I have been choosing these medical professionals for 12 years. There is no reason to look elsewhere, because I have always been treated to kind, professional service! The results, be they plastic surgery or injectables, have always been first rate. I have no scars from any of the surgeries I have had here. I count NINE of them, including tummy tuck, butt lift, face lift, eyelids, and breast augmentation. I look GREAT! I cannot recommend these medical professionals enough.

Dr. Austin did my reconstructive surgery after I had breast cancer. Upon meeting Dr. Austin I was very impressed with him as a person. I found him to be caring, concerned that all my questions were answered and that I was at ease with the procedures. He explained in length what he would do. If I ever have to have any plastic surgery done in the future I would not hesitate to call on him. After my final follow up with Dr. Austin I felt sad in one way,I felt he had become my friend and now I would not be seeing him, but in another way so thankful that he did such a beautiful job of making me feel and look whole again. Thank You just doesn't seem enough. Always in my heart.

I sought Dr. Austin's help after dealing with a medical issue the past several years. Being that this issue was caused by a previous surgery with a different plastic surgeon, I felt somewhat apprehensive. But upon the first visit with Dr. A, I was immediately at ease. He was thoughtful in his approach to my problem and addressed any and all concerns I had. His execution of the procedure to take care of the issue was immaculate and his follow up care has been excellent. Not to mention his office staff, everyone from the front desk to billing to medical assistants, has been superior throughout the whole process! Dr Austin and his team are amazing and I highly recommend his services. Several years ago after being diagnosed with breast cancer, I chose Dr Austin to perform my breast reconstruction. Dr Austin was extremely knowledgable and experienced regarding the various reconstruction options and together we chose the best plan based on my particular case. He was very patient, thorough and extremely kind. I was so anxious at the time and he always made me feel like I was his most important patient, answering all of my questions. When my nurses found out that Dr Austin had performed my reconstruction, they all said they would chose him as well, because he has an excellent reputation and his work is the best. My results are more than I could have hoped for, in fact my oncologist told me it was the best reconstruction he had ever seen. The followup care I have received from Dr Austin since my reconstruction has been top notch and I look forward to my visits. Such a wonderful Dr, just can't recommend him enough. Not only is Dr. Austin amazing so is his staff (Angela, Mindy, Kristen and nurse Mary) are very professional and personable people. Dr. Austin is knowledgeable and takes his time to explain procedures and answers any questions you might have, very caring doctor who takes the extra time to educated you and your decisions. In his explaining he even makes a diagram to show exactly how things are and how things will be after procedure. After procedure Dr. Austin makes sure that you are happy with the end results and continues to have you come back to make sure the healing process is correct too. Hands down he is the best at what he does. I can't say enough GREAT things about him and staff.

If anyone is thinking about having abdominoplasty then I highly recommend Dr. Austin. As a RN, it was important to me to research an educated, board certified plastic surgeon, that could meet all my expectations. Dr. Austin is extremely professional, caring, and explained how he would perform procedure and what recovery looked like for me. As requested, the incision was made low (think low rise jeans) and turned out exactly how he described. For 14 years, I had been wanting my pre-baby shape back and he did that for me. The scar healed wonderfully and Summers are now spent back in a bikini! Thank you Dr. Austin for an amazing Tummy Tuck!

I would never recommend Dr Austin to a Breast Cancer Patient. I hope No cancer survive should have this experience. His 'assistant' Mary was unprofessional, rude, and no help, at best. Poor communication, listening. There was no empathy, respect, or concern for my health or well being, at a vulnerable, traumatic time. No consideration to pre existing conditions. He assured me he could do an implant on a radiated masectomy breast with Lymphedema, I believed him as a professional. It was not possible, an ugly failure/experience. After the Surgery, he would not Answer my questions, no explanation, or offer of solution, and got angry . The internal infected incision burst, I went to ER, had him remove implant. I asked for a no reconstruction closure, yet I was left with skin flaps, plus painful skin adhesions.
