As soon as I walked into the office, I was greeted with a smile and offered water. I was treated by Angie, who has to be hands down one of the most professional and caring skin providers around. Angie made sure I was relaxed and comfortable and explained the procedure to me in detail. During the Forever Young BBL procedure, she stopped several times to check on me and see how I was doing. She was very attentive to me throughout the entire procedure and very thorough. Cannot speak highly enough of this practice and will be back.

I went in yesterday for a consultation after years of debate. It’s such a scary move to actually schedule because it is showing a level of commitment to going through with an elective surgery. Every interaction I had through e-mail or phone call was so positive. I could literally feel the warmth through the phone, and I definitely felt it during my consultation visit. Horrible experience with BOTH Dr. Roughton and Dr. Pyle. Eager to cut with ZERO time taken to ensure patient safety or negative effects. Calling after a horrible surgery the provider was too "out of it" to even answer my questions. The next experience was to get help from Roughton and she wanted to cut my expander out NO CAUSE or infection. I had to advocate for myself, get another surgeon who listened and per my suggestion to use a steroid my breast cleared up overnight! If I hadn't done that, she would have removed it.Thankfully Dr. WU was there to help and take proper care of me. NEVER again.

Dr. Davis is truly the best! I had a full tummy tuck with lipo and only 4 weeks post op I look amazing! He is extremely knowledgable and experienced and good bedside manner too. They really treat you well, giving you a neck pillow for sleeping upright the first week, girdles for the different stages of recovery, a nice insulated cup for keeping hydrated and silicone strips for the scarring. All the staff was very nice but Ashley is especially wonderful! She's so patient with my million post op questions! The best North Carolina has to offer...truly!

My partner recently finished up with a consultation with Dr. Davis. Listening to how her consult went, was quite frustrating for me to listen to. She expressed her concern, and since most people have a keen sense about their won bodies, Davis was quick to dismiss her concern and instead boast about his prestigious medical experience with ego. He pressed that her knowledge for concern along with combined recommendations were incorrect. I was surprised to learn that Davis did not check or give her a physical evaluation during this time. After some discussion she new the conversation was one-sided and she ended the meeting as smooth as she could. In the past we were told about Dr. Woods. Who was recommended to us in the past and oh why didn't we stick to our original gut feeling. Other's we've spoke to have said good things about Dr. Woods.(life lesson learned) I usually don't care for writing reviews. To think of it i think this is my 2nd. Just listening to my partners experience and the hurt feelings she expressed from that Davis, is disrespectful. We pay for your livelihood and for your vacations. Now invest in some manners and courtesies. Babe this one's for you!

I found Dr.Davis through a friend in 2001 who had a breast augmentation. I was so impressed that I made a consultation and haven't looked back since! And 13 years later (even post baby) I am still THRILLED with my results (and yes, I did breast feed). I have been back to the office over the years for little things like Botox and microdermabrasion and have never been disappointed. The staff is on point, helpful and experienced. I also recently met Dr.Pyle and he seems like a wonderful addition to the office. I would not even consider going anywhere else. Thank you Dr.Davis and staff for always helping me look and feel my best!

The staff at Davis and Pyle is wonderful and Dr. Pyle's wife did a great job with my anesthesia and the care around it. However, Dr. Pyle completely botched my liposuction. I look worse now with many lumps, divots, and ugly scars. Terrible transformation and unpleasant follow ups with Dr. Pyle once the results were apparent. His ego blinded his judgement. I had 2 sessions of complimentary cool sculpting which did very little, if anything, to correct the problems crated. Within 6 months of the procedure, Dr. Pyle offered to do a small touch up liposuction at 12 months to try to correct the most damaged areas. Unfortunately, by that point I could no longer trust him to do any work on my body. I waited almost two years to get a second opinion (Dr. Pyle had told me he had seen lipo work years after the procedure). The damage done by Dr. Pyle is so substantial that in order to correct it, I would have to have another liposuction AND transplant fat (which could be dangerous in addition to very pricey) to fill the divots created by Dr. Pyle. Cost for the corrective procedure would be $8,000 (which is about what I paid for the liposuction at Davis and Pyle). If you've had a liposuction, you know of the long, painful, messy recovery that I would have to put my body through yet again. I can't speak for other procedures, but I would strongly advise against using Dr. Pyle for liposuction. At my second opinion appointment, I was told some of the divots were created as a result of repeated passage of the liposuction tube, which apparently is a rookie's mistake that was common over 20 years ago.

My son was born with microtia, and his pediatric made an appoint with Davis & Pyle Plastic Surgery. I verified that they accepted UnitedHealthCare insurance and met doctor Benjamin Woods. I found him very unprofessional, lacked any understanding and empathy. He kept coughing and sneezing at my 3 weeks old son, and after 15 minutes he was rushing to the other patient. The final bill was 2500 dollars; furthermore, the procedure was poorly executed. Few months later, I found out that they had billed my insurance over 7500 dollars (not sure why). My insurance company got involved and threatened to remove them from their network…I have no doubt that this place is a scam.

I can't say enough about this place and Dr Pyle. When I initially set up my consultation, I had 3 more set up with other surgeons but after my experience, I cancelled them all! My husband and I felt so comfortable as soon as we walked in the office. The office was so clean and modern. The front desk staff were amazing and super helpful. I was then taken to a room by Jessica who instantly made me feel comfortable. We took images and she was super friendly and informative. We were then taken to a room as we awaited Dr Pyle for his consultation. The consult was way more then I expected. Dr Pyle listened to my expectations and was considerate of all my "wants and needs". He was very informative and never pushy on anything. I felt super comfortable with what he was telling me. He answered all my questions and just listened to me explain what I wanted. It's very rare to have a doctor listen to you. After my consult, I cancelled all my other consults....No need! I found the perfect surgeon for me! The procedure day came and I was greeted with the same professional staff. The anesthesiologist eased all my nerves and had me super comfortable before the procedure. Dr Pyle met with me prior to surgery and helped ease my anxiety as well. After the surgery, during recovery, I was able to communicate with the staff as I needed. They were super quick to respond with all my questions and Dr Pyle even called me the night of surgery and left me his cell if I needed him. So thoughtful. I was checked on and all my questions were answered immediately during my recovery period. I couldn't ask for a better team. I am currently 22 weeks post op and I couldn't be happier with my results. Dr Pyle and his profession knowledgeable staff get a 10 out of 10 from me. If you are looking a great surgeon and staff, this is the place to go. Thank you Dr Pyle and staff for a wonderful experience!!

I can honestly say that my breast augmentation revision + breast lift at Davis and Pyle has changed my life. Devastated. I came in my surgery was February 6 2017. So many years of trying. Worn down from trying my hardest to get back somewhat even remotely to what I had been. My appearance is one of the things I was glad to have and most an important my confidence and my body but mainly my stomach and chest is something I have woken up to and a burden to deal with every day. I have always been active and push myself to keep trying but for some reason nothing was working. I had dreamed and wanted for so long to just get rid of these certain areas and finally one day I was given a chance and hope. My mother and I walked in and met with the younger doctor Mr. Wood. I hated to even talk about my insecurities but now that I was given the chance I let it all out. He didn’t seem to really listen. He was nice but seem to just cut to the point instead of feeling like what I was dealing with was important. My stomach seemed to sag. I explained to him but he rejected mostly the things I wanted and I had a lot of questions but was cut short. After seeing my best friend go through the same procedure and with the same body type I was in awe and convinced and I’m not one to go for plastic surgery ever but after going to cross fit, lifting, dieting and everything I was done being Agra’s and willing to go through what ever even if that meant surgery. I had my flanks done, my chest, my stomach and legs. Every time I came in to ask questions I was cut short. So instead I decided to listen to my mom and just pray and trust. I should have listened to my gut. I went in for surgery terrified but the happiness of finally removing what I was reassured of... I was in tears in the cold room just so happy god finally came through and it’s about to happen. I woke up in probably the worst pain I ever endured in my entire life and I’m good with pain. Not this but I’m fighting for what I know will be the ultimate happiness not to mention the amount of money and cost was insane so it had to be legit. The pushed me into my moms car and I was begging to go back and had no idea that was going to happen or why I was being rushed out immediately upon waking up. I was in a romper that was too big bc they said they ran out yet this was imperative to have and wear and be tight... wasn’t at all. Got home was in so much pain could not move. Bed ridden for two weeks. I remember finally waking up and finally being able to barely walk to the bathroom mirror. It was time. Took me 30 mins to get the romper off keeping my eyes closed so excited. When I opened my eyes...I couldn’t stop crying. Nothing had changed. NOTHING. Except for 12 scars and looked worse with my body having disproportionate dents and bulging . Ultimate nightmare. I came in for in check up. I felt like a joke and a fool and filled is rage and anger. But I kept it in. I told them I was unhappy and he hushed me in a respectful way saying it’s normal it’s just swelling and you will urinate the dead fat particles. Then he said it would take 6 months to a year to see results which I had read mixed reviews about that. So of course I chose to believe and take hope. I had a strict diet. No preservatives, proteins and vegetables and lots of water along with 8 hours of sleep. No candy nothing just pure health and organic meats. Nothing. Months passed then only thing I felt was pain and when I met my partner finally he asked me to take off my garment. I did. He didn’t say anything at first just quiet. At that point i knew I was not wrong. My stomach now looks like diagonal. He didn’t do my full abdomen . I didn’t thing it could get worse that it was but sure enough it was disgusting. Went back several more times with no change sad only for him to come in look not say much and leave in under 3-5 minutes. Long story short my partner would not touch me. Came up with a lot of reasons politely saying he would like to wait for marriage. This has never happened to me and I’ve always been confident especially complemented on my body.

Just over a year ago I had a breast lift with Dr. Pyle. I can definitely say that I love my results, my scars are almost completely gone, and every single morning when I get dressed I am grateful that I was able to find a surgeon who could take away the anxiety and self-consciousness that I had before surgery. Before surgery, getting dressed was a game of "which combination of bras is going to make my chest look semi-normal". I could never wear anything that didn't totally cover my shoulders (and the crazy bra straps), or anything too form fitting (smooshed uni-boob). Now, I get dressed in the morning and just... get dressed. It sounds simple, but it's been life-changing.

Had a breast augmentation done by Dr. Davis and it has been terrible ever since. At a post op appointment I had voiced my concerns about how Aweful I thought the results were and was told by dr Davis that if I waited a while (6months to a year) to heal up that he would be able to do another surgery to give me a more exact result of what I wanted. Waited the suggested year to the day with my botched results and called the office to see what I could do. Was told by the surgical consultant there is nothing we can do for you and was hung up on. So now I have these implants that were $6900 that I will have to find a BETTER surgeon to fix. Absolutely do not get work done here.

Just had my 2nd Kybella treatment with Dr. Wood yesterday and am so excited about the results that are coming! The staff was so incredibly kind and professional and they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Wood was so gentle that I didn't feel any pain or discomfort during the treatment. One of the nurses applied an ice pack to help minimize any pain but honestly I didn't feel anything. The practice is beautiful and they offer so many services & treatments that I'll definitely be back for more.

BEWARE! Went in last year with Dr. Wood who severed all of my nerves in my augmentation. He also improperly placed one of them. Went back this year to have the placement fixed with Dr. Davis who fixed it but did a POOR job of sewing me up and the stitches tore and bled for a week. Had to see the new Dr. Houghton who told me, "He didn't do a poor a job, I'm the one with experience and I'm right". Goes on to tell me to just put a band aid on the bleed and put a maxi pad in my bra! For the price paid, these doctors don't care at all about your results once the check clears. They all dismiss everything said and try to smother you with their smug confidence and alleged experience. You may perform elective surgeries but you're still doctors and you have an obligation to treat your patients with respect and above all the results you claim to be able to perform. SAVE YOUR MONEY! LET THESE DOCTORS FUND THEIR OWN VACATIONS!

He told me he couldn’t touch me because of how deformed my stomach looked along with the rest of my body. His comment wasn’t to be mean I also did not care for him I was majorly depressed because I know what I saw and see in the mirror and everyone is there own worst Critic but this was not the case. I dropped a lot of weight not at all from the surgery and I finally sent a very long email but the response was vague and to reschedule and it would cost money...so cruel to even think of saying that to the damage done. Lost the weight and it looked even more terrible. Schedule the appointment only to be notified several times to reschedule due to weather. I’ve finally paid off all my debt and left far more worse than when I came. It has taken me so long to even post this publicly as it is the out most humiliating and embarrassing private things to say. Please for anyone thinking about doing this you can’t even imagine the toll it has taken and it’s irreversible. I had the best time going to the Breast and Body orientation at Davis and Pyle. Gretta and Jenny did an excellent job explaining different types of procedures, what to expect, recovery time, and average costs. These two ladies created an environment that made me feel so comfortable to ask questions. I’ve always wondered if there were specific procedures that could help get rid of some areas that have been bothering me and I was so glad to hear that they do exist!
