Really wasn't happy with Dr. Hunter and the visits I had with him. I was referred to him by my primary care physician. After a couple of visits I decided to take my medical treatment into my own hands and found my own ENT (Dr. Pillow in Edmond) and I'm very glad I did. Dr. Hunter's bedside manner is not good at all. He's very dismissive and not very thorough in my opinion. Each time I met with him I had to start from scratch because he couldn't remember me, why I was there or the details surrounding my health concerns. He never bothered to look at the ultrasound my primary care physician had ordered and was very quick to suggest going under the knife. Never once did he suggest or order a CT Scan or perform any scoping to look for issues, symptoms or complications. The physician I ended up going to (Dr. Pillow) was very professional and thorough and made sure I understood every aspect of my medical condition and treatment. Something Dr. Hunter never did nor had interest in doing. I would not suggest Dr. Hunter under any circumstance.

The office staff is always so nice & welcoming. I’ve never had a bad experience with Dr. Clark or Dr. Stein. My kids have been going there for over 10 years. They’ve had to have multiple surgeries & never a problem. I highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with Dr Hunter and my results.The front office staff are friendly but not always very helpful.This is a big change from when the office was privately owned

Dr. Hunter , Dr. Major and the PA are all excellent. Mrs . Goldie and The surgery scheduler that starts with a C , I want to say Chasity are great. This is what I have seen of the rest. The lady's up front are very rude 90% of the time. They sit and discuss back an forth with a room of patients things and there feelings towards other patients. I have seen and heard this 4 times in 4 months time. They apparently don't understand the hippa laws and need PR training. I am currently waiting for The PA to return from an hour n half lunch to get my son out of pain a week after surgery , after having to drive up here because no one has answered phones this morning , to find out they don't know what happen to the message I left at 1 pm yesterday . As I set here the only call I have heard them on is with a fellow employee. So now I see why my son is setting here in pain!!!! Are you freaking kidding me? I will not refer anyone else here and will be taking my children elsewhere. Which makes me mad because the Dr's are excellent. If the lady up front is indeed Dr . Hunters wife like I have read on other reviews , then shame on her. She should know better then to act like that and discuss those things in front of other patients. And now let's sit and eat and talk about food in front of a child that can't eat due to pain!!!! He is sitting here in tears, and they have looked several times knowing I'm livid. Smh !!!
