The staff here simply was not welcoming to me. When spending several thousands of dollars would it be too much to expect a hello, a glass of water and a simple acknowledgement of one's presence? Maybe I'm high maintenance, but I can promise I will not recommend this location and their reception staff deserves to receive the same karma that they provided me as a paying customer. I would not recommend this company.

I just had my second surgery with Dr. Morea. In 2002 he corrected my first botched breast augmentation. He was attentive, listened to what I wanted, answered my many questions... surgery was a breeze and the results were beyond my expectations. Fast forward 17 years... I had silicone implants (first were saline) in DC and started to develop chronic symptoms. I made the decision to remove them. I knew exactly who I wanted to do the procedure. I immediately contacted Dr. Morea and yesterday they were removed. (One with rupture.) No pain meds needed at all. I feel AMAZING today and already am significantly less swollen over my whole body. I can’t recommend him highly enough. You’re in the best of hands with him and his entire staff.

I CANNOT say enough about Dr. Morea and his staff! I had 5 different consults with 5 different surgeons before i finally chose Dr. Morea and I'm so glad i chose him. He knew exactly what i wanted from the second we met. This was going to be my 2nd breast augmentation(1st by him) and because i'm from Myrtle Beach, they were so accommodating to me and my schedule considering i lived over 3 hours away. He also performed a tummy tuck/lipo on me and gave my back my prebaby body and i look better than ever! PLease, PLEASE do your homework when it comes to a plastic surgeon. Getting a "great deal" somewhere else does not equate to GREAT work! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH DR. MOREA AND STAFF!!

Beautiful, clean office. Very friendly attenitive staff. Dr. Morea is very experienced and continually educated from all my research. I just had breast surgery 03/24/16 and I'm anxcious to see my final results. My right breast is still much higher then my left and the sides of my breasts are ridiculously straight, not round. They currently look deformed but I've heard that's normal?? Time will hopefully change this. I'm having faith that he's a perfectionist. The pain is still very much high. This was my 3rd surgery (prior 2, both different doctors) so I'm hoping Dr. Morea and I were on the same page and I finally get what I've wanted. My 1st surgery was just an augmentation 450cc in 1 breast and 530cc in other (mommy, uneven breast) results= perfect (Dr. Carli in CA $5000). My 2nd surgery was lift and reduction with matching medium profile 450cc implants= dissapointment because my breasts looked the same, when they were supposed to be lifted and tight but I just dealt with the results and kept them for about 5 years until now (Dr. Heidari, CA $7900) This 3rd time I had to have my chest muscles stitched because my old implants slid around almost under my armpit (too small for the space) and I also changed my implants out to ultra high profile 700cc (Dr. Morea $11,900) He is by far the most expensive plastic surgeon I've ever gone to and I have gone to A TON for consultations plus have had many surgeries. With wanting my results to be final and rewarding, I was willing to pay that price. I definitely don't want to do this again. I'm a bodybuilder and when I compete or model all the little things on my body matter. Less editing= more paid opportunities and makes me feel sexier overall. With all my heavy lifting, Dr. Morea suggested the stitching so my breasts don't slide around and will stay perky and together. This is also why my total was so costly. With his knowledge, he knew he needed thick thread so I paid extra for that. Most patients won't need that extra cost. Day of surgery was calm and inviting. My nurse was full of life and right on top of my needs before I even knew I needed anything. The anesthesiologist was by far the best I've ever had! Gentle with the needle and I was out like a baby. I really couldn't say anymore great things about this office! I'm just praying to God that I get good results and this debt will all be worth it!!! Very nervous....I will update soon!!

Dr.Morea and his staff are always very thorough, willing to listen and forever helpful. I am forever grateful to have found their office. For years I dreamed of having a Breast Augmentation done and they made it happen and I could not be more pleased!

I had a breast augmentation done about 6 years ago... but as Im thinking of getting my next procedure, I thought I would write a review for other people looking. I feel like the results of my surgery are good... even years later. People are always surprised when I tell them that I have implants- he made them look very natural and Im happy that he didn't listen to my last minute requests going into surgery :) He was honest about the largest size I could go for my body frame and I feel like he does have a lot of experience and is a competent surgeon. So, why the 4 stars? Well, being a nurse maybe I am a little more critical. In a perfect world, I would choose him again. BUT unfortunately, I had an infection and I felt that he wasn't aggressive enough with it. I get that he deals with a lot of patients that complain and state how much pain they are in... but in my case it was due to the infection. His staff is very friendly. AND... I can never forget how he sang me Carolina On My Mind when I was terrified that my implant had to be removed... (it did get replaced and he didn't charge me for his portion). If you choose him... I think you are in good hands and the chances of complications are very slim. However, if you do have issues... voice them early. :)

I have been a patient of Dr. Morea's for breast augmentation 16 years ago and a replacement surgery recently. He does excellent work! I have also had at least 5 friends over the years have augmentations with him and we are all extremely happy with his work. The whole staff is extremely friendly and make sure you are well taken care of through it all. If you are looking for the best, this center is it. If we had smartphones and used google and online ratings that long ago Dr. Morea would have thousands of 5 star ratings

(My name is not “Kelley Smith” I just wanted to remain anonymous) I gave Dr. Morea and staff 5 stars bc they Rock. If I could give them 100 stars I would.. First I would like to say, I never give Reviews. No point until now.. Dr. Morea and staff made me feel so at home and at ease. When I tell you, I was nervous before and after surgery and they was always, literally one call or text away. I had two of the staffs phone number and email.. They was so nice to me and I’m so grateful to them for that. When I had surgery, I was at a very low point in my life. Depressed, bc I couldn’t loose weight. My back was big and my butt was small, so I got Liposuction and Butt Augmentation Surgery. My results are great. I’m still a little sore, 2 weeks later after surgery but my body is banging lol I got so many compliments, even when I wasn’t seeing the results others was seeing.. I got 460cc in my butt. I wanted something bigger but that’s the biggest size they had. At first I didn’t see much results (in denial) but after a week, I was Blac Chyna and Kim Kardashian) Lol I’m so happy with my results.. I swear I love the Morea team. Please try Dr. Morea out. He will change your life. No, he will save your life bc he definitely save mines.. I’m forever grateful.. I’m to shy to tell him at my appointments but Thank You Dr. Morea and staff ❤️

I'm embarrassed to say, I chose Dr. Morea because his office was on one of the two roads I know how to get to in Raleigh. I have quite a bit of experience with plastic surgery. I've been getting different procedures done since 1989 (I'm 49 years old) and I've never had a bad experience. My spidy sense during consults has always been right on....and it definitely was this time too. My consultation with Dr. Morea was beyond thorough, I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of time he took with me explaining different procedures and answering my question. I felt like I got my money's worth and then some. His staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was comfortable with absolutely everyone in his office. Surgery was a piece of cake. I was/am trilled with the results! Thrilled! Absolutely on cloud 9! I only felt discomfort for the first few hours after my procedure. After that, I pretty much ….felt great. I only took two of my pain killers, both at the same time right after surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Morea. I plan to give another review in a few more months.

I have never met such an arrogant plastic surgeon. He did not do a fantastic tummy tuck.....and he told me that he does the most abdominoplasties in Raleigh, NC. Not in my book. He had to do the procedure twice and it still was not absolute. He told me matter of fact that he would not do any more surgery to correct the stomach, even though I was not happy. I know he has too many lawyers to back him up and after paying for his procedures, I did not have enough money left to fight him. I would not recommend any tummy tuck surgery with this plastic surgeon. I do hear he does breast surgery well. Wish I had know that going in.
