My wife made an appointment two weeks ago for a dislocated finger that needed follow up care and possibly surgery. We were told by Dr. Vu's office that they accepted Champva insurance. My wife waited the two weeks, went to the office and filled out the usual paperwork, waited to see the doctor, only to be told they did not take Champva, which all doctors accepting medicare have taken with no problem. We wasted two weeks and now my wife will have to find another doctor. It will probably be another few weeks before she can see another doctor, due to long wait times for hand surgeons. If I could give a lower rating I would.

I had to see her due to an employment injury. Her report included false info and delayed my getting the medical treatments needed. The insurance company directed me to her. She performed as paid. I am disappointed with her integrity.

Do not see this doctor. I had my surgery done by this Doctor on August 21st, 2017. It was done two weeks after my tendon was cut at work on the 14th and has been the worst medical experience I have ever had. It has been three months and I have almost no movement in my thumb without extreme pain. Three months of physical therapy, countless splints, and two more doctors haven’t been able to reverse this doctor’s failed operation on my hand. Due to her terrible procedure skills I now have to get a second surgery in order to redo and fix her “repair” of my tendon.

Took fiancé there to have surgery on his hand. When we got there staff did not know what medications they were supposed to give him after surgery and a procedure that was supposed to take 1 1/2 took several hours started the surgery at 2:45pm and didn't get out of there till almost 6:30. They didn't come out to tell me anything except at the end where the quack that did the surgery just came out and just told me she was finished with the surgery. Don't go to this horrific place. They also did tests that were not nessasary just to get more money out of workmans comp. they also want him to do physical therapy for a finger tip again workmans comp will be charged for that. Im going to make a complaint with the medical board. Again avoid this quack at all costs.

Not very good at diagnosing hand problems. Might be good with surgury but she wont listen to the patient. I guess when you have your own business it doesnt matter what the patient has to say. Sometimes listening can make all the difference! We did find out what the problem was with a different doctor but only after months of time, pain and money were wasted.

This doctor do not care for everyone accepted for MONEY. The people work there do not know much, they give a very bad instruction after the surgery. I do not recommend this doctor or this office to anyone.

The woman did emergency surgery for a post surgerial infection and helped save my life and for that I thank her, BUT, other than ordering antibodies there was NO post op care provided

Told me to I needed surgery. In reality didn’t . I went to tuality hand specialist and they told me I didn’t. Don’t go with her. Very unprofessional. She wore sweats and a sweater when she was attending me.

So I had hand surgery with Dr. Vu through a referral that I got from workers Comp. I still have a hard time gripping and grasping things and pain she told me that their is nothing I can do that the insurance company doesn't care and they tell me you have to be release to full duty even if you cant do it. Then says please come back and see me in 4 weeks. This Dr. does not care about people and their conditions. To tell me that the insurance company says that I will be release to full duty no mater what and that her hands are tied theirs nothing she can do is not right. Im sorry but this doctor lost her morals along the way somewhere.

I understand how everyone has their own experience but I’m honestly SHOCKED at these negative reviews. I had a tummy tuck after weight loss from Dr. Vu and could NOT be happier. I even gained a ton of weight back and lost it again and my stomach looks amazing at all weights! I can’t recommend her enough!
