Every employee there always has a smile on their face and is willing to help with any concern I have. I had a visia (picture of your face) appointment today and I have a blister on my chin so Ellerie got me booked in with the dermatologist for tomorrow to get it checked out, which I think is awesome that they all work together and aren’t concerned about “having/owning” their patients. They genuinely want to take care of you and make sure you get the right treatment. They always make sure to tell me about the sales or promotions they have going on too!

I had an $400 credit due to a membership account. I ended up pregnant during my membership period so I wanted to stop my membership while I was pregnant/nursing. And resume it when I stopped breastfeeding. The procedure that I wanted involved injections in which I didn’t feel comfortable doing while I was pregnant/ breastfeeding. They didn’t honor my request and decided to close my membership and took the remaining $400 that was accorded to my account. Very unreasonable and rigged. Nobody wanted to work with me and the two women I spoke with were very rude and unconcerned about the situation. Not good practice or customer service. Btw they are waaaaay overpriced for any procedures they offer, as compared to other clinics around.

Well service is good but they never answer phone calls but they sent you 6 to 8 text messages to remind you on an appointment. Without informing you about the address where their location is. This is my first time and i did not know the location. They have about two front desks and about 4 receptionist.’ Im just wondering why no one answers any phone calls.

I love Rejuv for the cutting edge technology and knowledge that I am met with at each and every treatment! I had an appointment with Casey Hoover and Aubrey Rohlek to have a few “suspicious” spots looked at and possibly removed. I was able to get in within the week that I called (which has been a huge frustration of mine trying to get in at Sanford Dermatology in any sort of reasonable amount of time). I was so comfortable with Casey and Aubrey that I will definitely make complete body check appointments for my entire family yet this Fall. If I can offer 3 pieces of advice to every woman over the age of 20 I would tell them: Never sleep in your makeup- no matter how late you get home; use retinol now- your 40yr old self with thank you for it; and find a medi-spa like Rejuv. The staff is amazingly sweet, and knowledgable (and not pushy), their services are top-knotch, and their in-house products are better than any brand name products. I don't know what I would do without Rejuv!

Well I will say I’ve gone to plenty of places to fight the aging beast that is wrinkles I have to say their process is unique the way they map it out to your face.ive gone to plenty of places that just start injecting including a plastic surgeon. These ladies know their stuff. Brooke shout out to you for my perfect pucker and Amy for botox, and Sam is a goddess to my skin. They just really know what their doing I love the products as well, blue juice is amazing and so is micro wash for acne. They really have a solid business and it’s supported by a great group of ladies who know their stuff and take their time so your outcome is the best it can be. I’ve gone to almost every place in fm area and this place is top notch service, no more going to Minneapolis for me either I get best prices and outcomes here.

I recently scheduled for a 30 min consultation to discuss bio-identical hormone therapy. However, during our visit the staff realized there might be more going on with me than just hormone related imbalances so I was asked to return for another hour long consultation. After two visits at Rejuv, I can confidently give them 5 stars. I was, and remain, so impressed by their quality of care. Instead of charging me for a program that may or may not help given my thyroid issues, Charmaine had the integrity to evaluate my individual circumstances and then have an honest, in-depth discussion with me based off of her findings. In their line of work, I find that honest to goodness candor is sometimes lacking; more often than not, medical spas just want to sell you whatever services they offer. Not Rejuv. I trust them even more now because they made sure I was involved in my care and, more importantly, they gave me realistic expectations for treatment outcomes. I’m excited to move forward and will highly recommend them to everyone I encounter.

Let me explain why I am changing my review from 5 stars to 1. I started off getting laser hair removal here and there. 5 stars on that, they were honestly great. The staff is always friendly and it’s a very nice place. The problem is when I joined their $89 a month facial club. They encouraged me to join because I could use the $89 towards laser, not just facials. Sounds great. Let me tell you where I got screwed. First off, the $89 credits that they charge each month EXPIRE if you don’t use them within 60 days. In other words, they take your $89 and throw it directly in the trash for you. Second, they are going to offer you a free VISIA skin analysis. After that they try to sell you a very expensive skin regimen that is supposed to be curated to your specific skin. I bought the products they picked out specifically for me (almost $300 worth) and used them exactly as directed. My skin was normal before and these products made my skin worse. A lot worse. I was covered in acne from this regimen. I asked if I could return the products they had prescribed to me, because they were obviously NOT working for me. They said no, and offered me another VISIA analysis. During this VISIA analysis they told me my skin was “purging” and I just needed to stick with the products longer (4-6weeks). Then they proceeded to try to sell me MORE products. During this VISIA appointment they take pictures of your skin. They literally have before and after pictures showing that the products they prescribed to me covered my skin in acne. THEY LITTERLLY HAVE BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES SHOWING THEY MESSED UP MY SKIN. I stuck with this skin regimen for about two and a half months before I couldn’t stand it anymore. You know what happened when I stopped using their products? The acne went away immediately. I guess I just expected that a medical aesthetic clinic should be able to realize when they have completely ruined the aesthetic of your skin. Again, they offered no refund or exchange whatsoever. Also, that second free VISIA analysis took about 20-30 minutes and that time was taken out of my 60 minute facial. Yes, they took time out of my facial to try to sell more products. Third, when you cancel this facial club membership they need 60 days notice or they will keep charging your account. PLEASE tell me what expenses this business will incur if I don’t give you 60 days notice. It sure looks like a last minute attempt to take whatever money you possibly can from me. In my case I am moving out of state next month and I will never be able to use the money that they are charging me. Again, because the money they charge to your account goes directly in the trash if you don’t use it within 60 days. In conclusion, DON’T start up a membership of any kind with this company because obviously their only goal is to take as much money from you as possible without standing behind any of their products.

I was a member at rejuv for over a year. It was probably the worst decision I made. They put me on a very expensive skin regimen, that did not help my skin at all over the year. I paid for a 60 minute facial every month and each time I would go in they would only give me about a 30-45 minute facial. Then they would try charge me more money? They would constantly nag me to get a more expensive facial. That would not help me skin afterwards anyway. The entire time I was their I felt like the girls only cared about getting sales. They did not try to do what was best for my skin. I would highly advice you NOT to go here. I truly mean it when I say Rejuv saved my skin! I had tried everything under the sun to clear my complexion and finally decided to go get help from the experts. Rejuv is probably one of the best places I’ve even gone to for dermatology. The best part are the workers. They treat you like a real human. Not just another patient. They make sure you’re feeling okay and actually hope you enjoy your outcome. I do not have much experience with Rejuv other than a couple of phone calls and a short visit to try to get a B-12 shot. The first time I called no one answered so I left a message and no one called back. I called a few weeks later and was given information and went in to get a B-12 shot but was not able to due to some kidney issues that needed to be reviewed by the doctor. I was told they would get back to me after the doctor reviewed my medical history. It has been two weeks and again, no one has called me back. Everyone was very friendly when I was there but so far I am less than impressed with their follow up. I left another message today. I am hoping I hear back this time.

I got a spray tan at Rejuv but was very disappointed. The coloring was very orange on my feet and armpit area. It looks very speckled. My friend also got a spray tan right after me and they didn’t wash out the shower at all. Very disgusting! Not worth my money!
