Dr. Finn is definitely experienced in what he does. The office is beautiful and tidy and the staff is so kind and sweet. I would recommend Dr. Finna to someone with mature skin wanting to turn back the clock. However if you are still young and trying to maintain he may be too modest for you. He prefers to do just a little natural looking tweaking here and there. He doesn't try to change you into someone else. But nevertheless worth seeing if he will give you what you want instead of falling into the wrong hands. He tells me 'no' to alot of things but I still like him anyway. LOL!

This is a great place! Not only is Dr Finn an amazing professional, very knowledgeable and great at what he does but his office stuff goes above and beyond. Recently I came for a small procedure and had to bring my baby as my babysitter got sick that day. Not only did they welcome me with the baby but also held and entertained her while I had my visit. They were so understanding and wonderful! Definitely recommend this place not only because they do great work but also because they care!

What a wonderful experience! I highly recommend Finn Plastic Surgery! The entire team at FPS goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable! Each person greets you with a genuine smile and vibrancy that immediately eases any anxiety! Dr. Tyler was excellent! He took time to thoroughly address all of my concerns before/after my procedures. I bought my daughter in for an appointment and I had the ABSOLUTELY best experience from the time I entered the door until I was on the elevator. The staff is so genuinely nice. The staff is also strikingly beautiful on the inside and out. They were ready for us when we arrived. The staff was very personable and we didn't feel rushed or like we were just another patient. The doctor came and and told us the "truth" and explained our options and the reality about the outcomes. He didn't seem to tell me something that I wanted to hear just so he could get our money. And the quote they gave us was so reasonable and affordable. The ambiance of the office is beautiful from the sculptors, to the photography to the furnishings. We had an appointment for a second option scheduled for next week but we are going to cancel. Dr. Finn earned our trust. I'm so glad that we found this office. I would recommend treatment here at this practice to my family and friends.

Dr. Finn performed my rhinoplasty over a month ago, and I could not speak more highly of my experience! I visited a few surgeons before choosing one, and I decided on Dr. Finn because he seemed extremely knowledgeable and it was clear that he was listening to what I wanted (I had a dorsal bump that I wanted removed, but I wanted to keep the front view as similar as possible). Dr. Finn and the nurses in his office are extremely personable and have been amazing throughout this entire process. I knew what I was going into on the day of the surgery, and what to do afterwards to help expedite the healing process. As for my results, my nose looks exactly as I had hoped!! I have gotten so many compliments on it from my friends and family, with all of them saying that it looks SO natural (I’m talking genuine shock and awe from some of them). I 100% recommend at least going to a consultation with Dr. Finn if you are at all considering getting a rhinoplasty – 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

Dr. Finn completed my rhinoplasty about 3 weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and set the expectation of realistic results. I was referred to Dr. Finn by Cary Skin Center to repair the giant hole in the side of my face from my MOHS treatment for skin cancer. Dr. Finn and staff were amazing. They explained everything that was going to happen and made me very comfortable during the procedure. I picked the music I liked and he and his nurse made me very relaxed and the experience as enjoyable as possible. Afterwards, Dr. Finn paid special attention to any potential scarring and had me come back twice for laser treatments to minimize the visible scar. He had quite a job on his hands. The hole in my temple would easily accomodate a twist off soda cap (depth and width) and I'm now left with a minimal and flat scar. Very impressed.

An earring got stuck in my earlobe and made a huge, ugly slit. For $700, Dr. Finn repaired both of my earlobes. I didn’t look anywhere else because I liked him when I met him and it was located so close to my residence. The entire staff was nice to me. They even asked me about my Econ exam lol. I will repierce my ears in a month. Dr. Finn has good credentials as he is a sculptor and helps battered women. He also went to Yale and has 25 years of experience. His office is pretty and looks new.

I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am to Dr. Finn and his staff- as a sophomore in high school it is no light statement to say you’re visiting a plastic surgeon- so when I visited his office for guidance on a stubborn acne cyst that perplexed my dermatologist, he began steroid injections and he has now chart a course for surgery. He also took notice of my damaged left ear piercing, which he recently fixed and as of today I got it repierced, along with my second lobe piercing. He and his staff are so nice and pass no judgement- trust me, walking around with a cyst in the center of your face ( on my upper lip) is pretty easy to stare at. Everyone is kind and supportive, and my ear surgery felt great. I can only expect the same for my lip. The reviews don’t lie- I always leave feeling better and happier than when I came in.
