Love this place. My friend recommended this place. I needed some help for my face, cause due to sun damage, by face was all blotchy & some spots were hyperpigmented & other spots full of blemishes. I had to totally cake make up on to cover. I went here & they recommended Obagi skin care. I tried it & after just 3 months it's like I have new skin. Now all I do is just wear slight mineral foundation & I'm good to go. My skin looks radiant, & sometimes I can go out without any make up at all, & look great. I never would have done that before the Obagi skin care they recommended. The receptionist could be nicer (she appeared a little stuck up)--but the rest of the staff was great.

DR PETROFF IS MY HERO! I got a nose job by him 5 months ago and it was amazing after the first week, by it literally just keeps getting cuter each month. I'm slightly ashamed about how many selfies I now take. My biggest insecurity for 20 years of my life is now something I'm SO confident about. Not to mention, the surgery was a breeze, my after bandage was cute and petite, my bruising was minimal and I basically went back to my life almost right away. One of best decisions I've ever made!

In May of 2018, I had a revision rhinoplasty procedure with Dr. Petroff. Based on my experiences, I feel this review must be written. In short...after the procedure, my nose remains the same. My nose looks the way it did before the procedure and I have difficulty breathing at times. Spending almost $10k just to look the same, is disappointing. Full story...I went in for a consultation, met the surgeon, staff seemed nice and I reserved a surgery date before I left. A few weeks later, the amount was paid in full. I was very happy and looking forward to the procedure. But, a few days before my surgery date, the office called to tell me that they received a call from either myself, or someone else, trying to cancel my surgery. This fabricated story was shocking to me, and I explained to them it certainly wasn't me and that maybe they confused a phone call meant for someone else. They then assumed it was my husband and their tone, demeanor and overall energy towards me, was HORRIBLE after this misunderstanding. My husband nor myself made such a phone call but, they insisted that I should cancel my surgery, which would have left me with zero reimbursement. I didn't allow this, obviously. The day of my surgery, the surgeon asked if my husband was okay with my rhinoplasty and I realized nothing I could say would change what the staff thought of my husband or myself. One thing discussed during the initial consultation with Dr. Petroff was that I might possibly need injections to my nose, to keep the swelling down, after the rhinoplasty. So naturally, after my surgery, this was something I mentioned to a nurse, named Heather, who called me to schedule my follow up appointment. She told me in a rude tone that what I was asking for didn't exist because she had never heard of it. And she insisted that my conversation with Dr. Petroff about possible injections to my nose DIDN'T HAPPEN because she had never heard him speak of "such a thing" to any of his patients. I was very hurt to be spoken to like that. I communicated this to Dr. Petroff during my follow up appointment. He apologized for her behavior but, instead of being able to go to my 3 month appointment, Heather scheduled me for an almost 6 month appointment, claiming he was quote, "too busy to see you..I mean he just has soooo many patients who spend alot to see him." What a slap in the face. I spent almost $10k, out of my own pocket, no insurance for this procedure, and with her statement, pretty much belittled me to feeling as if I didn't deserve to be a patient of his. Based on all of this, I'm not going to my one year follow up and I will not recommend this facility for any surgical procedures. To be gossiped about and treated like an inconvenience is hurtful and unacceptable.

I have spent most of my career in a helping profession and teaching others how to help. I teach the importance of self-care and the replenishing the mind, body, and spirit. Yet, I did not follow my own advice - for years - and it impacted my health and my appearance. I met Dr. Petroff when he performed the most beautiful rhinoplasty on my daughter and was immediately impressed with his professionalism, bedside manner, and skill. At the time, I was just so pleased my daughter was in safe hands. But he and his staff are infectious in their commitment to patients and to meaningful and thoughtful engagement with their patients. I took the plunge and decided, for my own wellbeing, I would invest in myself with the works - facelift, rhinoplasty, and whatever else Dr. Petroff would suggest. In our first meeting he listened with empathy, heard the meaning behind my words, and said no. He told me I didn't need "the works." He told me exactly what he would choose to help me look like a healthier, younger version of me. He told me he thought I looked sweet and he could make me look sweeter. It was not a line. He was turning down work to give me what I was really asking for. That is integrity. From the moment I said yes, his entire staff - from scheduling to nursing to accounting - were attentive, clear, informative, and thorough. I knew exactly what Dr. Petroff would do, how he would do it, and who would help him. His staff called regularly to schedule and confirm appointments. Those appointments were never cancelled and I was always seen on time. Even his anesthesiologist was sweet, well-informed, and pro-active. She called before surgery to review her plan, reiterated it the day of surgery, and followed it exactly. Surgery went perfectly and just as described. I followed their directions for my aftercare and relied on their workbook (yes, they give you a workbook to outline the surgery, procedures, recovery, and it even emphasize the emotional impact of the surgery and recovery process). I am two weeks out from surgery. I have had two ultrasound appointments to reduce swelling (heavenly), a makeup session to learn to cover bruising (licensed estheticians), my staples and stitches removed by two different nurses with the most steady and gentle hands ever, and regular check-ups with Dr. Petroff. I know that people who watch too much television about plastic surgery might think this is a vanity field. I know that for Dr. Petroff and his staff, this is not about vanity. They genuinely understand that how we look is a reflection of how we feel and how we feel is reflected in how we look. By honoring their clients, they honor the value of self care. And, I wish he was not so busy because, besides his surgical skills, if I could download his interviewing techniques and employee training and management principles, I would. The staff is remarkable - without exception. Thank you, thank you, thank you all!
