Dr. Wulc and his staff are just absolutely wonderful. I had upper eye-lid ptosis, which was corrected 7 years ago (in Sweden) but did not last and I had a horrible experience. Dr. Wulc has been nothing but very professional, informative and competent in correcting my ptosis. During and after the whole process, he has been reassuring and I ended up having only minor bruising and swelling and since he is a perfectionist, he takes his time to make sure it will be better afterwards. The surgical center at Abington added to the wonderful experience and I am no longer scared of surgery or anesthesia. I would trust Dr. Wulc to help correct anything (if I had to have something done) and highly recommend the entire experience he gives his clients. Thank you!

I was reaching a point when I knew I would probably be approved for eyelid surgery, so I did extensive research to see what doctor I would feel comfortable with and trust to do the surgery. As a board certified opthamologist and with glowing reviews, Dr. Allan Wulc was the plastic surgeon I knew I wanted even though he was more than an hour away from me. After my first consultation , I let him know i was experiencing problems with night time driving and that another opthamologist had suggested that I have cataract surgery. Dr. Wulc stayed after hours to give me a thorough eye exam and felt that I was not ready for cataract surgery but that he wanted me to go back to the doctor that had done lasik surgery on me ten years prior to make sure everything was right with my eyes before he performed eyelid surgery. That was when I knew I found the right surgeon. I got the green light from my lasik surgeon, who told me I would be in wonderful hands with Dr. Wulc to have the eyelid surgery. I went back to Dr. Wulc and he suggested that I have a brow lift in addition to the eyelid surgery. Dr. Wulc did not push the extra surgery on me, but explained that it would help to maintain the eyelid surgery. Again I did extensive research and felt the brow lift was the right decision. I am now almost 5 months post surgery and cannot tell you how happy I am with my decision. Two of my sisters had eyelid surgery with other surgeons and without the brow lift... they look at me and wish they could have opted for a brow lift as well. Their lifts are already reverting and mine is just getting better and better. Thank you Dr. Wulc... you are are true artist!!!

I can't say enough about Dr. Wulc and his staff. It's been 5 weeks since my surgery (full face laser, mid face lift & upper & lower blepharoplasty) & the results are better than I expected. My skin looks amazing & my eyes are wider & bigger than ever. I've had so many compliments, and one person even said I look 15 yrs younger. Not only is Dr. Wulc a great surgeon, but also an artist. His staff, Debbie, Louise, Stephanie & Tara have been so wonderful through this whole process. I was very displeased with Dr. Wulc's services. There is no question that he is an expert in the field and is incredibly knowledgeable. However, I don't believe this gives any doctor the right to talk down to you, interrupt you when talking, etc. What makes this more frustrating is that the first time he meets you, he does come across as caring, etc, but it seems as if this is just an act. If you want an expert, then by all means, Dr. Wulc is undoubtedly one, but his bedside manner is seriously lacking.

I am a NYC girl who moved to Philadelphia a year ago. In the past, I would run back to the city every time I needed filler and Botox until i found Dr. Wulc. I've been seeing him for about 8 or 9 months now and he is hands down the best doctor that I've ever been to. His skill far exceeds that of my NY doctors - and bear in mind that I only go to the best of the best. I highly recommend Dr. Wulc – he is an artist and a perfectionist. He performed a mid-face and brow lift, upper and lower bleph, ptosis, laser resurfacing under the eyes, and filler liposcupture. It sounds like a lot! But, the results were exceptionally natural. He delivered on my goal which was a “refreshed” appearance. I had minimal to negligible discomfort following the procedure. The office staff and nurses are all professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I’m delighted with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Wulc.

Many thanks to the amazingly skilled Dr Wulc. He recently operated on my right tear duct. Dr Wulc was able to diagnose & initiate a treatment plan immediately. Breifly, my history was for diagnoses of severe dry eye & I had been suffering with related problems. The ophthalmologist who examined me regularly & on emergent basis had missed detection of the underlying tear duct infection. This lead to many co-pays for office visits as well as costly prescription medications & over the counter drops & ointments. I experienced an episode of Recurrent Corneal Erosion. I can't described how painful that was. This lead me to self referring to a different Ophthalmologist, Dr George. He examined me & knew I needed referral to Dr Wulc for his surgical specialty. Thank you Dr George! Under the stellar care provided by Dr Wulc, my issues were identified. He is compassionate in the care he provides. He is confident in explaining expected outcomes and explains the care plan clearly to the patient & family. Day of surgery, after reviewing surgical details, he looked at me & said, "I'm going to make you better"!!! That is exactly what he did; I'm completely better. My eye issues completely resolved. Dr Wulc is amazing! I had ptosis in my right eye due to recurring bells pausy. First I'd like to thank the other Drs. who referred me to Dr. Wulc. The other Dr's did not want to do any repairs to my droopy eye because of the medical condition that caused the ptosis to begin with. They assured me if any person could fix my ptosis it would be Dr. Wulc . Since he was highly recommended by other board certified surgeons I finally decided after years of pondering the idea of fixing my eye to go for it. Best decision I made. Thank you Dr.Wulc your a talented surgeon whom I've come too respect and admire for the work your able to do when so many others Dr 's didn't have the abilities you've displayed. My eyes look GREAT.
