I recently had a second procedure (first one was 7 years ago) with Dr. Pollard and would highly recommend her as a plastic surgeon. Her professionalism and expertise are top notch and her staff are down to earth and caring. Dr. Pollard is a good listener and included me in deciding which option would give me the results I wanted. Pre and post op care was exceptional. Thank you Dr. Pollard and staff- you are the best!

Dr Pollard is impeccable Plastic Surgeon and person. She is surround by an excellent office staff. She is honest, trustworthy, and full of encouragement and support. She will not recommend services that are not needed or where the outcome will not lead to good results. I went to her for an Adominalplasty and Liposuction of my love handles and back. She and her staff helped me understand what to expect and I am pleased thus far, 3 months latter. Its a slow recovery process but well worth it if you have patience. I am now back in the gym doing elliptical and light weight lifting and I am very happy. It has improved my overall since of well being and motivated me to improve my over all health. I would, and have, highly recommend Dr.Pollard. I had a breast augmentation about 8 years ago after children and it turned out exactly as I had hoped. During recovery I had a question about the dressings and she called me on a weekend evening while she was out to dinner just to talk to me about it. Since then I have gone to her for injectables, again she exceeded my expectations. I also love that when I have asked about other procedures that I feel I could use she has told me honestly that I don't need them. I'm aging gracefully (and looking natural) thanks to Dr. Pollard.

Overall: I'm grateful to have discovered Pollard Plastic Surgery through some research and exploring. My experience with them was absolutely positive, even encountering some challenges in my treatment with coolsculpting that the staff and admin handled professionally and compassionately. The details: The office is beautiful, comfortable waiting room and exam rooms. The staff are friendly and met all my needs throughout the process. While I done my due diligence with research, I felt that questions and concerns were warmly welcomed and met with knowledgeable responses. They kept in touch with me, reaching out post-procedure multiple times. The most important part: I am very pleased with the results of the treatment! I had originally purchased two sessions, however, with the guidance of a coolsculpting representative, I was told that a second treatment may result in unsatisfactory results due to the great success of the first treatment. Basically, there just wasn’t much to work with. This part of the experience was the most meaningful to me. The staff were concerned, they put things on pause and pulled in another professional from the company to come in and exam me to offer her opinion. They made my needs their absolute most important priority. I was offered other options, however, I decided to just be happy with the incredible results and amazing experience. Within a few days I received a full refund for the session I decided not to complete. Final words: Wonderful experience, professional and knowledgeable staff who prioritize patient needs, and happy with the results: I highly recommend Pollard Plastic Surgery.

Nice doc and staff but I made the worse decision of ma life and I should've saved my 14k Had a TT and MR a year ago been and 3 revision surgeries and two liposuction surgeries and the outcome was horrible my stomach is lump sided I look 6 months pregnant and she did not contour at all I look like SpongeBob she never listened to what I wanted I told her my problem area was my upper stomach she said ok let's do the back it's will make ur waist smaller lies it didn't I never had a problem with my back but now I do asked her to do a fat transfer she act liked she didn't want to do it and didn't fix the problem but made it worse wish I would've went to Miami

What a horrible office and staff! Especially Gabriella. They know nothing about client service and good business practice! I did not trust reviews and went to the office anyway, where I just wasted money and got advice that made no sense. The practice is not using the latest innovations in plastic surgery and relies heavily on old marketing with Oprah to attract clients pathetic. Moreover they have unforgetting cancelation policies to protect themselves. Do not waste time and go else where!

How do I begin? From the day of my consultation to the day of my surgery and subsequent recovery Dr. Pollard and her team made me feel like the only patient they had. Getting a tummy tuck should normally be a scary thing but I never felt more secure than I did in the hands of this wonderful office. From the hello as soon as you walk in the door and scheduling of Shirley at the front desk to finance with Gabby, the administration side of the procedure felt seamless.Tina watching, walking and caring for me after the procedure was priceless and I don't have the words to thank her for giving me strength and confidence in some of the harder times And finally Dr. Pollard , I can't express the gratitude and appreciation I have for the effort, skill, and kindness she showed me. I remember the day of the surgery Dr. Pollard visited me and my family in the pre-op room and made a special effort to talk to my parents and comfort them. I could see how excited she was for me and how much she cared and it made me feel so safe and cared for. I am getting a bit emotional just thinking back through these memories. It is still a long road ahead for me but with this team and Dr. Pollard I know I can get there.

I want to give no stars but can't post without at least one.My mother came into Doctor Pollard's office to have a earlobes repaired .She did not get what she paid for earlobe repair was a gift that she has been asking for . After her healing process she is left with one ear shorter than the other. Of course my mother was not pleased and went back to Doctor Pollard with the belief that she would correct the issue. Instead what she received was an insult to her mental health. Doctor Pollard may have been in business for many years and been able to provide wonderful results for her clients , however my mother can not be counted in that number. Doctor Pollard handled this situation very unprofessionally . Having a client that returns and brings a mistake thatthe Doctor made to her attention she clearly took as an affront to her career. Doctor Pollard made a cosmetic mistake and out of the many procedures she may have done successfully the one that was not so successful or left her client unsatisfied and or botched it should be your professional and personal duty show concern and offer a resolution that fits your clients needs . I'm sure Doctor Pollard has a mother and would not appreciate some treating her disrespectfully. So I have taken the high road and will let anyone I can know not to do business with Pollard Plastic surgery . Instead of given Pollard Plastic Surgery The Business

Dr. pollard must really need money in a bad way. her office would not return my surgical booking fee of $600.00 when I cancelled two days later, talking about a non refundable policy. If they run their business this way before surgery, imagine what you will get after surgery when you really have a problem.
