As a native New Yorker, I am always on the lookout for exceptional medical/cosmetic practitioners. When I first moved to Cary, North Carolina 10 years ago, I was eager to find a nurse Injector comparable to my Park Avenue practitioner ASAP. After several less than stellar experiences, I was introduced to Melissa Stockyj. She is without a doubt the best of the best! Compassionate, competent, kind, and with an eye for detail that is a rarity. Melissa is one of the few dually accredited nurses; both in aesthetics and plastic surgery. I have followed this outstanding, skilled nurse for over 10 years and I will continue to recommend her to any and all who are looking for the crème de la crème of aesthetic nurse injectors. She is superb!

She recently relocated to this location, and I was so happy/relieved to find her. She is not only GREAT at injections, she takes her time, treats you with kindness, answering any and all questions, every appointment. I know she truly cares about her clients! She's never trying to push you into anything extra, but she is there for you if you're in need of some additional advise. This girl knows her stuff, as this isn't her side gig. She has done this thousands of times. I have never found anyone who comes close to her skill. LOVE this amazing nurse!!!!

If I could rate higher than 5 stars I honestly would! After consulting with several doctors for my rhinoplasty last year, I knew Dr. Gregg was the one within 5 minutes of talking with her. Instead of her telling me why I needed a rhinoplasty, which other doctors do, she listened to me explain what I saw and my goals. She took the time to explain the facial anatomy and symmetry. Each appointment leading up to my surgery and after have been great. She is just as excited to see my results as I am. I am now almost 10 months post op and so happy thanks to Dr. Gregg, Nurse Denise and the whole staff. I have referred countless people to Dr. Gregg and will continue to do so!

I had my first visit with this office. My appointment was with Nena. She was recommended to me by a close friend of mine that has been going to her for years and now I know why. I am so pleased and thankful to have found Nena. She is amazing. She is very experienced and knowledgeable about the aging face. She has a very light touch with the injectables. Knowing the right placement with Botox is key and makes a huge difference with the final result. I’m 52 and she knows how to give a youthful, natural pretty appearance to the face. She is quick and efficient. The ladies at checkin and checkout were very sweet and helpful. I felt very comfortable. Dr Gregg is absolutely fabulous! I am 65 yrs old and look better than when I was 23 after my face lift! She is very kind, meticulous as well as being an excellent surgeon. Her followup care is exemplary. I could not have been more pleased. And my husband also though that she and her staff were wonderful too. Her staff are extremely professional and helpful. In particular, Denise Hightower is so helpful and compassionate. You will not find a better surgeon or get such care anywhere else than with Dr Gregg.
