. With butterflies in my belly I made my appointment. The procedure itself was only mildly uncomfortable with short periods of pain during fat pad removal, I slept through most of it. The in-office procedure without general anesthesia was appealing to me as I did not want either the risks or recovery time required in the use of general anesthesia. Dr. Lee was reassuring the entire time and I was confident in the sterility and safety of his in-office procedure room. I can honestly say my results EXCEEDED my expectations. I was able to easily cover the incision scars with makeup after one month and the procedure took years off my appearance. At 3 months post procedure, the scars are almost totally gone. DO NOT HESITATE to trust Dr. Lee, he is a perfectionist, an artist and a true professional. He was available through personal text for any concerns for months after surgery. I do not write many reviews and hesitate to share my opinion regarding doctors but I made an exception because Dr. Lee is a rare find and has earned his stellar reputation.

I am thrilled to have found Dr. John Lee! I've been wanting to remove that extra fat in my upper lids for years but was very hesitant considering it dealt with my eyes! I have been going to Dr. Lee for the last year for botox injections. He was highly recommended by a friend. And I was not dissapointed! He is not only a professional but kind and gentle as well!! I was worried about getting a toxin injected into my face but he totally put me at ease. Not only were my results great but It didn't even hurt at all! I heard about Dr. Lee from my niece, who raved about him. I did my own research and called Dr. Lee to arrange a consultation. I was very impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, composure, and his direct approach to my many questions. I had suffered a stroke some years back and one of my eyes had not recovered from the stroke. My eyelids were not in sync and when I was tired, it was very evident. I opted for eyelid surgery after 2 consultations. I did not get a second opinion because I trusted his opinion (which is rare for me). I had both eyelids done and the surgery was conducted in his office. It went very smooth. I have no complaints of any description. Dr. Lee is very caring. After the surgery he called me a few times to ensure that I was recovering well. He also provided his cell phone number. He made himself available at any time during that initial couple of weeks post surgery. The office staff are also wonderful. They are very caring and professional and I always felt I was in excellent hands. I cannot recommend Dr. Lee highly enough.

Let me start by saying that I have used a pseudo name for this review as I am in the public eye and wish to keep my identity private for obvious reasons. I have never written a review such as this before. It's not because I have not come across competent physicians previously. However, I feel that when it comes to a plastic surgeon, it is incredibly important that the physician be not only highly skilled but also have the ability to connect with his patient and understand his patient's desires and issues, before performing whatever procedure is being asked. I am an Asian American women in my early 40's. I looked and researched far and wide for a surgeon to perform a second Asian double eyelid surgery. I even contemplated traveling to California from the east coast to have the procedure done as perfectly as possible. After much research, it was clear that Dr. Lee had all the credentials and practical experience to perform the surgery -- and what was better, he was only one state away from me. After meeting Dr. Lee, I felt extremely comfortable as he took the time to listen to my expectations as well as concerns. He was clear in describing to me the procedure and the expected results. He also made various recommendations to optimize aesthetics. In my case, he suggested creating a small incision at the inner corner of both eyes, in order to create a slightly more elongated or "almond" like shape to my eyes, which he believed would appropriate for my existing anatomy. The results were absolutely amazing and, importantly, natural. I could not have been any happier. Over the next few months of recovery, I also, for the first time in my life, decided to get botox injections as a preventative measure. Dr. Lee made sure to never "over-inject." I was able to maintain movement and an overall natural appearance -- again, very important to me. Last year, due to the slight hollowing around the nose area, which most people experience as they get older, I decided to have a small amounts of voluma injected in that area. I was astounded how a small amount of injections made such an amazing overall difference. Dr. Lee epxlained all different types of injectables and with his input, I decided which form was best for me. It's now been several years that I have been receiving these treatments and I couldn't be happier. I write this review b/c i want potential patients, who expect the best skilled ocular plastic surgeon, to know that Dr. Lee is simply amazing at what he does. Finally, I note that during the past few years as a patient, I have had the opportunity to speak to other patients during my routine visits and every time I talk to a fellow patient, my opinion of Dr. Lee is reinforced... all the patients are truly grateful for Dr. Lee for his superior skill and compassion.

I’ve been to a total of three plastic surgeons prior to visiting Dr. Lee. I’ve had my lips and tear trough filled and botox. I was never completely satisfied. I’ve had some pretty severe bruising to my lips and eyes. After having all my questions answered by the wonderful office manager, Christina I made an appointment. I again had my eyes and lips filled and botox. Dr. Lee took his time with me and answered any remaining questions. I got through the entire process and didn’t bruise AT ALL!!! I was extremely happy with the results. I will never see another Doctor!!

For my 40th birthday my best friend bought me 20 units of Botox with Dr. Lee. I was beyond nervous and skeptical. I didn't need Botox, I looked fine. She had had Botox before and looks great so I thought to myself I'll give it a shot. Appointment day came and I must say I was nervous but also really excited. We opened the doors to Dr. Lee's office and I felt like I was in Beverly Hills. The place is beautiful and the girls that work there are as well. It was a very peaceful environment and of course I told them how nervous I was. They were so accommodating to me and made me so relaxed. They took me into the room where I would have the procedure and we talked about any areas I felt needed some help. Dr. Lee came in and he was a sweet as can be. He took so much time with me and made me feel so relaxed. Next he put some dots where the injections would go and bam a few painless shots later it was over. I was beyond happy, no pain and not even 10 minutes. He said it would gradually change. After two full weeks I literally was glowing and looked 7 years younger. I also felt better about my self. I had such a youthful glow about me. I was hooked at that point. The ability to spend 200$, ten min of my time and look younger, Win for all! I have now gone back to Dr. Lee for more Botox and will always go to him and would send anyone I know to see him.

I first started to notice that my vacation pictures were great when I was wearing sunglasses . I deleted my other pictures. Shortly after that people started asking me if I was tied. It got worse more comments about being tired and I didn't let anyone take a picture . I finally gave up and started to agree with everyone that I was tired and didn't get much sleep. I started to check the Internet for answers on what could help. I tried all kinds of creams and a microcurrent egg that was supposed to help reduce the puffy area under my eyes that I had . Nothing worked sad to say. I than started to check into face surgery. I read a lot of reviews and found Dr. Lee. His reviews were great and he had a close location to my home. He did his surgery on location ,so no hospital stay. I called his office and made my appointment to have my lower lids done and skin tightening. My fist impression was great the office was very inviting and people were very friendly. Dr. Lee went over everything with me and I decided to have a TCA peel along with my blepharoplasty . I checked in with my family doctor and he was all for this and felt I would do well with the surgery .Dr. Lee gave me very detailed instructions to get ready for my surgery which I found easy to follow. The day of my surgery I was a bit nervous and was given something to relax me. As Dr. Lee preformed my surgery I did feel some pain but that didn't seem like it lasted very long and Dr. Lee was very reassuring. My peel stung a bit and got hot but that didn't last long. I was off work for five days after the surgery and my follow up with Dr. Lee all went well and he took my stitches out. I kept some surgical tape on my incisions for about a week after. Most people didn't really notice unless they were close up to me. I work with the public so recovery time was very important to me that it was very short. I saved a picture of me before my surgery and when I look at myself in the mirror now I get tears of joy and wished I hadn't waited so long. All said, I'm so happy with Dr Lee and my results . No more tired eyes and it took several years off my looks .

I have been getting Botox around the eyes and fillers in my face since 2000 and 2007, respectively. I have been through doctor after doctor and have found that after the second visit, the attention to detail on the doc's part would subside, and the last surgeon I went to could never give me a direct price, and when I would pay, the price would vary from visit to visit and each time it would be a surprise (and not in a good way). I also could never find a doctor who injected Botox around my eyes without making me look like Spock from Star Trek. I found Dr. Lee and saw he had excellent reviews so I decided to give him a try. Two years later I am still thrilled with the natural results (no more "beam me up Scotty" look). He gets it right EVERY time, takes his time and doesn't make me feel rushed and answers my questions. I get so many compliments on how refreshed I look since I've been going to him. I never got that in the past. PLUS the price is the price.....no surprises. I probably spent an hour asking questions that could fill a book! Dr. Lee is professional and clearly passionate about his work. I am a 28 year old woman who has worked in the beauty industry for 10 years. I am a hair stylist currently working in a full service salon. Let me start by saying my salon has a plastic surgery center that offers botox, fillers and other cosmetic services BUT I will always stay loyal to Dr. Lee. I can easily have my lips filled by the Doctor at my salon for a much lower cost then what I pay at Dr. Lee’s office but I love how my lips turn out every time. With the injecting technique he uses I never feel pain or bruise, and have very minimal swelling. I started seeing Dr. Lee before I took a position in my current salon and will remain his patient because he is a true artist and master in his field. I absolutely love him and his staff. They treat me like I am family at every visit. Dr. Lee is down to earth and so easy to talk to about exactly what you want. He always listens patiently and intently. I initially just wanted fillers under my eyes but he recommended voluma for my cheeks. I got it done but I didn't like how it looked. I also was experiencing tightness and pain in my cheeks. I waited a year and had it dissolved by him. The dissolving agent made my face look worse. He must of used too much to dissolve it. Now I have worse bags and more discoloration. I regret getting this procedure done by Dr. Lee. I do feel like now there is nothing else he can do to fix it.

Dr. Lee and his staff were welcoming, knowledgable, and extremely honest. They gave me very candid feedback of what I should expect from botox and fillers and whether i was a good candidate or not. They gave me very detailed instructions to minimize swelling and bruising (i experienced neither) both pre- and post-procedure. I would highly recommend this office for the forehead and eye areas. They are definitely specialists and know what they're talking about.

I would not recommend this Dr. He did the surgery done but had a side affect. They never apologized, and to do it again, they were going to charge more. The doctor and his wife were not very kind if your surgery fail. (They were excellent for the consultation before eyelid lift surgery). Be aware of their policy and I do not trust his/ and the wife's ethics. They are not compassionate, they are more about business. I was so upset I just left the scar and did not want to do anything about it then. Now I am looking for a new doctor and did done research about it. I realized that they did very wrong to me years ago. Very sad..., I hope they will pay for that in their life.

i can not see myself go to anyone else after going to Dr. Lee 4 days ago. i went in for Botox and some fillers 4 days ago on Friday night and it was the best experience ive ever had. the fact that i got to see the doctor instead of a nurse was a pleasant surprise to begin with. the staff was really nice and helpful. i can honestly say i was never so satisfied by going to a doctors office. Dr. Lee spoke to me about everything and explained everything. also the cannula technique he usus for fillers is not something that just any doctor does. because of the swelling, bruising and pain going to do fillers with other doctors has caused me i decided to try Dr. Lee to try cannula technique for lips instead of needels like all other doctors use. and oh my god i could not be more happier i walked out 1 hour after my appointment and had no bruises no swelling barely any pain to be honest with you. and after i spoke to the amazing receptionist at the front desk who was so helpful. they have am amazing skin product line there in the office which is not cheap but amazing. they gave me 4 free samples and i just purchased the full size because of how amazing these 2 products were. the 2 serums i got from there are made by Skin Ceauticals one is H.A. Intensifier and one more that's their top seller. i also in office purchased a skin ceauticals cleaning smoothing foam. and all these products were tested on post procedure skin. also after my appointment they provided me with a follow up appointment after 3 weeks. to erase anything if you are unhappy or feel like you don't like something. it has been such a pleasure finding this doctor. the amount of confidence ive been able to get in the past 4 days and love for my skin and my features has been amazing.

Love Dr. Lee! I traveled long distance to have surgery with him. I live just outside of Boston. I did a lot of research and since I had family near his main office, I felt it was an option I could consider. They did offer me an email consult which I had which was very thorough but they recommended seeing Dr. Lee in person since I had some very specific issues I wanted addressed and was not in a hurry to have the surgery. After the consult, I placed my face in Dr. Lee's capable hands. Dr. Lee performed surgery on my upper and lower eyelids and they look so much better, more open, more refreshed-cleaned up, but very natural- that was my biggest concern. I did not want to look like I had plastic surgery and wanted to recognize the person in the mirror. When Dr. Lee mentioned that my result would be best if I had a brow procedure, I really did not want to consider it. However, he did make it clear that without it, the very heavy skin on the sides of my eyes, which really bothered me, along with the asymmetry of my brow, which did affect how my eyes looked, would remain. I considered it for few weeks and decided to proceed with the brow procedure too. I'm glad I did. I know now what he meant. I wanted a very slight lift to my brow- I didn't want a high arch. Most of the list was on the sides of my brow and my right was lifted slightly more since it was lower. I really like the subtle but very obvious change the brow procedure made. To my surprise the recovery wasn't that bad either. I had some tension headache for few days and felt a tightness in my scalp but for the result I had, it was well worth it.

I have been going to Dr. John Lee for a few years for facial fillers. He was highly recommended to me thru a friend of mine who regularly saw Dr. Lee and was extremely happy with his work. I have gotten Juviderm injections in a few places called parenthesis and marionette lines, and Botox between my eyebrows as well as the crows feet. His setting at Bryn Mawr Facial Center is beautiful. He is a perfections and being a plastic surgeon he knows exactly where and how much to inject. He is patient and explains everything very clearly. First, let me start off by saying I NEVER write reviews, however this review is most certainly needed... I’ve been to a few different doctors to have cosmetic work done over the last 8 years (Botox, fillers, etc...) last year was the first time I ever went to Dr. Lee. I did much research because I wanted to have the under eye filler done (which would be my first time having that procedure) Dr. Lee’s work is AMAZING! My under eye was exactly what I’ve always wanted! He also fixed my lips and evened them out - not only is Dr. Lee great, his staff is AMAZING as well (which to me is very important) because they all make you feel so welcome and so comfortable. I just had another appointment with him yesterday (which has been a year since my last visit) so not only did his work look fantastic the first time ... it also lasted long enough that held me over for a year!!! My appointment yesterday I had questions about my chin and cheeks....he added filler to these areas and I feel like a million bucks! I am soooo in love with what he did and how I feel and it’s only been a day! Whatever he uses for his procedures there is no pain! Like I’ve mentioned before, I’ve been to a few places, but Dr. lee is the first Dr. that I couldn’t feel anything being done. He also takes time to explain what he will be doing and shows you where he will do the injections - Having any type of work done to your face is scary and I’ve seen and heard horror stories from other friends. I also have a lot of drs. around my area as close as 2 minutes away that do the same procedures as dr. Lee. But I choose (and will always choose) to drive 45 min - hour in turnpike traffic to see Dr. Lee! His prices for Botox are insane! So cheap! Not gonna lie the cost for a syringe of filler I’ve seen cheaper, but honestly I would 100% pay a little more just because Dr. Lee’s work cannot it be beat! I know this review is long enough, but just wanted to mention one more thing if anyone is on the fence about Dr. Lee - last year when I had my under eye filler done I had so many compliments I had two friends who wanted to have this procedure done and even though I told them to go to Dr. Lee they decided to go to a local practice around them - Well now they have sunken areas on their face. DR. LEE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING!!! I cannot be happier that I found him! And putting trust in someone is a huge deal when it comes to your face. I’ll never go to anyone else again!

My Amazing Journey I want to state first that I found Dr. Lee to be painstakingly thorough, meticulous, compassionate and exceptionally skilled. I suffered from under eye puffiness for years and approximately 5 years ago I started my endless search. During my search there was Dr. Lee, who I chose in the end and never looked back. I was initially impressed with his professional demeanor, knowledge and bedside manner. He was calm, he listened to my concerns, fears and was understanding. He answered all my questions which were direct, detailed and honest. He never once made me feel pressured or hurried. He provided me with great information which aided me in my decision to move forward. During the surgery, I felt secure, comfortable, and that's because of Dr. Lee provided his undivided attention and care which made me feel that I was in excellent hands. After the surgery he gave me his direct contact number to get in touch with him at any given time if I had any problems or concerns. He also, personally called me more than once to check on the status of my condition. (That's what I call caring for the welfare of your patient as you would a family.) I had some swelling which is to be expected. (Most of the visible swelling was down in down in about two weeks.) No scarring, bruising, discomfort and virtually nonexistent pain. The end result - I'm very, very happy and pleased with the outcome. Under Dr. Lee's capable hands and excellent precision you would never guess I had undergone lower lid surgery...my eyes look absolutely natural. What I expected exceeded more than I expected, and that's a good thing. My overall journey with Dr. Lee from beginning to end was phenomenal. Dr. Lee is not one of the best he is the BEST!! I can't praise him enough, I highly recommend him. I would like to thank his wonderful staff for the outstanding service and care that was provided to me during my journey. I found out about Dr. Lee when I took my sister to have her eyes done. I was very impressed when I walked in. The staff were all very welcoming not only to her but to me as well. During her procedure they allowed me to wait in a separate room until she was done. This was great because it allowed me to work on my computer while I was waiting. After she was done they did an excellent job explaining post procedure care. Her eyes healed without scars and she looks amazing!! After seeing her results, I had looked online at the other before and after pictures Dr. Lee had done and was very impressed. I had been having troubles with filler I received with another provider. I had received filler in my tear trough area and it had started to turn blue and bumpy. I wasn't comfortable going back to the same provider. Seeing Dr. Lee's work first hand made me want to get his opinion on what could be done. He took his time explaining what could be done to reverse the problem I was having. He was able to reverse the blue appearance and the bumps with an injection during the consultation. I looked normal again the next day!! I can't say enough about how great he and his staff are. As years went by my upper eyelids slowly and steadily drooped. Also, one eyebrow became significantly lower than the other. I looked tired all the time and was not happy with my appearance. It was time to take action. I searched the web and asked people I knew who had eyelid surgery for their recommendations. A friend suggested Dr. Lee and after meeting with him I made the decision to have upper and lower eyelid surgery and a brow lift (only on 1 side). Though I was very nervous about the surgery, the atmosphere of his office and the staff immediately put me at ease. My main concerns were scarring and ending up with an ‘unnatural’ look. It has been about 12 weeks since my surgery and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The incisions were so finely stitched and are virtually invisible. I have no scars and no regrets. Throughout the process Dr. Lee and his staff were always accessible, answered my questions and followed up thoroughly.

I had very severe undereye circles/bags for my entire life and had wanted them removed since I was about 13. After much, much research, I flew halfway across the country to have Dr. Lee perform my lower blepharoplasty. Hands down it was the best money I have ever spent. The surgery itself was fairly quick and painless, as was recovery. Dr. Lee has both technical expertise and a great bedside manner. Christina was also extremely helpful prior to the surgery and was very candid about what to expect. Even the receptionists were above and beyond kind––one stood outside with me in the freezing cold trying to help me find my Uber! I have also been in recently for filler because I couldn't find anyone in my area who uses a cannula. I am extremely happy with the results, which are very subtle and natural, but have brought more balance to my features. The pricing is very fair, and I haven't had any bruising at all. I have been going to Dr. Lee for a couple of years now. I am in my young 30's, but believe preventing aging is key to anti-aging. I have visited other places such as med spa clinics for under eye fillers which is my problem area, but, Dr. Lee was by far better then the other places I have been to before. Although med spas market that they are cheaper for under eye fillers such as Juvederm, they are not that much cheaper in the end in my experience. My results have been much better then a med spa and its nice knowing that you are working with a doctor rather then a nurse doing your injections. Please also note, if you are looking to get filler to your under eye (tear trough) area, there are many plastic surgeons who simply will not do them as I have inquired about this from other plastic surgeon's offices. Dr. Lee is extremely experienced in the eye area in my opinion. Dr. Lee's office also works with a program called Brilliant Distinctions that their office manages for you if you prefer (which is pretty nice) that takes off money off every visit. I have never been there before when I didn't at least get $20 off from this particular program. Overall, in my experience the results are by far better then competitors, his staff are very courteous, and his prices are very reasonable.

Asian Eyelid Surgery Expert! I already had a crease from an older procedure (DST double sutures and twist) done 10 years ago but as I'm getting older, I've noticed my eyelid covering the crease more and making my lid space less noticeable. I began my extensive research on finding the best plastic surgeon to perform a full incisional eyelid surgery to make my eyes more open and bright and to make my eyelid more pronunced. Also, my eyes are slightly asymmetrical with my left eye being lower. In addition to the full incisional eyelid surgery, I was also interested in an Epicanthoplasty surgery to elongate my eyes and make them look more even. I live very close to NYC so I researched doctors in NYC and also saw Dr. Lee's name in many online reviews. I felt most comfortable with Dr. Lee because of his extensive knowledge and experience in this specific area of surgery. I didn't mind the long 2.5 hours drive to and from his office either. During my consultation, I felt so comfortable with him almost immediately because he listened to what I desired in results and was very honest about what we could achieved realistically. I always admire that quality in a doctor. I felt very much at ease and ready to choose him to perform my surgery. He and his staff were professional, knowledgable, discreet, friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Lee removed some fat and skin from my eyelids and repositioned my crease a little higher than my original. The epicanthoplasty was performed simultaneously. It went as smooth as it could possibly go and I went home to rest the same day. My recovery process was as expected. Dr. Lee and his staff prepared me well in advance for what to expect as far as swelling and bruising and I was mentally prepared for the worst. The first 3-4 days were the toughest as that's when I experienced the most swelling. I didn't bruise at all but that's most likely because Dr. Lee took extra special care when operating on me to prevent bruising. I followed all of his instructions to a T and his staff were always quick to respond if I had a concern or question. They also checked up on me numerous times during my recovery process and I really appreciated that. A significant amount of swelling went down by the time I had my 10 days post op visit. I went to Dr. Lee for lower eyelid filler injections. He was absolutely wonderful! This is an area I've always had an issue with (dark circles and crepy skin) and I was so grateful for his expertise! With my background being a RN, I know the utmost importance of selecting the appropriate doctor to do this type procedure. The area under the eyes is a delicate and difficult filler injection site; not everyone does this procedure and not many know how to do it with the cannula (which is the ONLY way it should be done). If not done properly, it can cause severe bruising and medical complications. Dr. Lee took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the procedure, and answer my questions. He made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. With my procedure, not only did I barely have any bruising, but my overall outcome was incredible! There aren't enough good things I can say about my experience with Dr. Lee and his staff. For years, I've suffered with heavy bags under my eyes and noticed it worsening over the last few years. I tried every over the counter cream and concealer but nothing his them. Someone recommended lower lid blepharoplasty. I had no idea that such a procedure existed! I started doing some research and homework, and Dr. Lee seemed to be the most qualified (and reasonably priced) in this area. I scheduled a consultation and booked my surgery! Almost two years ago, my husband, who is a surgeon himself, chose to have surgery with Dr. Lee for his upper and lower lids. We've been very happy with the results and referred his parents, who in turn have referred their own friends. I was requested to come in for an interview and I should’ve known something was off when I didn’t receive a return email for a date and time until a week later at 11:30pm! (Strange) However, I still took the time out of my day to make the interview. I spoke with Christina, who was extremely unprofessional! I maybe spoke 10 words before she cut me off to answer her cell phone. Then hung up and made several phone calls afterwards, without even excusing herself. I sat there in disbelief but kept my cool because this was an interview and I like to always remain professional even when I’m not receiving the same treatment in return. After she was finished with her phone calls she then tells me she needs someone with more experience and thanked me for coming in. I come from an office that handles many more procedures than this office and from a very reputable doctor whose office I helped run and did a very good job at doing so. I have never been to an interview as unprofessional as this one or dismissed so ignorantly. I’ve conducted many interviews in my time and even with candidates whom I did not feel were a good fit I always showed respect and interest and at least gave them time to speak. Very upsetting to see this is how an office is ran. I would never want to work for people who treat others with no respect and cannot conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times!

I selected Dr. Lee in February 2016 to perform an eyelid re-fixation above my right eye. I had a condition during my entire life, that made my right droopy - it made tired and it also looked terrible. After visiting 3 other surgeons, I chose to drive 5 hours to Dr. Lee from Long Island, New York. There were two major reasons. First, Dr. Lee was by far, the most pronounced expert in his field. No one, I could find, understood eyes as much as he did - and I couldn't find a surgeon in NYC or Long Island that could match his proposed procedure. Second, he only proposed a local anesthetic - the other 3 doctors wanted to knock me out - which I was opposed to. All in all, I'm very happy with Dr. Lee. The results were excellent. He fixed my right eyelid in a minimally invasive way - and eliminated the need for a brow lift. He is clearly is one of the best doctors in the U.S. in the field of eyelid surgery. He's also fair with his pricing, and his bedside manner is superb. If you are going to have surgery on your eyelids, I highly suggest you make the trip to Philadelphia and go with someone that truly knows his specialty. Incidentally, my sister will be visiting him soon (our condition is hereditary).

For years I had been dealing with a drooping right eye lid and wrinkles under both eyes. When I finally decided to do something about it, Dr. Lee came highly recommended by a friend who had a procedure done by Dr. Lee a year earlier. I would like to thank Dr. Lee and his staff for the excellent care and service they provided for my upper lid surgery. I have been arguing with constant swelling and puffiness since I was a teenager. Too much salt, high humidity, I slept wrong or just because they felt like swelling...it's been a constant battle. Makeup didn't help. Ice packs slightly helped but who has time to do that every morning? I hated taking pictures. My eyes always looked puffy and swollen even on the best day. With age, that puffiness just made me feel constantly tired. It also stretched the skin and created a crease on my forehead from accommodating the extra weight. You wouldn't think something so small could make such an impact but believe me when I say how detrimental something so minuscule can be to your self perception and even the perception others have about you. Your eyes are an extremely important part of your first impression. The girls in the office was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Lee makes you feel at ease. His skills are superior. I made sure I did my research before I decided on a surgeon who was going to be modifying anything on my face. He has a strong resume. He specializes in this field. That was important to me. I wanted someone who does one thing really well. For me, the surgery itself was quick and painless. Follow up and recovery went very well. I went back in ten days for suture removal. Still somewhat swollen, I just kept my bangs long so I didn't have to wear sunglasses so often. At the one month mark, I was pretty much back to normal. Very slight swelling but nothing noticeable to the untrained eye. My eyes feel more open, not so heavy. I can wear make up now and it actually looks good because I finally have eyelids. I found Dr. Lee on the internet and researched his credentials before traveling from New Jersey (over an hour each way) to see him. I have been to so called "top" plastic surgeons in NJ for injections but felt that the result of my botox was less then optimal. I always felt my brows were low and wanted to see if Dr. Lee could do something about correcting this whether with surgery or injections. To me, money and traveling is never an issue for my face. I was fed up with the frequent comments that I looked tired, due to puffy bags under my eyes. So last year I saw Dr. Lee and his staff to learn what could be done to freshen up my eyes. He clearly explained treatment options, recovery processes, and outcomes. His office scheduled the eye procedure to best fit my schedule. My eyes were done as an outpatient procedure under local anesthesia. The staff was very professional and there was good patient follow up. There was minimal discomfort during and after the procedure and it took only 7 to 10 days for most of the post-op swelling to dissipate. The result is very natural looking, I think. Being an Administrator in the Medical field for a large Hospital I really did my research before chosing Dr. Lee. For almost a year before my surgery. He was recommended as the best in the State. We drove 1 1/2 hours to see him and felt confident with his skills right off the bat. I scheduled surgery that day for one month later. I am a 40 plus years old woman. I have very hooded eye lids. For several years I cringe every time I looked in the mirror. Then One day out of the blue Dr. Lee web page popped on my screen while I was searching for something. I visited his web page and was very impress with both Dr. Lee's work and his credential. I searched for more plastic surgeons in the area but couldn't find one as impressive as Dr. Lee. So I schedule a consultation. Oh, boy he was busy! I waited almost two months for the consultation. At the consultation appointment, I told Dr. Lee I want to have an Asian Crease procedure done. He listened to what I wanted. After looking at my upper eye lids Dr. Lee told me that, if he performs the Asian Crease procedure on my eye lids I won't get the result that I was hoping to achieve because my upper eye lids were very wrinkle. He told me to stay put. He sent a staff member to talk to me. She showed me pictures of clients who had upper eye lids procedure done. She was very helpful and friendly (actually, the staff members are all very nice and friendly.) She knew what I needed and what I wanted to achieve. Together we decided on Blepharophasty procedure plus a right brow lift. The procedure was done right at the office. On the big day, I was a bit nervous which was normal but I KNEW I WAS IN GOOD HANDS. The procedure went smoothly with minimal bruises. I followed his instructions to the last dot. A few days after the surgery, I was surprised to receive a call from Dr. Lee himself calling to see if I have any questions and how my recovery went. Now that definitely is a caring doctor! I travelled all the way from Indiana to have two procedures done and I am so glad I did. I chose Dr. Lee because of the great reviews and his credentials. I wanted a doctor who specialized in the eyes and Dr. Lee has years of experience. I had epicanthoplasty and lateral canthoplasty surgery. I wanted my eyes to look bigger that is why I wanted to have this done. I was nervous about traveling so far away, but his staff made me feel at ease and took the time to answer all the questions that I had either by phone or email. I did not have any problem throughout the whole process. Dr. Lee and his staff were so friendly and welcoming. If you are thinking about having the same procedure done and feel nervous about traveling far, Dr. Lee and his staff will walk you through it step by step. After the surgery the swelling and pain were minimal and Dr. Lee and his staff were so caring about my recovery. It was definitely worth me traveling from Indiana because I am so happy with the results, I can’t stop looking at my eyes! I would highly recommend going here to have any kind of eye surgery done!

I had the best experience ever with Dr. Lee and his staff. Everyone was kind and very professional at all times. I'm 45 yrs of age and I had Lower Lid Blepharoplasty . Before my procedure I looked overly tired , even when l was well rested. Dr. Lee took his time to explain the procedure and his approach to achieving the best outcome for me. Uncomfortable screening before I met the doctor when I arrived. I got put in a room and asked questions from a young woman who was not knowledgeable AT ALL about cosmetic surgery or the concerns I had. She drilled me with questions to make sure I wanted this type procedure and told me the cost, took a photo with her IPad of me and left to discuss with the doctor before he came and talked with me. I had concerns and questions that she could not answer but this initial screening was to rule out I wasn't wasting the doctors time...his consultation with me was no more than 5 mins! I discussed some medical concerns that he told me to address with my primary doctor first and just shook my hand and walked out. I guess he's a rock star of a doctor and you need to be ready to throw down big money that day or he will NOT give you the time of day! He's just too busy for small stuff...find someone who can give you undivided attention and care and not make you feel like you can't afford a procedure with a "pre screening" before you actually see the doctor...his popularity got the best of him and this rating is due to really poor service and making me feel uncomfortable not to mention a waste of $75 fee for 5 mins of time!!
