This doctor is a terrible person and has scammed me and countless other Green residents for money. Dr. Carp was the owner of Green Room Spa in Green, OH. He announced the closing of the spa beginning of April. I purchased a $250 gift card from his spa for a pregnant friend end of March. He announced the closing of the spa a week or so later. I was furious that they would sell me a gift card knowing they are closing. But even if the closing was a sudden decision, refunding people their money would be the right thing to do. I called and was never able to get ahold of him, just a receptionist. The receptionist would tell me that she can’t help me and that he will call me by the end of the week, never heard from him. She would then say he will call me by the end of April. Still have not heard from him and at this point Im pretty sure he won’t respond. I called the spa to schedule an appointment so I can use up the gift card and then give my friend cash instead, but it goes straight to voice mail and the voice mail box is full, and this is during their business hours. This “doctor” scammed me and so many other people in Green for some quick cash before closing his spa. I would never recommend doing any sort of business with a person that is this money hungry and obviously not looking out for his patients best interest. Edited to add: I see the owner responded to my comment with “your card has been refunded earlier” and that is a complete lie. Nobody even reached out to me about the matter let alone refund me my money! What a money hungry person Dr.Carp is.

Dr. Carp assured me that it would be a quick and easy operation, and helped me understand what to expect during and after. It’s been almost a year since the surgery and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Since then, I’ve gone in for more services provided by Dr. Carp and his staff, and also at the spa. Let me start out by saying I did not use this doctor's services. The women in the office were all very polite, but I did not care for Dr. Carp and did not feel comfortable in his presence. I have done quite a bit of research, but my questions were belittled as if I have no idea what I'm talking about. He was there to push the product that would make him the most money and disregard the options that may be best for the patient.

Unprofessional, rude, and poor-skilled doctor. I had a rhinoplasty with Dr.Carp for a broken nose and I ended up having a horrible scar on my nose and a huge right nostril. I came back for a revision in his office. There was no local sedation or anything, he stuck a needle in my face and the pain was unbelievable! I was shivering and shaking for few minutes after. I decided to just get it over with hoping I'd leave and never come back again. But the scar didn't go away, and the nostril size got bigger after the revision. I waited 4 months as he suggested but nothing changed, all that pain was for nothing. I kept calling his office for a month now and every time they tell me they will call me back and no one ever did. I called more than 5 times asking to schedule an appointment to speak with Dr.Carp, but they keep telling me that they will call me back and no one managed to do so in 4 weeks now. One time I spoke with the lady that told me she will call me back and she was so rude, and she said that she has a lot of clients and that she doesn't have time to talk to me, and that I should wait for her to call me back. It has been 4 weeks, I called once a week to remind them that I'm still waiting for their call, but no one calls. Very unprofessional and it confirmed what my friend told me about this clinic, they take your money and want nothing to do with you after, because they know the quality of their work and how much their customers complain. I am going to have to do a revision with another doctor. Stay away from this place, they don't responds to their patients after taking their money and doing a bad job! What a waste of time, money, and effort. I am graduating in May and this scar is going to be in every single picture thanks to this unprofessional unskilled surgeon.

I have been to Dr. Carps office multiple times, having one major surgery performed by him to correct something another surgeon did. My experience with Dr. Carp and staff has been nothing but exceptional! I am eight weeks post tummy tuck and couldn't be happier. Every phone call and office visit I was made to feel like I was a priority. Very clean very professional and amazing results. I have healed very quickly even returning to work after one week,And my scarring is healing up nicely some spots you can't even see it. I also had my earlobe fixed where to earring holes had ripped clear through after six weeks I had re-pierced my ear and no issues whatsoever. Let me start by saying that I rarely leave reviews; however, I just left an appointment with Jamie at Carp Cosmetic Surgery Center and I feel compelled to share what a great experience I had, yet again. Jamie (an aesthetician) is the perfect combination of care, knowledge and clinical expertise. I have built a relationship with her over the years and she takes great care of me by keeping tabs on my skin and recommending the right peel, products, etc. I used to have many dark spots on my face and those fine lines and wrinkles were starting to set in as well. No more! I have never been more pleased with my skin and I owe it all to Jamie. Give the office a call and ask to schedule with her in combination with Dr. Carp - you will not be disappointed!

I have never felt less cared about by a doctor. Dr. Carp rushed through every visit with me and made me feel like he just didn't have the time for our consultations. He thoroughly failed in that regard. When I expressed my unhappiness with the results after my surgery, he literally smiled and showed absolutely no human characteristics of empathy. This is an important decision in your life. Please go to a different doctor, who will care about you and your results.

Visited multiple times due to a lack of providers in my area. Dr. Carp is rude, he has different staff at every visit who have odd demeanors and make fun of him in his absence. I gave up after having a peel, which was supposed to be of moderate strength. He insisted I buy products to prep ahead of time that would make a huge improvement on skin condition. They made no improvement. I had the peel, which made no difference. I spoke to the specialist that did the peel about the total lack of any results and discovered it was the lowest strength available. Equivalent to a drug store peel. She insisted it was still healing and results would happen but she would discuss my situation with Dr. Carp. No results, never heard back. Neutrogena worked better.

Please read these reviews before choosing your surgeon! The office staff is not educated at all, the RN and office Coordinator are both clueless as to what goes on. I am not happy with my results and they didn't care one bit, and still don't care. I have asked for my medical records and they have ignored every phone call, email, and any form of communication possible with me. But they didn't have a problem emailing and calling me to get this surgery scheduled right after my initial consult! Please beware, they are super nice at first and I have to agree with other poster as soon as they get payment all the nastiness, rudeness starts- they definitely know how to play the game thats for sure! They really are not 100% patient care here! I was told to schedule another consultation if I still wasn't happy and have another surgery to fix it. UMM not happening when it should have been done right the first time!!! I was told if I still wasn't happy we could sit down and figure out how to make me happy, and ya that was a total lie, that never happen he shoved me out that door so fast and his RN told me schedule another consult. I'm sure he has his repeat customers that he treats good, but I didn't get so lucky! I will never recommend anyone to use this practice. I regret ever going here.

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Carp. I am now having to have a revision done. My nose is crooked and have problems breathing. He was also less than accommodating after the procedure and i felt he truly does not care about his patients. I would highly suggest going to another surgeon!

Awesome customer experience. Jamie is THE BEST! Everyone there was kind and informative. I went there for skin concerns and a regimen was customized just for me, based on my goals. I had searched him out to be my choice surgeon for a tummy tuck and breast augmentation for my awaited "Mommy makeover" based on his years of experience, his price, and he happened to be fairly local. I did previously read these patient reviews (the good and the bad)...And I unfortunately decided to take the bad reviews lightly....! Before the surgery he was as his staff was accommodating and respectful...The moment they received their money and the surgery was complete his arrogant, narcissistic,rude, in a hurry to get out of room with you type of behaviour begun... Whatever questions I had during my healing process I had... He would do his chuckles look down at the floor kind've shaking them off, like my concerns were none of his... And everything I was heavily concerned about to him was considered "normal" and not a big deal. I had previously a naval piercing before my tummy tuck. He never lead on that any of this would be a problem for him to remove. Well...When I woke and saw the results below the belly button it was tighter than above the new belly button and about 2-3 inches below the new belly button he chose to leave my stretched out naval piercing hole! Not to mention he pulled the area below the belly button tighter creating that skin to die near the incision. Longer healing time and bigger scars formed there....It took my skin where it died at least 4 months to close and finally heal! I read all of this before the surgery as this was could've been a post surgery complication (I understood)..... but what i didnt appreciate was his incredibly uncaring, made me feel like i was putting him out during that whole ordeal...! I seriously couldn't believe what I was dealing with! Also....The office staff goes through several several several...Did I mention several staff changes... I go out to other places and mention his name without anything else, and people outright say how much of a piece he Is! Some say he does do good work... But if you have any complications post surgeries he isn't as understanding!! I truly wish I knew all or even just half of this info before I decided to sign up for him to work on me! I had recently other concerns I had regarding my breast and with possibly developing early capsular contracture. I never was rude to his face and had always remained professional and respectful to him even though all of that above happened to me. But now he is re confirming how little he cares by now not having his office staff be bothered by calling to schedule a follow up to check on my breast... The work that he did mind you. And....after weeks of calling them to try and get me in....They chose to never call me back. I requested to even speak with Dr. Carp myself, and without surprise....No return phone call! I ask you to Please keep all of this in mind when considering someone to work on your special unique body! His work is ok....But if you have poor healing or really any type of complications that follow... Be prepared for his rude, arrogant, uncaring side to come out! He chose to never call me back now for my most recent breast concerns...Only leaving me to find another cosmetic surgeon to overlook his work and get corrected by them. Please please do your homework before you go under the knife. I should've made more of an informed decision and 100% regret chosing him! Good luck to you all!

I cannot say enough positive things about this place. From the time I checked in for my consultation, I was treated with respect and felt very comfortable. The nursing staff does a wonderful job of explaining what to expect during the consultation and are very knowledgeable about all the different treatment options available. I went in to discuss a particular surgery with Dr. Carp... Well, I ended up booking that and then another treatment I knew nothing about until I saw the brochure in the office! I can't wait to continue my journey with this practice.

I wouldn’t give this Dr even 1 star but didn’t have a choice. I am 51 yrs old and have to say I have never been treated so rudely by a Dr. One would think since most of his services are elective Dr Carp would avoid going out of his way to treat a potential patient like they were a waste of, at most, 5 minutes of his time. Evidently the Dr. has enough business that he didn’t need mine. I’m sure the “owner” will respond and deny my claim, but Dr Carp, you know, I know, and the nurse that was in the room with us knows, you were inexcusabably rude. An apology would be appreciated.
