I had a good experience with Dr. Zaldivar, he was great during my procedure. I wish I could say the same for the rest of my experience. I got my procedure done in March and I am still trying to get resolution to a billing issue. I have called the office 6 times, each time being told they are working on it and someone will call me back. I have still not received a call back, but they somehow find a way to keep sending me bills for money that I do not owe. I paid in full after the procedure so there is no reason I should still be getting bills. Very disappointed and tired of being ignored by the office.

Bad experience with what was described as a simple lid lift. Dr. Cassandra White, in my honest opinion, is not a qualified plastic surgeon. The entire experience was a nightmare. I have two scars on my left lid, as a "simple revision," turned out to be another long scar, but this one up higher on my brow bone. My eyelids are tight, which causes eye fatigue. I hardly have eye lids left. If I can save one patient from going through what I've gone through, it's worth writing. I gave it a year as she asked me to; still not happy.
