I just had a facelift done by Dr. Shapiro. I was treated like gold from Dr. Shapiro Linda and staff. I must say im not great with pain. Linda held my pain and Dr. Shapiro has the best bed side manner. He went above and beyond to be their for me. I had a little swelling he met me that day in his office after sugery. I am so thrilled with the results. Its only been 12 days and i feel and look like a younger refreshed me. Dr. Shapiro gave me the exact results i was looking for. If your considering a plastic surgeon he's the one. I did alot of research and not only love the results but am just as thrilled of how wonderful i was treated. Thank you Dr. Shapiro u made my dream come true.

The front desk lady was rude. I made the appointment and drove 45 minutes to get there and she tells me she doesn't accept my insurance and handed my card back to me with disgust as if I offended her. Not to mention, the place is dirty looking and in the strangest location. Do not recommend. Save yourself the time and hassle. This review is not for Dr. Shapiro himself (since I didn't even get to see him!!), it's for the lady at the front with lack of customer service.

Dr. Shapiro is the ultimate professional and myself, my daughter and my mother, all have been patients of his for many years. He was the only doctor I would trust for my mother. He is highly regarded in the medical community and a true perfectionist at what he does. His office staff made us all feel welcome and comfortable and they made accommodations so that my mother felt comfortable in his care. I always refer family and friends to Dr. Shapiro!
