Jus had my breast lift yesterday and I can’t thank dr Donaldson enough. He has the BEST bed side manner, his staff is so amazing , gentle one even held my hand, he’s very concerned with your comfort and went out of his way to make sure that I was in the correct mindset for my surgery when I had my first consultation . I actually Went to another surgeon for a 2nd quote and was shocked the fact they wanted me to pay over $12k for the same surgery dr. Donaldson only charge me nearly half that price. And that other doctor wasn’t even part of the plastic surgery board , he show me ONE before and after pic and was very pushy! Some doctors are just out for money but dr. Donaldson only wants you too be happy and feel beautiful it’s not about how much money he can get from you. Go to doctor Donaldson for ALL your needs ! ihe is safe , caring and very experienced!

Throughout the entire process, Dr. Donaldson and his staff were very supportive and kind. They were able to get me in just a few weeks later, and provided me with additional options for financing the procedure. In preparation for the breast augmentation, they were patient above all else. They answered all of my questions along the way, and allowed me to come back in to make sure that I was indeed happy and sure about my selection. At the surgery center, they were attentive, organized, soothing and professional. Despite the fact that they've already received payment in full, they've continued to to provide the same level of after care support as they have since the beginning including follow up calls and appointments, as well as attention to my comfort and needs. The healing process has been so much better than I had expected, and I am so glad I made the decision to move forward with this provider. In addition, he administered my Botox, a service I've received several times. However, with less Botox (aka less cost), he achieved better results. I feel absolutely stunning, and am excited about all that I was able to accomplish with Dr. Donaldson and his team!

Went to him to inquire about an under eye lift and neck lift, he convinced me to try an injection of restylane in my tear troughs instead. He said I would love it and wanted to make it permanent with fat grafting later. He overfilled my cheeks and 2 years later one side looks nearly normal with only a small amount of saggy skin and the other side still seems to contain more filler and is puffy and saggy. I also have blue discoloration on that side due to possibly not injecting the restylane deep enough. Needless to say I didn't decide to make it permanent and am trying to find a solution to this saggy cheek skin.

I am glad that I had a B.A. done back in October 2015 and Dr. Donaldson did a fantastic job. They look really good on my tight petite frame. They arent too big and they look and feel very natural.

I had a breast augmentation in February of last year and have been meaning to leave a review. From the moment I met Dr. Donaldson and Bobbi (I hope I'm spelling it right, if not, sorry!), I immediately felt comfortable and welcomed. She did an amazing job with helping me find the size that would suit my body because I wanted to have it look as natural as possible. Dr. Donaldson is very pleasant and genuine with great bed side manners (which is rare for a doc I heard!). I had no complications and to this very day, I rave about him to anyone I come across or are interested in having it done. Everyone has always complimented how nice they turned out and even the sales employees at La Senza who helped me with a bra fitting thought I was just blessed! My breasts are symmetrical and I chose silicone, which is super soft. I was very worried about how firm they were going to be, but everyone who has felt them has told me that they feel very natural and soft. Overall, I had a great experience in the office and after surgery. I'm super happy with the results and would highly recommend anyone interested in a breast augmentation to see Dr. Donaldson and his team.

The minute I walked into Dr. Donaldson's office I knew I was in the right place. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Donaldson was kind and caring. Plus he did an exceptional job on my surgery. I could not be happier with the results. I will go back to him for anything else I need!!!

I had a tummy tuck and Lipo in August of 2017 and I am not pleased with the results. I feel that for what I paid I should have had better results. I am not pleased with my shape or with how my body looks after all the work was finished. In my opinion he does not do as good of work on women of color as he does with his other patients. I looked at his work in his office and all the pictures were white women so I figured ok this will be great. There was a woman that was about the same size as I am and he did an excellent job on her. My flanks or love handles look like they were never worked on and I was told in a follow up appointment that maybe I should try cool sculpt. It's sad that when you pay for something you are expecting to get what you paid for. I have changed my diet and work out 5 days a week and I am still not seeing the results I was told I would have. And as far as my tummy tuck goes I still have a weird area on my upper stomach that does not look right. I will not pay another dime to him to fix what I had already paid for. So all I can say is do your research and be clear what you want and make sure that he puts in writing what he will be able to do for you. I truly feel like I have waisted my money and should have went someplace else. So basically now I am going to try and go some place else in a few months and try to get my side's fixed. I have a uneven look on my flanks and not the contour look that I thought I would have. I told him what I wanted and paid for what I thought I was going to get but did not get. PLEASE if you are a woman of color do your research i don't feel he is the best option.

I had seen Dr. Donaldson for a breast augmentation. I found him via Google search, looking over reviews of plastic surgeons close to me. He stuck out to me immediately. Months had gone by before I began seriously considering having an augmentation. So I went ahead and set up a consultation with Dr. Donaldson. His staff was very helpful and welcoming right from the beginning. I was in constant contact with the staff right from the beginning, with different concerns, and they were quick to help me out every time! I knew right away that Dr. Donaldson was who I wanted to trust to do my surgery. He is the perfect blend of honesty and professionalism that you want in a doctor, but also the friendly advice and humor of a good friend. He listens to you and he won't go into surgery with you until you are confident about everything. I cannot say enough about him and his staff. I was very impressed. He has a very gentle hand, so pain was extremely minimal even right out of surgery, and recovery was very quick. He cares a lot about his work and his patients and it shows in the results!

Dr. Donaldson did my breast augmentation May 2012. I never thought I would consider augmentation but after breast-feeding for two years, my breasts had become non-existent! I was worried about looking “fake” and I didn’t want to be “too big”. I did my research on-line and then visited three different plastic surgeons in the Columbus area. After the three visits, it was very easy to choose Dr. Donaldson and his staff for my surgery. I’ve now had the “new me” for 6 months and I seriously couldn’t be happier!!! Dr. Donaldson and his entire staff were a class act before, during and after my surgery. Dr. Donaldson took the time personally to respond to several emails prior to my surgery and even called me at home afterwards to make sure I was doing ok. There’s not much more intimidating than going to a plastic surgeon’s office for a consult. But this practice made my experience incredibly relaxed, informative, and comfortable. They see the real doctors in action and several said that Dr. Donaldson’s patients recover better and faster because his surgical technique is so gentle, methodical and precise. My botox experience today here was awesome. The extra touch of getting your makeup touched up before you leave is a unique experience I haven't seen at any other practice. Normally after botox I slink to my car to apply ice and reapply makeup to try to go back to work without obvious injections sites. Having a professional touch you up takes the whole experience to another level.

Now I look in the upper 40's again. I was told this would last 7 to 10 years or more. Well worth it. My experience with Dr Donaldson has been wonderful! I had a breast reduction /lift done. Before getting it done I did a lot of research and even watched the awful videos on you tube. I was scared about getting the surgery done but it was something that I had wanted to do for a long time. After thinking long and hard and having many discussions with my husband I decided to pick a doctor and make an appointment. From the very first appointment Dr Donaldson’s staff was always very nice and always glad to answer any questions I had. Surgery went very well, I was home the same day and although I was very sore they gave me strong enough pain medication that my pain was minimal and they gave me enough to last until I didn’t need it. I thought that it was extremely nice that the doctor called me at home to check on me that evening. How many doctors do that!? A few weeks of taking it easy and then pretty much back to normal activity after that. Now to the best part of all of this, I am extremely pleased with the results!!! I would highly recommend Dr Donaldson and his team for all of your Plastic Surgery needs!!! Thank you Dr Donaldson on a job well done!!! You are awesome!!!
