I had Abdominoplasty done last July. Every step of the way, every question, every concern dr. Leonard and his wonderful caring staff were there. When I went in for the consultation I was so nervous, especially when he said he needed pictures and I had to be ..... Naked... yikes. The wonderful dr. And his staff made me feel better. I won’t say comfortable, because when your standing naked in front of practical strangers, who are telling you how to pose, and taking pictures, I don’t think these is a think as comfortable. They did however make this process a bit more bearable, and dare I say fairly painless. The staff really but you at ease. They kept me informed throughout the whole process, from dealing with insurance all the way to getting back to normal me. When asked if I would recommend I would say yes, as a matter of fact I have a thighplasty scheduled with Dr Leonard and his superb staff. I will let you know how it goes

Dr. Leonard is wonderful and I would not hesitate to recommend him. I had gastric bypass several years ago and finally decided to get a breast lift/reduction and brachioplasty (arm lift). It took about 3 months to get in for a consultation, but once I met him I immediately felt comfortable due to his warmth and humor. There was no pressure or judgement from him or anyone in his office, and everyone was friendly and helpful. I always felt like he cared about me both as a patient and a person, and I am so happy with my results. No regrets!

I lived out of the area when my breast cancer journey began. I met Dr. Leonard after a failed belly incision, 2 weeks of wound care and 5 weeks with a wound vac. He put me back together with beautiful results. Then his truly miraculous work began! He did bi-lateral breast reconstruction work and I feel like a better-than-new woman. While doing my pre-op he found a health problem he immediately postponed my surgery and sent me to the specialist to get it taken care of. My mom, at 71 years of age, had cosmetic eye surgery by Dr. Leonard recently. She looks so much younger and it's been a real boost to her self-esteem. The best part was this team's verbal recommendation for a sleep evaluation since they felt she had undiagnosed sleep apnea in the post-surgery recovery room. The nurse said with proper sleep therapy treatment she will extend her own life span. The treatment team was spot on because her sleep study revealed severe sleep apena which has likely caused other medical issues including seizures. All medical issues are now being properly addressed. I'm forever grateful for this team's watchful care. I highly recommend Dann K. Leonard, M.D.

Dr. Leonard and his assistant are amazing. I really appreciated his thorough consultation and the fact that he was so easy to talk to. It’s great to have people who understand that you’re uncomfortable and try hard to make your experience positive. I loved that they were excited for me. With that being said- I’m sorry to give this place 3 stars because if it wasn’t for the receptionist I would have easily given them 5. She was rude and didn’t seem to care about helping me, was dressed inappropriately and instead of greeting me was busy texting. She also seemed pre-occupied when I called to schedule my consult. IMO it’s really important to make sure your receptionist and the person that your patients and clients see first is professional and starts the visit off on the right foot. Really disappointed about that and it ruined the experience for me.

I started seeing Dr. Leonard about 1 1/2 years ago when I was first diagnosed with breast cancer. I knew after the first consultation that he was a doctor that I could trust, and that he was an expert in his field. Everyone I know that has seen him cannot say enough nice things about him. He puts you immediately at ease and clearly describes the entire process you will go through. His bedside manner cannot be beat. He is personable, and has a great sense of humor, which you need as you are going through cancer. I have had a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction, and implant surgery. Both went perfectly and I was amazed by how quickly I healed. Dr. Leonard provides excellent preoperative and postoperative instructions in a personalized book for each patient. His staff is also amazing! As I continue to go through the reconstruction process, I could not be more grateful for such an amazingly talented doctor and kind staff.

After being diagnosed with breast cancer I made the decision with my surgeon to have a double mastectomy with reconstruction. I was referred to Dr.Dann Leonard to discuss all my options, but I had already made my decision. We then moved forward with my surgery and the reconstruction was beautiful. I recovered, but found that I had to have additional surgery to remove more lymph nodes. Recovered again and now 8 sessions of chemotherapy then onto radiation. After 29 sessions of radiation I lost my one breast to a staph infection. My breast did well with the radiation, but at the end I got a bad infection. I was sick and my husband rushed me into Dr. Leonard's office. Dr Leonard and his nurse prepared me for surgery and what was to follow. They were very professional, kind and understanding during this difficult time for me. I was angry and had many emotions going through me. Dr. Leonard with his kind bedside manner explained to me that I had a bump in my road and he could put me back together again. Months later my body had healed and I began the next chapter of my reconstruction. Dr. Leonard explained to me and my husband each step of the way as he rebuilt my breast. I now have 2 full breasts, nipples and tattoos to complete my reconstructed breasts. My husband and I highly recommend Dr. Leonard and his staff. My nurses I had during my hospital stays told me that I had an excellent Doctor. I know because he brought his A++ surgery skills and team to surgery. I was blessed to have Dr. Leonard. I had a bump in my road and he put me back together again. Dr. Leonard saved my life. I am almost 3 years cancer free. I am whole again living life one day at a time with my loving husband.

I came to Dr. Leonard last spring with a grossly botched breast reconstruction. One had a muscle stretched through the middle and the other had rotated out and down. I was in chronic pain. He warned that the fix might take several steps, and that he might only be able to improve the one with the muscle in the middle. I'm one week out of surgery, and already in less pain than the day I walked into his office. No sign of the muscle. They already look great. My expectations have been far surpassed. I'm so grateful. Dr. Leonard did my Augmentation and Tummy tuck 3yrs. ago. The results are amazing! I love the size, and the tightness of my abdomen. He took the time to listen to what my goals were. After having a C-section with my 3rd child, I was scared recovery from my tummy tuck would be just as painful. It wasn't! Dr. Leonard uses a pain pump with his tummy tuck surgeries. It continuously delivered a local anesthetic medication to block the pain in my abdominal area. 3 years later I am still very happy with the results, and would recommend him and these procedures to anyone!

DO NOT USE HIM!!! He almost killed me by hitting a vein in my stomach. I required three blood transfusions and four nights in the hospital. Not to mention that he caused permanent nerve damage in both of my arms.
