I recently had a breast augmentation done with Dr. Saunders and I couldn't be more happier and more satisfied with the results. I have to share with you my experience so you can be more confident to choose Dr. Saunders to perform your plastic surgery. Since I was a teenager when I did not develop any breasts I wanted to get them done. I wanted to look like a woman but more than ever feel confident in the skin I'm in. I had no profile at all and was smooth as a table with 2 little tic tacs for nipples. I had 3 beautiful children, am fairly still a young mom at 36 and finally lost the birthweight I accumulated over the years. I received a message from a friend of an incredible spring special that Dr. Saunders hosts once a year that was too good to pass up. I've done my research on prices for this procedure and I couldn't believe it so I had to go see for myself if this was really true. I attended a seminar in his beautiful, clean and tastefully done antiqued decorated office. I was so impressed with his knowledge and his personality as he spoke. He was very captivating in a sense that you knew you were in the "right" hands of a surgeon. He is an experienced surgeon that has been recognized for his great work. The price of the procedure was just a bonus. All signs were pointing at me finally to take the plunge to get this procedure done. After the seminar I signed up and was completely confident that this was my time to do it. The events leading up went smoothly with text correspondence between the office and myself. The day of the procedure my anxiety level was 10/10 because I was thinking too much of my 3 children and that this was elective surgery that I was putting my body through. I was so nervous yet excited bc I've been dreaming of this moment of having breasts for over 20 years. As I walked into the pristine, modern, very clean surgical room I only recognized Dr. Saunders with a huge smile ready to perform. His team was prepping the area and busy getting ready. Dr. Saunders ask me some brief questions on my excitement but never let on that this was routine for him but aware very new to me. He made me feel very important that this was my big day. He continued to mark my body up, take pics, show me that those boxes over there of 400cc implants were mine and to lie down on the surgical table. While lying down his team set me up and Dr. Saunders never left my side. I thought I was going to get emotional bc of my high anxiety I was feeling but he took it upon himself to sit down next to me and hold my hand while I was being prepped. Just that small gesture of sitting down, holding my hand and at times using his thumb to stroke it made my high level of anxiety go down immediately. As I type this I have tears streaming bc of the compassion he showed to me. He began to tell me of a story that helped my mind escape and before I knew it I drifted off to sleep. Those last moments before going under anesthesia with Dr. Saunders meant the world to me knowing I made the right choice bc of this kind gesture. I woke up in a recovery room with no recollection of how I got there but my procedure was done and I was ready to be whisked away to go home and start my recovery process. I've had numerous follow up appts with the nurse Heather but at post op 3weeks I met Dr. Saunders and again it was a pleasurable one. He's charismatic and incredibly knowledgeable in his craft. He was satisfied to see my results as so am I. My new breasts are falling beautifully in place and are very symmetrical in size but I always remember the dr. saying, "Breasts are sisters not twins," but I have to say mine are a pretty set of sisters that resemble a nice pair of twins. I couldn't be more grateful for the new me and the confidence that 20years of sewing in pads/using gel inserts could never have given me. Thank you Dr. Saunders and your team for fulfilling a dream of mine. I will always highly recommend you, not only for your incredible talent but for your kindness you displayed to me when I needed it the most.

Dr. Saunders, did a tremendous job!! I went with 600cc silicone implants and I'm extremely slender and they look FANTASTIC!! If I wasn't so skinny no one would even question if they were real or not.. Absolutely no rippling and sit up really nice!! I couldn't love them more!! Thank you Dr. Saunders! You've given me the 1 thing I've wanted my entire life!!

Had a consultation and found dr Saunders extremely rude and short in personality. His nurse aide, was also extremely demeaning, calling me “little one” while I was standing there topless in front of them. Also the wait time was unbelievably unprofessional and unreasonably long. I almost had to reschedule. I was mostly disappointed because I was so excited. I read a lot of great reviews, the surgery was easily affordable, and personal word of mouth on how amazing his surgery techniques are but his personality during consultation was an extreme disappointment. Being a woman of pride and high expectations, I felt forced to continue looking somewhere else for a breast augmentation surgeon.
