In 2012 I started treating my body better by eating clean and working out. I also started running. Which has now become a passion of mine. I wanted to be rid of all the excess skin and fat I had after losing 75lb & 38 in. From my initial consultation I felt very comfortable with Dr.Lichten and his staff. We opted to do tummy tuck, liposuction and arm lift. I am sooooo pleased with the results. Thank you Dr Lichten, Jill and everyone else who helped make my transformation possible!!!

Dr. Lichten runs a tight but extremely patient centered practice. If you can set through his explanation of a procedure and not "get it" it's only because you weren't paying attention. His staff exude the feeling of confidence but are not in the least bit crisp. I'll say it again, it's an extremely patient centered practice.

Doctor Lichten helped me get my happy back. I lost a lot of weight several years ago and had excess saggy skin left over and struggled with my body image. Not only did the surgeries out great, but his overall manner, follow up care, and office staff were awesome. I tend to worry about things and after my first surgery so I freaked out over every little thing. Doctor Lichten told me he'd let me come in his office every day to check things out and keep my mind at ease. His nurse Jill is also incredible and very patient to answer any questions. l had the fat on my neck removed and cheeks raised and I certainly enjoy my profile NOW when I look into the mirror. Before I just groaned. I wish I had it done in my early years. I am well pleased with how Dr. Lichten wasn't in any hurry to rush me, and was very ethical. He and his staff explained every question I had. I was an outpatient. Sure it hurt's for a while. You are given medication to keep you comfortable. I was due to go back for a pro follow up, a month ago, but I have delayed that appointment as I have some other medical issues that require surgery Jan. 8, 2014---not related to surgery with Dr. Litchen. .

I have had several procedures done by Doc. I wouldn't go to anyone else. He and his entire team are the best. They are friendly, helpful and genuinely concerned about their patients and their care. I recommend Doctor Lichten and his team of professionals if you are considering any kind of plastic surgery, talk to these folks first. I have had several skin growths removed and I am extremely pleased with the care and outcome of the surgery. I have had similar surgeries performed by other surgeons, I won't go back to them. I am happy I found Dr. Lichten and in the future I will continue to see him if the need arises.
