Im not one to give such reviews but after all the pain & depression associated with this procedure i have to say a thing. 6 years ago I spent 12k to have a revision here. I knew what i wanted but the doctor did not agree with the use of a HP implant, as many other 'conservative' doctors around NC. My bad I should have stepped away. The implant profile was not discussed. The 'look i was looking for' was briefly discussed with a nurse (!!!) and after i looked at various nude models the doctor was informed by the nurse which "look" i wanted to achieve. Very 80s tactic. Not 'customized' to fit MY frame and needs, no sizers, no talk about MY dimensions, the size of my chest wall, my needs etc. Natural looking means projected, my mom has natural ones and if they were implants theyd be UHP! Natural doesnt mean matronly, flat and wide!!! I got two extremely wide implants at 14.8(!!!!) and flat like pancakes which gave me symmastia (and i have a broad chestwall already). They did hold strong but they would even migrate to my under armpit area (lateral displacement) and the median when bending. The implant used was the gummy bear cohesive type which felt very firm and caused me pain (along with the pain associated with the symmastia). The skin on my sternum hurt and i had no sensation and severe itching at times because he created very large pockets for the implants. It was also more expensive and I was not fully informed about the difference in cost not even about how firm it actually is compared to the gel type i previously had. Severe rippling in the median(no strattice), and my right one looked bottomed out. I told the doctor about the internal bra/capsulorrhaphy and he said implants are supposed to move freely and that he cannot "stitch the fat". I finally fixed all these issues in a big city elsewhere with a doctor who listened and discussed.

I am 62 years old and have rheumatiod arthritis. Over the last 12 years I have gained 33 pounds. One pound of excess weight causes 40 pounds of pressure on weight bearing joints. The weight around my stomach pulled my posture forward and caused added pain in my back, knees and my feet. I tried unsuccessfully to loose weight via diet and moderate exercise. In desperation, I decided to have liposuction on my stomach and a tummy tuck to help kick start weight loss to alleviate some of the pain. I spoke with my rheumatologist and he signed the form for me to have the surgery. I choose DR. VICTOR FERRARI because he came highly recommended. It has been three months since my surgery. The results: Because the excess weight around my middle has been removed, and I have subsequently lost more weight, the pain in my back and feet is substantially less. I went down two pants sizes. I feel and look so much better I can hardly believe it! I am so grateful for Dr. Ferrari and his awesome staff for the quality care I received during and after the procedure and, of course, the fantastic results!

My experience with Dr. Ferrari and his staff was amazing, the whole team is awesome I really felt like I was their only patient. On 10/31/18 I had lipo of the flanks,back muscle repair and tummy tuck. I spent one night with a team of 2 nurses that were by my side the whole night, they were amazing as well. Today I am 7 weeks post-op and loving my new body. I had my 7 week follow up yesterday and I still feel like I’m their only patient. If I had to do it all over again I would and there is no other surgeon I I would pick but Dr. Ferrari ( God Blessed Him With Special Hands ) Amazing Talent. So, I am only TWO days post-op and I literally could not possibly love my new breast more!! They ALREADY look like a work of art!! Dr. Ferrari is a magician with his hands and his work!! For reference – My procedure was a single surgery – Full Tummy tuck and 450cc (smooth, round, cohesive gel) breast implants above the muscle. Firstly - let me say that I consider myself an extremely diligent shopper. I saw 6 doctors in the Metro-Charlotte areas and 1 in Las Vegas. I researched all of the physicians beforehand (using sites like this and others) and got full consultations from all of them before making my decision. Dr. Ferrari and his staff really stood out. Not only does Dr. F stand out in what you would typically consider when shopping for a surgeon (Boards, Organization Affiliation, Training, Years of Experience / # of Patients, Continuing Education & general sculptural aesthetics) - his whole practice exuded a sense of welcome. You could outwardly sense that this office is a tight knit team who understands each other’s strengths and weaknesses - and they know and enjoy working with each other. I think surgery is a team effort - and this facet is often over looked. I was nothing but impressed with this dynamic from the very first visit. You really won’t find a more delightful and authentic group in all of Charlotte. Secondly – and arguably most important – the results are fantastic. I mean, seriously – FANTASTIC. For my part – after reading MANY reviews of Doctors all over the world (particularly from those who were unhappy with their results) – I thought it was very important for me to have realistic expectation. I intensely researched to find “before” pictures that represented my body’s particular type and shape - and cobbled together a sense of what I wanted with the associated “after” pictures. Dr. F significantly exceeded my expectations. It is only 5 weeks post-surgery – and I am still a little swollen and things haven’t settled in what will be their permanent place yet – and already I love my new body in a way I never have before. I had twins 14 years ago and a gastric sleeve for weight loss 18 months ago (and lost 108 lbs) – so I am not exaggerating when I say my abdomen and breast were a hot mess. I was EXTREMELY worried that I might not ever be able to look the way I wanted. Dr. Ferrari’s work was amazing. He was able to flatten and tighten my tummy while keeping the rounded shape of my hips (one of my biggest concerns is that my new curves – which I love – would be lost in the process). It doesn’t look how I imagined – it looks 10X better. It literally brought tears to my eyes when I woke after surgery. Even then it was beautiful. Also – I went in thinking I knew what size and shape breast implant I was looking for – and after showing Dr. Ferrari what I had in mind as an end result – he was able to gently guide me in another direction (which isn’t always easy with me!). His suggestions were SPOT ON. My new breasts look almost EXACTLY like the picture – even though what he recommended was cheaper than what I wanted. To me – being able to make a recommendation that took money OUT of his pocket but more closely aligned to what I wanted at the risk of upsetting me as a customer demonstrates he is a class act who considers my happiness with results the most important thing. Thirdly – Dr. Ferrari cost was the second lowest of the bunch (by $400). Not all of the quotes were for the same exact work (each doctor had his or her two cents on what procedures I should get) - but I feel like that was part of the magic. He was able to make recommendations based on what I articulated I wanted - and it was just enough to achieve my expectations without tacking on anything that was arbitrary or unwanted. Not only did he offer me supreme service and fantastic results – I feel like I got the fairest price in Charlotte. All in all – I am thrilled with my results. Folks at work are already asking who do did my work – and I am enthusiastically pointing them to Dr. Ferrari. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

I went in for a consultation yesterday, and WOW...this staff is excellent! I just recently considered breast augmentation. Dr. Ferarri and his staff answered every question I could have possibly had about the procedure without me having to say much at all. The receptionist is precious, the nurse who started with me was sweet as pie and very knowledgable, and Dr. Ferrari, he took all my fears away. My husband and I had to bring our almost two year old with us, and I appreciated him being such a good sport about it! I was very pleased with every aspect of the consultation. I really can't say enough great things. I also had a request that was not included in the visit, and the staff accommodated me with no problem. It is so refreshing to have an experience like that from start to finish. I highly recommend this practice and can't wait for my procedure! Update: About three months post surgery (breast aug), and I can't get over how natural everything looks. I mean...I could not have asked for a better result. So glad I went with Dr. Ferrari for my procedure! 100% satisfied. Addition 12/18/2018: If you are interested in botox, fillers, etc. Jodie is the BEST!!! Had my very first Juvederm lip filler appointment last week. I was so worried about the pain as I am terrified of needles. I felt nothing. I have raved about this office since the first consultation for my first procedure, and this just shows me that this is the best office all around for not only breast augmentation but EVERYTHING. I think I may be obsessed. HAHA

If I could give them 10 stars I would. The team of people who work here are awesome! Dr. Ferrari and the anesthesiologist included. I had a mini tummy tuck and breast augmentation and everything looks great! I was really nervous the day of my surgery and Caroline, the nurse made me feel so comfortable that all fear was gone soon after interacting with her. I decided to go with Dr. Ferrari because I already had implants for 10 years and they were capsulated and needed to be fixed. Dr. Ferrari had a laser to help treat this problem if it occurred again after I had my second breast augmentation procedure. Unfortunately, it happened again and Dr. Ferrari immediately started the laser treatments, which were no additional charge. The laser was not painful at all. Fortunately, my breast look awesome now. After having my augmentation 9 months ago I feel great because I look awesome!! I have referred several people there and will continue to do so! Love these guys! Thanks Premier Plastic Surgery!

Dr. Ferrari has changed my life! I had liposuction on my flanks, abdomen, thighs and back, and he revised my c-section scar. Surgery was just over 2 weeks ago and I can already see how AMAZING the results are going to be. I have never had a flat stomach due to genetics and my build, but now I do. My clothes are already falling off my frame at 2 weeks post op. Customer service is out of this world. If you are looking to get a breast augmentation done, Doctor Ferrari and his staff are the best in the business!! Melissa at the front desk always greets you with a warm smile and welcome and the nurses make you feel right at home. Caroline always made me feel comfortable and at ease; answering any questions I had. Doctor Ferrari made sure I understood everything there was to know about the procedure. He was very patient in answering the extensive questions I had and made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision to have my augmentation. On the day of my surgery I literally danced my way into the pre-op room; ask any of the nurses there, they laughed. That could tell you how comfortable and confident I was with them. I wanted to improve my beast size because mine were very small (size A or smaller). I had always been extremely self-conscious of them and felt like less of a woman. When I went in for my consultation with Doctor Ferrari he asked me what I expected my end results to be. I told him I wanted to be bigger, but not so big as to look fake. I wanted them to look natural with my body shape and size. He set up another consultation so I could try on different sizes and see what I liked. I brought my best friend with to help me out. After everything was decided and documented, I went ahead with the surgery. Let me tell you I am the happiest woman in the world. My breasts came out beautifully and amazingly perfect. I am 5’ 7”, 120-125lbs and a size D. They go perfectly with my body and no one can tell they are fake. I am now 100% more confident in how I feel about myself as a woman. You would not believe the amazing looking bikinis, tops and dresses I own! I have also started to do some modeling on the side as well. A few photographers asked if they could shoot me and after checking out their credentials I went with two of them and it has been a very fun and exciting experience. I realize everyone is different, making decisions based on individual needs and expectations. For me personally, this has been one decision I have not regretted for one minute.

I was treated for breast cancer a few years ago. The radiation left me with several broken blood vessels on my chest. The area was also dark where I was treated with radiation. I had IPL done for the veins. I was amazed at the difference it made. They are all gone and I am not embarrassed to wear lower cut shirts anymore! I just wish I had done it sooner. Then to my surprise it also cleared up the dark skin! I am so glad I came to get this treated! Donna Yankoglu was awesome! I would highly recommend her and her treatments!

Was so disappointed with the outcome, I didn't come back for a follow up. It's not like refunds are given. Will eventually have to get them redone else where. I had them correct my areola, did not turn out right. Had this done in 2013, it's hard to get over it when I have to look at myself in the mirror everday.
