He half looked at my lip said it look like a blood clot and it would need to be cut out. So, i made the appt. He said yes that what it is and it would probably come back and sewed my lip up. By the way, no one not once gave me instructions on how to take care of the stitches. Then of course it came back. Some one told me you might want a second opinion. I got it. First, blood clots, as he told me that's what it was, do not return. Second my new doctor said a biopsy should have still been done. Ell, now I am waiting on those results He is a money, hungryan with a Dr. Before his name. He cares about your money not your life or your children's lives that you are the sole care giver for. He has no business practicing medicine. Well, that's funny I have a Care credit bill from o guys for about $300 for office visit charge and the actual surgery the following Monday and I had family come with me for both visits. Check under Amy Poole Pruitt. You did it and I now have grounds for a lawsutt for malpractice sinceou admitted he should have done by your pactice a biopsy which was apparently needed.

I consider some of the staff here to be my friends. The whole office has a warm, friendly vibe yet also exudes the upmost professionalism. Both Dr. Ericsson and Dr. Timmons are true artist inside and outside the office. I would be confident having either surgeon perform any cosmetic surgeries and/or treatments on me or any member of my family. I consider myself lucky to have this practice in my hometown.

My story is unique in the fact that since 2004 my body changed not because of my doing. My body changed because of a drunk driver. The other part of my body I wanted fixed was from giving my two children nutrients. With that being said I searched for so long for a plastic surgery facility that I would feel comfortable with talking to and making this huge step. I called and was welcomed with a free consult appointment and from there I was amazed by the professionalism and care they put into the client. My multitude of questions via emails where always promptly answered and with detail to calm my nerves. The office itself is immaculate. It’s soothing and calming from the welcoming front desk clerks. The nurses that attend to you answer and explain things that you would question later. So very happy with how they handled me. I’m the nervous type and they listen to calm my concerns. I was was so impressed with Doctor Emerson that I wanted to book that day. That is where this fairy tail come true began. He made me feel comfortable with everything. I told him what my ideas were,he gave me feedback on what would be best for my body. I honestly had no idea what was best for me and he explained the goal. On the day of surgery, the staff was incredible. The nurse took the time to explain the exact feelings that you will have when you wake up and days after. You have no idea how much the explanation helps when in recovery. It takes all of the fear and questions way when those exact things happen to you. Coming back to check on things they listen to you and make sure that all your questions are always answered. Seeing my before is that I took myself and then as I recovered taking pictures after I feel like Dr. Emerson created a work of art for me. I cannot explain how good I feel about what I have done and what he accomplished for me. But most important it was him listening and understanding what my needs were and hitting them 100%. But it doesn’t stop there for me even the staff when you check out being so nice and excited for you,you just don’t get that at any facility. They help you with everything that you need from the financial part to aftercare. You feel like you have a team right there behind you every step of the way. They are actually excited with you. I’m writing this review in a way that people would understand that it’s coming from my heart. As I sit here and still recover I wouldn’t change a thing about doing this. I have met some really great people through this process this is my plastic surgery journey and let me tell you it’s been a dream come true.

I agreed with Amy. This office is all about money not care. I still have same problem that I had when I went to this office. They charged me for a biopsy that I didn't know insurance wouldn't pay for 110.00. They wanted to charge me for office visit to remove stiches. 40.00 Then they referred me to plastic surgeon for free consult and billed me for 40.00 after the supposedly free consult. When I complained their attitude has been oh well. They have sent my bill to collections in less then 6 months. Now another charge have been ADDED! Beware when you go to this office. If they offer any services that you think you are not going to have a bill for, you will!!! If you are a senior have someone watch your billing from this office. By the way. On my first visit I saw them refuse to wait on a lady because she owed them 80.00 dollars. The lady didn't appear to know what they were referring too. It was probably a charge she wasn't aware of:( I understand that services need to be paid for. The problem that I had with this office is that they are not up front about charges. A person should know what they are being asked to pay for because they have choices!!!

I have never rated negatively but I felt it was necessary so no one else has the same experience I did. When I got to the practice I was in the waiting room over an hour. I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be because I had class and she just kept telling me they were running behind. Everyone else was called back and I was left sitting in the waiting room. I filled out my paperwork online after I made the appointment like they asked and the receptionist didn’t know where to find it. I filled out my paperwork again which was alright but when I went to take it up I overheard the receptionist at check out being very rude to a man trying to book his next appointment. After I was called back I still had to wait even longer to see the PA. The medication that was prescribed was way too expensive and i felt like she barely even looked at my skin. When I went to the check out the same receptionist that was nasty to the man was ofcourse the same to me. It was almost embarrassing to be talked to that way. I was already running super late so that didn’t help anything. Then to top it all off they didn’t call to give me my biopsy results so I had to call and ask for them. I felt a little worried about it but I guess I shouldn’t be surprised it took longer than it should’ve for my results. I would never suggest anyone going here. I’m hoping to find a better practice.

Everybody very helpful in explaining what I could expect during the procedures used during the prescribed treatment. I love Dr. Timmons. He is very good. My first appointment was a complete full body check. He was very detail with my skin check. He does not make me feel uncomfortable when I ask him silly question in my opinion. He found my skin cancer. I fell we have a good relationship and I am not another one of his patients. He takes the time to listen to me. It makes me feel special and takes his time with me.
