I was able to get a 7am appointment, and had both Christmas and the receptionist ready to getgr me at the door at 6:45am. That is very rare and great customer service. Would highly recommend.

I have been to Aesthetic Surgical Arts for several different services including laser skin treatment and lower eyelid surgery. Every time I have called or visited the office the staff are friendly, attentive, helpful, and competent. When I had eyelid surgery in their surgery center I was kept informed about what would happen next and what to expect. Everyone seemed to do their jobs extremely well. Dr. Hunts is excellent at explaining risks, benefits, and alternatives to the services he offers. I am very pleased to not have bags under my eyes anymore--the outcome of the surgery was what I was hoping for. He seems to be dedicated to hiring excellent staff and creating a welcoming and well-run office. I have always been seen on time, no waiting. Highly recommended.

Went in for my lower eyelid bliephauroplasty with Dr John Hunts this past June. He was great in explaining the procedure and showed me lots of typical before and after pictures of patients he has done himself, amazing !!!! I couldn't wait to lose my " baggage" that made me so self conscious for over the last decade. He and his team are friendly well trained top notch professionals and I loved the results.... I healed quickly and now look ten years or more younger. Dr Hunts does whatever it takes to make it work out... patient first approach .... love it ! Earlier this year after first visiting a very good and recommended eye sergeon in town, I was shocked and turn off at the 10,000.00 price tag. Dr Hunts saved the day by doing an amazing job for several thousands less then some of the competition. I am disappointed with the results of my procedure. I don't understand how you can expect results when the wrong area was targeted. I wanted reduction under my arms and inner thigh. I was laying on my stomach during the procedure, but the area that bothers me is in the front? I questioned it at the time , but now that it has been over 12 weeks I can say that I did not see any results. I was told to get before and after pictures, I did not want to have photos, but was told I would really be glad I had them taken, that was 10/15/2018 and I have not had any follow up contact at all, so I guess my first thought about the photos was right. This heat sculpting procedure is not worth the cost even at a 50% discount. Sorry I like your practice just not happy with the results of this procedure of the lack of follow up
