First doctor I have ever met that didn't need to review my x-rays before determining how to best treat me. Dr. Chip Woodard was a waste of a month long wait time for my first and last appointment with him. I only wish he couldn't charge my insurance company.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Powers. She has always been very good with other procedures, but doesn't like things near her face, so she was very anxious prior to oral surgery. The staff were so welcoming and calming for her. Dr. Powers did a great job and everything went very well. Great group of folks! Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

My 16 year old son had moderate to severe acne and I did not want to put him on antibiotics or accutane. Annie was able to completely clear up his acne in about 3 months and his skin has continued to stay clear ever since. Annie is extremely knowledgable and professional, not to mention delightful to work with. I highly recommend her services as an alternative to putting your child on medication.

When my son had a brain tumor removed he had left side paralysis, all of which returned to normal function except for his face. Imagine not being able to smile or close your eye completely. We saw Dr. Marcus and after smile reanimation surgery my son can close his left eye and his smile is returning!!! Dr. Marcus has been amazing through this whole process. He' been so encouraging and he does excellent work. We drive two hours for the appointments, but we honestly would drive much farther if we had to because he's so good. He's helped my son have confidence again because he has his smile back. Thank you Dr. Marcus. I hope many people find the hope we did here. You can hardly tell now that my son's face was paralyzed. Many, many thanks to you Dr. Marcus for your dedication!

I can't say enough great things about the doctors and staff here!!! The nurses are so caring and wonderful. Anna is always sweet and helpful at check-in. Mindi is a terrific skin care specialist!! Everyone I have encountered at the aesthetic center has been top notch!! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The costumer service here is very unhelpful, and the schedule booking is awful. They need to hire better educated, and intelligent front desk attendants. People who actually have a masters. They give Duke a bad name

I have lived in the Triangle area of NC only for the last year, having moved here from living 40 years in Tallahassee, FL. I am firmly in the Duke Medical System and have now, other than my Dentist all my medical needs being met by Duke Associated Medical Providers... (and at age 69, have quite a few of them to make routine visits to. Overall I am completely satisfied and delighted to be associated with the Duke Medical organization. However, today, while visiting Duke's Aesthetic Center to explore having three different procedures done have an even better story to tell my friends and acquaintances and actually anyone interested in sincere feedback about this particular group of Health Care Providers...The Duke Aesthetic Center. Here goes. From the moment I got here at 8:15 am until the time I'm writhing this survey, March 1, 2017 now at 12:00, I have been super impressed by how efficient, friendly and courteous everyone has been to me. From the front desk check in, to Jeremy who did my field of vision test, to Robin assisting Dr Julie Woodward, for my Eye lifts, to Ginger Wilkinson, to do the Infini procedure consult, to Dee who prepped before seeing Dr. Charles Woodard, to do my Direct neck lift and my Otoplasty surgery and finally to Kimberly Alford....who efficiently and promptly helped me with the explanation of the fees and sequencing of all my scheduled work to follow..l am have been super happy with the entire process. The Duke Aesthetic Center has a wonderful rhythm that made everything go smoothly. Each of these many people were in sync of my overall purpose for being there today, and everyone passed me efficiently to the next staff professional with minimal wait time. In other medical experiences, also including other Duke system experiences I've had, no experience has matched my great day at The Duke Aesthetics Center. The injections can be moderately painful and the pain lasts for about three hours. The swelling takes about two weeks to go away. The results have been very impressive and I've certainly noticed a difference. Duke Aesthetic Center, the staff and the doctor's have been great, couldn't be happier with they way they took care of me. Very impressed and overall a very positive experience.

I had a belly button revision procedure with Dr. Detlev Erdmann. He and his nursing staff took such great care of me. I am an employee and it was nice to be treated just like a patient. My belly button is healing nicely and it looks great. I am very grateful for Ginger, Denise and Mindi for caring for me during and after my procedure.

This place actually deserves no star. Ridiculous wait! 1:45pm appointment and we're still waiting to be seen at 4pm! Are they kidding me?! Why make patient appointments at all if you can't see them at the appointment time!!! It's ludicrous! Ridiculous! And the staff are walking around like there's no urgency to get the patients out the door. What in the world?! Take your business elsewhere.
