Well, I called the office on a Monday afternoon to schedule an apt for my husband who was bleeding ot his nose. The girl I spoke to scheduled his apt for that Thursday and asked for all my husbands info over the phone (including insurance), which I gave her. My husband was scheduled for that Thursday at 4:00, but after sitting 1/2hr filling out paper work as well as missing a day at work for this apt, they tell him that they don't take his insurance. He was astonished since the girl who took his info on Monday and also took his insurance info and specifically said (because I asked that question, if they take his insurance) they take that insurance. My husband said that the older women that was at the desk on Thursday at 4:00 was very rude to him and treated his like he was an idiot. I work for customer service and this was appalling to hear. So if you want to be treated rudely, then I quests this is the place to go. I hope the doctors there are aware of the way customers are being treated!

I went to see Dr. Gabay because I was having terrible pains in my ear. The office brought me in the same day I called, and they brought me back as soon as I walked in. Dr. Gabay was super nice and caring. Turns out I had a hole in my eardrum. His treatment plan healed my eardrum 100%! Will definitely see him again.

I would definitely recommend. Dr. Raphael Gabay. He was extremely professional, calm, and helpful. I was very scared because this would be my first surgery, but after speaking to Dr.Gabay he transmitted a sense of confidence and calmness to me, that gave me the confidence I needed to go through with the surgery (breast reduction and lipo-suction). The nurses (loved my nurse) and anesthesiologist were all very nice, helpful, patient, and professional which made the day of the surgery a lot more relaxing. After the surgery his assistant doctor was very sweet and helpful as well. In all, I am pleased with the results and I know other family members of mine are planning on getting similar procedure done with Dr.Gabay.

Love Dr. Gabay, I had my breast augmentation on Thursday. I'm one week post up and I already love the results. Can't wait to take this baby's on vacation lol... the wait was a bit long, but the staff was amazing! Definitely recommended.

Had a few procedures done in past so many years. About 50% satisfied. All procedures could have been done better. When I expressed my opinions was told nothing more can b done. I feel I’ve spent hard earned $. Shouldn’t the customer get what they want? Honestly if I had known better would have gone for other consults. Possibly used someone else . U spend $ to look better. No one notices no oneeeee. Doesn’t that tell u something???

Doctor Gabay changed my life and gave me the best experience one can offer! I trust him 100%, seeing him since I was 18 and just now getting a rhinoplasty at 20- he provided everything he promised and the outcome is outstanding! The results couldn’t of been better. I would recommend him to anyone. As a young female I was very skeptical about who to trust especially with my face, but he is all about looking natural and he would never steer me in the wrong direction which is why I trust him and gave him the privilege to transform my nose and do my lip injections! Highly recommend, trust worthy and very kind!

Dr Gabay is an excellent surgeon, I went to him for vein removal and liposuction. The experience from start to finish was worth it. My consultation with Dr. Gabay was very informative and made me feel at ease. He educated me on my procedure and answered the many questions I had. The facility is clean. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. They work hard to make sure you are not waiting long. My results look great and recovery was not as bad as I imagined it would be. Dr gabay very polite, pleasant, and patient. He explained everything to me in terms I could understand. Dr gabay staff was pleasant as well. He really had my best interests at heart sad I didn’t go to him the first time. HE IS ALSO HONEST AND REALISTIC. He didn’t sell me false hopes. Oh let’s not forget he is experienced. I had tubular breast correction and he didn’t do my surgery like everyone else he did what was best for me. He staff Mary and dr Pepe was awesome Myra and Amaris were amazing. However there was one tall blonde that had attitude and kept answering her phone other than her I WOULD RECOMMEND DR GABAY TO EVERYONE. He is also very reasonably affordable

I just had a liposuction and breast procedure at Dr Gabay's office. The prices are cheap and also the results. Dr Gabay didn't care about my concerns nor did he offer to resolve my stomach which is worse after the surgery. I asked him to tell me how much fat he removed and he said to me I wouldn't understand medical terminology. So he didn't tell me. My girlfriend went to Dr Dimario on Presidential Blvd and she looks great. Her experience was different from mine. She paid double but she got more than what she expected. I guess I learned my lesson cheap comes with an expensive price. Dr Gabay refuses to give me a refund so now I have to wait a whole year to go and get corrected somewhere else. My breast are ok. Noting spectacular. They are too low and not the right size.

I’ve had surgery here 7 years ago, I love Dr. Gabay and his intern. I am back again. The service is the same as before. The waiting room is long, that’s why I gave 4 stars, but other than that, I love my doctor. But the wait is expected because a lot of people come here and this place is super busy.

My doctor was Dr. Gottlieb. All i can say is AWESOME!!! From the beginning I knew he was the doctor for me. No long wait times, very professional, people orientated. I described what I wanted and he delivered. The day of my surgery was fantastic. Dana ( nurse) the first person I came in contact with was a sweetheart, helped me with everything. She started my IV, which didn't hurt. The anesthesiologist was very nice and professional with asking questions. Inside the OR the nurses were very nice also. Sorry for not remembering everyone's name. Woke up and a nurse was right there. Offered me snacks and fluids, helped me get dressed. Went and got my friend who was waiting for me. Helped me to the car and everything. The staff was great! I am a week post op and I've had two appointments. Dr. Gottlieb met with me both times. Unlike the other reviews. I had a great experience and highly recommend to any one!

I had a TT by Dr Gabay 3yrs ago. weeks later incisions got infected.i had bubbles rasing under my skin. Evertime i was in pain i would schedule an appt to get seen all he kept doing was injecting me wotj steroid and putting me on antibiotics. It got so bad he said there was nothing he could do he referred me to see a specialist. The Doctor who i was referred to stated she never saw something like that before. I had to get the incision cultured. Boom i spent 1yr and 2 months on antibiotics back and forth to see specialist. It was the worst experience 2yrs later he still claimed he doesnt know how i ended up with the infection. Thank God its all over with. Im still left with the ugly scars.

the wait time is ridiculous and he still advertises himself as an ENT even though all he cares about is doing plastic surgery. if you have a loved one in nursing care, DO NOT let them send you to him for any ENT concerns

Dr. Gabay repaired my severely damaged nasal septum (including undoing additional damage by another surgeon). He did so skillfully in his surgical center, which is staffed with a friendly, patient and professional OR team. Pre- and post- op, he treated me with patience, kindness and professionalism. He is best known as a cosmetic surgeon, but he is an ace ENT surgeon as well. I'm so grateful to him and his whole team, from the OR staff to the office staff. They took wonderful care of me.

I went to Dr. Gabay as an Ear, Nose, Throat professional to address pain and fullness in my ear. I have received a call from the office a few days before each appointment that I've had to reschedule for an earlier date or time. So far, I've been able to accommodate those requests even though I work full time and have to move my schedule around. However, I always have to wait far too long to be seen when I arrive. Most recently, I waited nearly two hours to be seen (again, after THEY called ME to reschedule for this time slot). Each time I've been seen by Dr. Gabay, it's been for no more than 5 minutes. At my most recent appointment, when I was finally seen by him, he came in and looked at my CT scan results and suggested that a bone in my nose had grown crooked and that was causing my problems. When I asked "so that's what's causing the pain in my ear?" it was as if he'd forgotten that my ear was the problem I had come to see him for. I certainly do not feel valued as a patient, and do not plan to return here.

Dr Gabay I don’t even know where to begin I HAD tuberous breast deformity and I have been so insecure for over 10years and he changed that in less than 3hours. The man is GOD sent. I’m literally in tears typing this and if u don’t understand why just google the deformity better yet go to his website and check the results. I want to educate ppl on the birth defect because many have it and don’t know until they’re told they’re different there is different levels of it. Dr gabay was honest with me, he provided the garment, he didNOT OVER CHARGE ME I HAD QUOTES FROM OTHER DOCTORS SAYIN 12,000.00 and 10,000 being the lowest all for him to come into my life and cut me a break saying HALF of that (keep in mind I had a DEFORMITY IT WAS EASY WORK.) he even did a little extra work due to make his work look more amazing. I went from looking like a FREAK SHOW to looking like a SNACK. Confidence, gratefulness, and motivation HERE I COME. THANK u Dr.Raphael Gabay ❤️

Had rhinoplasty surgery & a deviated septum repaired (or so i thought) many years ago by Dr Gabay. I had to go to an ear/nose & throat Dr recently for issues I was having & they said I have a deviated septum. ?? So obviously it was never fixed in the 1st place during surgery. Waste of my time, emotional/physical pain & $$$!!! Do not recommend this place. They want your $$ & could care less about the person.

I had several cosmetic procedures with Dr. Gabay over a 1 year period. The transition I experienced in my appearance during that time was nothing short of amazing. With each procedure, he was thoughtful, caring, and listened to all my concerns. He was thorough in explaining all the risks and benefits to my procedures, and although no surgery is risk free, I felt very comfortable proceeding based on his many positive reviews and years in practice. His staff was also helpful, kind, and eager to answer all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone and feel that entire experience was of the highest caliber.

I really hate it coz he just spoiled the nose of my dear one. We landed to his clinic coz PCP referred. We needed to correct the nasal septal spur/cosmetic defect that was right in front of nostril shown outside. What he did?? 2hour surgery and can u believe he did never touch the spur/deformity on which he was supposed to work. He went inside nose and from nowhere manipulated the nasal septum saying that I corrected the nasal septal defect. My loved one is unable to breath normally now its almost 8months (i.e this breathing difficulty not due to post operative swelling, I should mention). He is so rude in talking to the patient or attendants of patients. He is never willing to explain what is he going to do in surgery (lack of informed consent). He grabbed almost 16 visits up til now just for nothing (the follow ups that generate extra revenue for him). And above all he has scheduled a new surgery for the same issue for which we were with him in the first place. OMG He is worst than a quack. God take him away from this kind of "Healthcare Business". He is just butcher. Don't go to him (anyone serious for his/her life). If you want to see the defective nose made by this quack DR. GABBAY, contact me.
