My experience with Dr. Schiedler and all of her staff was over and above my highest expectations. Everyone was very knowledgeable and caring. I chose to have my eye surgery done in Dr. Schiedler's office surgery suite. The room was very well equipped and I felt quite comfortable. Dr. and her assistant worked well together. Music, of my choice, played softly in the background. I was covered in a warming blanket. Dr. Schiedler checked with me periodically to make sure I was feeling at ease. Of all the doctors I have seen for a neurological condition (BEB) I have had for nineteen years Dr. Vivian Schiedler is the very best. When I initially called her office she spoke with me at length. On my first visit there was a mix up and I arrived a day earlier than the office schedule showed. The staff worked with her and I was treated that day, saving me a return trip to Ashland from Grants Pass. Dr. Schiedler has been the most gentle, caring and capable doctor I have seen for this condition. She is better than anyone else at insuring that my bruising is minimal or non-existent from the injections. She takes time with me and listens to me which reduces the stress of the entire procedure to practically nothing. Her staff is excellent, too. They are always extremely friendly and accommodating. Finding her was a true blessing to me. I highly recommend her and her staff to anyone.
