Had surgery in 2008. Everyone at the office is so nice. He continues to follow up at no charge. He honestly wants his patients to be happy with the work he does. Amy has been with him for years, even before I went in. She is very nice and professional.

During consult for a breast aug revision 2 years ago, the Dr and staff were friendly and he listened to all of my concerns attentively. He assured me he could revise my implants to my liking. I believe he could have and I would have set a surgery date however, I found he is not a certified plastic surgeon, but a "cosmetic surgeon". There is a difference. Different credentials, different requirements. Do your research. I just wasn't willing to risk in case something went wrong. Also, I wouldn't be fully under anesthesia, just a local. BUT he has been performing only breast augs for many, many, many years. Again, I just wanted my Dr to be a certified plastic surgeon.

I have been a work in progress for Dr Metcalfe. He is hands down the best. When I saw him the first time I had gone to a different surgeon that had done unnecessary mastectomies on me. This man is amazing. He will always be special to me. He just recently did another reconstruction surgery on me and asked me to be patient with him that I would need a few revisions. His staff and him are number one in my book. I highly recommend him to anyone. He's the best hands down. I love him and his staff with all my heart!!!!!

Had breast augmentation 24 years ago (I was 26 years old at the time). I had zero visible scarring and was down for no more than 3-4 days. I am now 50 years old and while the rest of by body is showing the years, my beast are as beautiful today as they were the day I had my surgery. No rippling, no symmetry issues. Very natural look. No drooping whatsoever. I guess I should have them replaced but I keep thinking I'd never be lucky enough to have the same result on the second go around so every year I talk myself out of it.

I got mine done in January 2016 and I still love them. I have referred him to my friends and my daughter (30 yrs old) is even considering getting hers done.with him. He and his staff were nothing less than very professional and caring.

He is terrible! He offers cheap services because he gives you a cheap result. If you go back to him to try to talk it out, he won’t listen- he will just ask you to pay for your surgery all over again. A LOT of other doctors are available to do it the right way, there’s a reason he’s so cheap.

Dr. Metcalf performed my breast augmentation 15 years ago. I still love the work he did. I have referred many people, and they are all extremely happy with his work as well. Dr Metcalf did my first breast augmentation. Not having experience with breast enhancement I foolishly went way to large. After a while, realizing I was very unhappy with my enhancement Dr Metcalf offered to do revision. He went with a much smaller implant and reconstructed my breast. I've never been so happy. I literally walk around my house naked so much because I love them. He's all business and has so much experience. Even though I messed up the first time I wouldn't take it back he's made me so happy with my body! He's the best!!

Nothing but praise for Dr Metcalf and his staff!! They are very thorough with explaining the process and the look after is worth every penny!!! Some people go to other places that do all sorts of plastic surgery. I look at it like anything else in life would you take a Mercedes to someone that specializes in Mercedes or one that every so often works on a Mercedes? This is his specialty and he is great!!

I just had my surgery done 1 day ago with Dr Metcalf and his staff. One the best qualities these office has is they are definitely to the point and confident which in turn made me trust them. Even my fiance was empress ed by how confident Dr. Metcalf sounded. He said trust him and we did know my breast look amazing even just one day later. I wanted this surgery since I was in my early twenties I could not be more pleased on how my breast look . They understood my nervousness, and his staff was amazing and knew exactly what they were doing they were extremely well trained! Thank you Dr. Metcalf you gave me my confidence back! Do not risk your health, or waste your time/money by allowing this man to operate on you. He performed my breast augmentation 6 months ago, and almost immediately I started seeing a problem with my right breast. I brought my concern to his attention, all to be shunned away and told that he “doesn’t see what I’m referring to,” and to “let him know if anything changes.” I now have a double bubble on my right breast due to him dropping my nautral inframmary crease, as well as the early signs of capsular contracture on my right side as well. I saw him last week and he confirmed both of those things, yet didn’t give me instructions or medication to prevent the issues from worsening. When I spoke to him about a revision to correct those things, he gave me a price quote of only $500 less than what I originally paid him in March! He doesn’t honor his “limited lifetime warranty,” and refuses to provide me with an itemized receipt of my charges.
