I was referred to this Surgeon by my dermatologist and had read the soaring reviews. I scheduled my appointment and she was over a month out which is fairly typical for specialists. 3 days before my appointment, her office called and said they realized they had to reschedule as she was not scheduled to be in the office during my scheduled appointment. I have a very busy work schedule and had already moved my schedule to accommodate hers but needed to get the consult so I opted to move my schedule once more to accommodate her again. The day before my rescheduled appointment, her office said that she was not going to be able to keep that appointment with me. They offered to reschedule it another 60 days out and at this point, I cannot wait. The office then called later that day to confirm my appointment that had previously been canceled by them!! It is clear that she has taken on too many patients, is disorganized and thinks her time is more important than her patients’. I am now another 1-2 months from having my issue resolved until I can get a visit with another Doctor.

Dr. Fichadia is a small framed woman that is ALL heart. She made me feel comfortable and completely excited about having my surgery. I was told that I would NEVER get the surgery I needed because there wasn't a doctor that would touch me. Dr. Fichadia changed all of that. She explained everything that could go wrong, and NONE of it did. She was even excited to do my surgery with me, now that is amazing. How often do you find a doctor that gets excited with you? If anyone needs help, please talk to Dr. Fichadia. I know that she is my angel and has changed my life forever.

I had my surgery back in March and I cannot find enough words to describe how amazing this experience has been. I had my mind made up to have surgery before I met Dr. Fichadia (who came highly recommended in the first place). From the moment she walked in, I felt I was in the best hands possible. She listened to my concerns and intent to have the surgery, by the time I got back to work that day, the date was scheduled. Pre op appointment was informative, she came in before the surgery and met my husband, we both felt scooped up and cared for, confident everything would go perfectly (even knowing there is always risk). I am just over 4 months since surgery and SO HAPPY to feel good again! Needless to say, I am thrilled with my results because of Dr. Fichadia's skill, professionalism, and care. HIGHLY recommend her for any of your plastic surgery needs!

Very pleased with my breast reconstruction outcome! A cancer patient, often times, doesn’t elect to have surgery, it is an event that is thrust into life during a time that is filled with questions, concerns and an overwhelming amount of new information to digest. As I faced the past year, I felt that Dr Fichadia provided me with such patient kind and “un-rushed” care. Thank you for taking time each appointment to hear my concerns and teach me about the breast reconstruction process, what to personally expect and help me to realize that I was not the first person to face these struggles. Every appointment Dr Fichadia was gracious, her skill, academic knowledge, and her patience helped me to feel as if somehow I was fighting cancer and winning. Dr Fichadia never expressed fatigue over my endless preplanned written out list of questions. Dr Fichadia helped me realize that people before me had gone through similar experiences, and that I had what it takes to get through recovery. I needed Dr. Fichadia's help with a couple of problem areas resulting from previous breast reconstruction surgeries following breast cancer. Dr. Fichadia scheduled 2 separate surgeries for me, one for scar revision, and one for breast implant reconstruction revision. In both cases, I was extremely satisfied with the results. Dr. Fichadia pays attention to details, and she definitely knows what she's doing! Additionally, she and her staff, as well as the surgical staff at Providence St. Vincent's were OUTSTANDING in my care throughout the process. I have had a long history of surgical experiences, many of which were miserable, and those performed by Dr. Fichadia were hands-down my best experiences. I will return to her for future work, no question. Highly recommended.

I would recommend Hetal Fichadia to anyone, she explained everything that's regarding my Breast Augmentation and Chin Lipo. She made me comfortable at all times she answered all my questions. Dr. Fichadia is an absolutely outstanding and talented surgeon! She did my breast reduction surgery last month and I am so happy with the results that there aren't enough words to express it! She made me feel comfortable and treated me with kindness and dignity from the very first appointment. She is an excellent listener who tailored the surgery around my desired outcomes and not just a standard procedure. Throughout the whole process she and her office staff have been caring and concise! I am almost 6 months post op and still in great pain from hand surgery. My finger joint is still swollen/enlarged and even after months of physical therapy it does not appear to be improving. I had bone spurs removed and I anticipated having a workable finger by now. My finger was in better shape before the surgery. The joint is now larger than before surgery. I can't straighten it fully and bending it is quite painful. And its crooked now! The physical therapist stated there was nothing more that could be done. In addition, I am having really bad wrist pain since the surgery and have never had wrist pain before. I had a bad joint taken out of my thumb and you do need this joint, not what I was told so it seems to be causing wrist pain .Do your due diligence. I have to sleep with a brace on now. I spend more time working on my hand than I ever did before surgery Nothing helps. I do not feel I was given the entire scenario on recovery time at preop and postop. She began by saying that I would see improvement at 3 months, then she moved it to 6 months and now she is say maybe a year! I am now seeking a second opinion as to whether or not it is fixable. I hope so, I had the $22,000+ surgery because I needed a working hand. Update: Sought a second opinion from an orthopedic surgeon. My middle finger joint was compromised in surgery and will never be what it was or even close to normal I miss my old hand

Yesterday, Dr. Hetal Fichadia of the Oregon Clinic for Plastic Surgery performed the 2nd of two surgical procedures I required, and I couldn't be happier. Both procedures took place at Providence St. Vincent's, whose staff I highly recommend. I chose Dr. Fichadia, based on referral and very positive online reviews. I didn't have the opportunity to choose the great hospital or the wonderful team that prepped and assisted before, during and after surgery, but must state each individual I encountered (both times) was pleasant, prepared, professional, and worked as a team. I was made to feel very comfortable. The first surgery, removal of a growth in my breast, took place earlier this year. From day one (the initial exam) and all the way through resolution of a post-surgery complication, both she and her entire office staff have been A1, kind, thorough, and with consistent follow-through. And yes, anyone who has seen my breast since has commented that the tiny incision looks good and beautiful. Naturally, I asked Dr. Fichadia to remove another growth discovered on my back. Her office worked with me diligently to get through insurance and scheduling faster than I believed possible. Today is the morning after surgery. I am at home, entirely comfortable, and writing reviews online! Thank you, Dr. Fichadia!

After 30 years with implants I was looking for a surgeon to perform removal surgery. After reading reviews I scheduled a consult with Dr. Fichadia and scheduled my surgery. Dr. Fichadia is absolutely terrific. Very personable, thoroughly answering any questions, explaining options and recommendations, has a great personality and is confident with out seeming arrogant. Her staff as well as the staff at Oregon Clinic were also very caring and kind including all the nurses at the Surgery Center! Post-op I can tell you she is a very skilled surgeon as well and I'm thrilled with my choice! I would definitely choose Dr. Fichadia for any future needs and I highly recommend her as well!
