I saw Dr Feng while she was at Case Western. She was polite, but she told me she would be doing all of my surgery. She did half of it, but allowed a resident who worked with her to do the other half. When questioned about this she denied it completely with my husband, an MD was present. Her assistant, also an Asian woman doing a fellowship with her, told me that "Dr Feng did not do all of the surgery and she often prescribed more surgery than necessary which is exactly what she did. Go to a local cosmetic surgeon with a good reputation. She built a reputation on women's fears regarding silicone. She is a disgrace to the medical community. Shame on you Dr Feng!!!!!

Dr. Feng is dishonest and heartless. Do not believe for sec “Dr. Feng is an expert” she is nowhere near an expert or a regular doctor in general, why? Because the results after surgery are dramatically negative. She failed her own promises as well as her “artistic skills”. And refused to discuss the outcome of her “professional work”. From my experience, her only professionalism is putting on that fake smile of hers and pretend to do the job “no one else is capable of doing”. After the procedure she wont want nothing to do with you. You will be ignored by all staff in her office too. She is the biggest money hungry individual I ever met.

If you have any back or musculature issues, spend at least 60 minutes with Scott for massage therapy. I don't go for the frou frou massage, not do I see this as a luxury. A great massage is healing, it addresses issues pills can only bandaid. I have back pain which doesn't show up on an X-ray, which renders a doctor visit useless. Getting a deep tissue massage which targets any areas of discomfort, is the healthy solution to feeling better.

I don’t even know where to begin. I love this place. I don’t have anything bad to say. Dr Feng is brilliant, confident, positive and she saved my life. No one. I mean no one could have handled my difficult case any better. She is top notch and worth the wait. Linda has been amazing to me. Gary is the nicest kindest man I know. The front staff is also very kind to me. I absolutely love Tina. So sweet and all the nurses and staff are quality. Her food is amazing and they have also been so sweet and awesome to my daughter Mackenzie. Dr Fengs work is meticulous. She is an artist. Happy, blessed and grateful ❤️

Didn't even make it as far as an appoint. Called the office 3 separate times just to schedule a consultation. After the 3rd time Linda called me back. She offered me an appointment 4 months out, which was a big surprise. I said I would like to take the appointment, but will call around and if anything changes, I will call back to cancel. Linda instantly developed an attitude and told me "Why don't you do that first". I told her I don't understand why she is upset with me, all I want is to schedule an appointment before this time slot is taken, if anything changes I reassured her I would call back. Her response was that if I am making my decision based on solely on time then she doesn't want to waste her time sending me a welcome package. Incredibly rude and very unresponsive office. If this is how they handle a potential client, imagine how they would handle an existing client with a concern/question. Very glad that came to surface early in the interaction. Edit: In response to the clinic's response: No, you did not offer me an 'out'. I repeatedly asked to be scheduled for the consultation offered (4 months out), but was repeatedly refused. There was no confusion, as when I insisted on an explanation, Linda stated she didn't want to bother sending me a welcome package. That is not an offer of an 'out'. But, nevermind that. I am following up to refer anyone reading this to Dr. Jason Leedy. I went with him and couldn't be happier with the results. If you are researching PS, youtube him and watch his interviews and other videos.

I explanted with Dr. Lu-Jean Feng on 3/8/2019. Only two weeks out from surgery, I can honestly say, with my entire heart and soul, that Dr. Feng is an absolute angel, and my entire experience with her and her staff was beyond my wildest dreams. I had been so nervous to explant, worried about how my breasts would look afterwards, apprehensive, because of some of the negative reviews I had seen, petrified about going under...but all of my worries dissolved as soon as I had my consult day at the clinic. The entire time I felt cared for, supported, loved, valued, and SAFE. I am absolutely shocked that anyone would say anything negative about Dr. Feng, and I stand by my opinion - that she is absolutely a miracle worker. I am healing beautifully, my breasts look better than I could have ever hoped for (I like them even better now WITHOUT implants), and almost all of my symptoms from Breast Implant Illness are gone. If you have any doubts about Dr. Feng, please dissolve them, she is an unparalleled care-giver, and I highly recommend her on every level. If I could write a 10-star review, I would!

Ever since November 2017 I've tried to set an explant surgery with Dr Feng with no success. I've followed the steps to get onto the callback list. I've watched all the webinars and accessed my situation, which was when I discovered I am suffering rom BII. On my first call they were very responsive. I called the office and within 30 min Linda called me back to follow up on some questions she had. After you do all this you wait for her to call you back to set up an appointment for surgery. I haven't heard back since. Because I hadn't heard back in January 2018 (and I called several times and was told she would get back to me, which she never did) thinking that they might've lost my info, I decided to start all over again and call as if it was the first time and once again follow all the steps. But this time I was never called back. I realized that she probably thought it was the same person and didn't ever call me back. Today is the 14 of February (happy valentines to all who are ready this lol) I still haven't heard anything back from Linda. Not to mention that I am still calling pretty much everyday and am leaving my name and phone number and am told the same thing over and over "she will call you back on her own available time" (basically telling me that she would call me back when she had nothing else to do) but to this day I've been suffering from BII, hoping for a call back and I've heard nothing. I believe Dr Feng is a very professional and talented microsurgeon and this is the only reason I keep trying, but the Feng clinic should be clear as to what type of clientele they give priority to and readily accept so the rest of us regular folk don't waste our time. I understand that I'm not a well known billionaire nor a celebrity, but I am a human looking for a professional to help me with my illness who truly cares. After watching the webinars a few times I thought I could trust that they would care about BII. Not to mention that one time that I called the receptionist was so rude. When I asked to speak with Linda, She immediately put me on hold for 10 min, came back and told me Linda was in a meeting and could not talk to me. I was a little mad and told her I was about to board a flight and had 30 min from the time I had called. The receptionist then said I wouldn't have had time to speak with her anyways, I told her I would've if I wasn't placed on hold for 10 min and then having this argument with her. She then said that Linda would call me back on her own time (like I haven't heard that before). Unfortunately I'm going to have to find another PS that is available to help me.

Dr Feng removed on silicone implants. She charged significantly more than any other plastic surgeon, but I was so fearful, I wanted the best. She did a good job removing the implants but it has been 10 years and looking back, I would probably have similar results from many of the other qualified and experienced surgeons at 30% less. Dr Feng exudes confidence and that is her selling point. While I was at her office, she told me that she can fix the bags under my eyes and correct the mistakes made from the previous plastic surgeon. She said I had a pretty face except for the bags and the poor job the prior plastic surgeon had made. So, 2 years after my explant I went back to her office. Again - paid anywhere between 30 to 40% more than the other surgeons, I had my bags removed and corrective surgery. That was 8 years ago. She did not do a good job. My right eye turned out well. My left eye did not. Looks as if she did nothing to my left eye. I live in California and didn't notice until I returned home. I can't tell you how heart broken and devastated I was and still am. I can't tell you the tears I have cried. I had went thru so much to get the surgery and paid so much money. Dr. Feng - when you're on your death bed, remember me. You have a black heart.
