Dr RJ Langerman treated me back in 2013 for a serious injury in my left ankle. I tore all the ligaments and he found that I also split the tendon running up the side of my ankle. He did not jump into the decision of surgery until we had all the facts, which I was very thankful for. In the end, surgery was required and his reconstruction was amazing. The recovery took a long time, but I am 100% recovered, with the ability to play sports and run again. In fact, my reconstructed ankle is more stable than the other if you can believe that! His PAs are complete professionals and the only negative critique I would have is that he is extremely busy and it can be a long wait to be seen. But, it is a small price to pay to have the best orthopedic surgeon that specializes in ankles in the region! I highly, and I mean HIGHLY, recommend Dr Langerman

The Dr. Is OK. His office on the other hand is not ran very well. I was there 3 hours just to get ex rayed and see the Dr. I heard to many walk ins and short staffed. From 2 different sources. I don't recommend this place. I was injured in a car accident. So fustration after fustration .

They are NEVER on time or respect your time (each visit no less than 1 1/2 hr wait even 1st appt of day) with no contact to tell you they're running behind. Lied to about who appt was with (supposed to be Langerman then after long wait, was PA while Langerman left for the day). Get asked all same questions each time like is initial visit (was supposed to be getting MRI results ). No help for considerable pain have been in long term & was told they would help. Very disappointed, very lacking in consideration!

Dr. Langerman did surgery on my daughter’s ligaments and tendons. He did an outstanding job! He is the ultimate professional and is always so pleasant. The staff at OCOM has always been amazing and the nurses, anesthesiologist, and other staff really took care of her before, during, and after her procedure. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to take care of my family!

I have been coming to Dr. Langerman for about 35 years. He has been correcting what another doctor botched on both of my feet. I can't say enough about him. He is an amazing doctor and I would not trust any one else. If you ever have trouble with your feet see him first.

I had my first time with him and June it's now November and I'm still trying to get put on the schedule for surgery. Unless you feel like waiting months and months for your surgery go somewhere else. It's almost impossible to get someone there to call you back or answer the phone I've had to actually go into the office just to get test results that were supposed to have been contacted me with weeks earlier

I have used Langerman twice on foot surgeries and he is absolutely the best. I would recommend him to anyone. As far as the SOS facilities, they couldn't be better. I didn't have a long wait time. My driver for surgery knew exactly where I was during the entire process by the information screen in the waiting room. All of the staff was courteous and helpful. This place runs like a well oiled machine. I couldn't be happier.

I fell off a ladder in November of 2005 and Dr. Langerman was awesome. I had shattered my heal in 25+ pieces and he was able to get me back to walking as normal as possible. In fact just this year I started running again and without pain. Never would have thought that would be possible. Have seen comments to the negative about this facility but the thing is if you want the best then you might have to wait a little. But Dr. Langerman is the best so I would recommend you wait.

RJ Langerman D.O. and his wonderful PAs Nicole and Keri are the very best!!! I have been going to them for over 10 years for my knees. We treated them conservatively then we had to have complete bilateral knee replacements and they were so professional, supportive, caring, and helpful throughout the entire process! Nicole and Keri are the best at injections! I recommend them to all of my friends and my husband loves it here too. He had his shoulders done by RJ. No better place to go! You can't go wrong with them!
