I went to Dr Jones who left me feeling discouraged..he was so cocky and just rude. Dr Shadid listened to me and took so much time with me. I have worked with Dr. Shadid for 9 years at the place he performs his procedures. We have a ton of plastic surgeons that go there. I chose Dr. Derek for my surgeon and his brother Dr. Chris as my anesthesia because of their skill and professionalism. In all my years being a nurse I have never seen a pair of doctors be more OCD about sterile/clean technique than I have in these two. Dr. Derek does AMAZING work. And I have seen patients who have used previous surgeons then goto Dr. Derek to get "fixed". His OCD makes him a fantastic surgeon. I would and have recommended him to friends and family. My breast augmentation looks and feels AMAZING.

Dr. Shadid and his staff are wonderful - they are so friendly and walk you through every step of the way. Shadid's work is absolutely amazing, he is a perfectionist (which is a good thing) but also very realistic regarding your expectations and takes considerable time to make sure you get the best results possible. His tummy tuck procedure is one of the best in the industry (having compared my results and experience with friends who used other surgeons). A nurse once told me that among her fellow nurses, a tummy tuck from Dr. Shadid was the gold standard. I have to agree. When it came to a later breast reconstruction after a double mastectomy he was my first choice and highly recommended by my doctors. He did amazing work on my breast reconstruction (they are honestly better than before!). You will not be disappointed!
