Dr. Bryan Criswell & all of his staff are the best! He made sure I was 100% informed on my options and the results. I never waited more than 10 minutes in the lobby, and they all do their best to make you feel comfortable. My incisions are very clean cut and the results are better than I imagined. Dr. Criswell and staff genuinely care about you individually and never make you feel rushed or unimportant. He was patient and answered all of my questions and really listened to what I wanted. If I ever need anything else done I will definitely be coming here!

I had my breast augmentation in October of 2013 by Dr. Kara Criswell. I searched for quite a while to find the right Plastic Surgeon to complete my augmentation, and I knew that Criswell & Criswell was the right fit almost immediately after walking in their doors. Prior to the operation, I was made aware of all the details, made comfortable with the staff and Dr. Kara Criswell. The day of my operation, I could hardly hold in my excitement. The operation was an absolute success, and I felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout. My husband was there to take me out of the operating room. Dr. Kara Criswell had told me what to expect directly after the operation, but I truly felt far better than what I had anticipated in the days following my breast augmentation. Just under two months post opp, I am working out just as hard as ever, feeling better than ever about myself, and looking forward to my future check ups at Criswell & Criswell.

Dr. Bryan Criswell and his staff were amazing. I went in for the initial consult and immediately felt welcome and comfortable. I had the best experience! They made me feel comfortable with my decision and I did not feel like "just another patient". I am four weeks post op and any question that I have Dr. Criswell takes his time to answer them no matter how absurd they may seem. On February 29, 2012 Dr. Kara Criswell performed a face lift on me. I am completely happy with the results and with the experience. I wanted to look like myself and not look stretched. We talked about all of this and I have exactly the results I wanted. I look younger, look just like myself and yet there is not stretched look. I met with Dr Kara Criswell over 4 years ago to discuss Reconstructive surgery following my bi-lateral mastectomy upon my diagnosis with breast cancer. Tummy tuck was horrible. Scar looked so bad. Dr. Criswell tried to fix the scar while I awake, just with some pills. ( I felt the hurt and pain) I have dog ears and she was supposed to fix it. It didn’t get done. I had more problems with this place but not enough to space to write. I went to Dr. Capizzi and I tell you. He is the best. I could tell the difference by his consultation and staff. Never going back to Criswell.

Due to significant weight loss, endless exercise and a C-section I decided to research various surgeons for a tummy tuck and thigh lift. From the moment I walked into the office of Criswell and Criswell for my first consult I felt a sense of ease. Seeing their support of Susan G Komen touched my heart for personal reasons, so I was anxious to meet Kara. She is professional and warming. She didn’t rush me out of her office, listened tentatively to my every need, made recommendations, took pictures, showed me pictures of different surgeries and was just as excited as I was. When we met she greeted me with a smile and a hand shake and when I left we exchanged hugs. I knew I found the perfect surgeon! Day of surgery was a bit overwhelming, with many emotions. The nurses made me so comfortable and at that point I was ready for surgery. I was excited to see Kara again, this time at my 6 week post op. I am elated with the results, beyond what words can explain. My scars are minimal and I know Kara is just as happy as I am. I cried a lot and did not feel foolish one little bit. You changed my life Kara and I have never been happier or felt better. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! If you are considering cosmetic surgery, trust when I say your search is over. The staff, nurses and surgeons are without question THE BEST! PS. I bought my first bikini at the age of 50, crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am 6 weeks post op from a breast reduction and lift. I am a Nurse Practitioner and am very familiar with the medical field and made sure I did plenty of research before choosing a surgeon. The very first appointment I had with Dr. Bryan Criswell, I was impressed. From the office décor, friendliness of the receptionist, the nurse and most of all Dr. Criswell. I walked in there with a list of questions and he patiently answered them all. As medical professionals, we sometimes are not the best patients. His sense of expertise and compassion were apparent from the beginning. I knew then, I made the right decision. Post operatively, my 12 year daughter met me in recovery and had a chance to speak with the Dr. Criswell. She was very concerned and protective over her mom, of course, and had a few questions herself to ask. He sat there next to my daughter and made her feel as if she was truly important and told her she had great questions, and answered them all to her satisfaction. 6 weeks out and I feel great, my incisions are healing beautifully and I have never been so happy with a physician/staff: I wish I would've had the procedure sooner, it has definitely changed my life for the better! If only 6 stars were possible!!!! I have had plastic surgery before and they were good experiences. However, the service and RESULTS from Criswell & Criswell were truly amazing. Dr. Bryan Criswell was everything you would want in a plastic surgeon. He listened to what I had to say and was very honest about what he could do and most importantly about what I could expect from the surgery. I was overjoyed by the results. Everyone from the office staff to the nurses were very attentive throughout the entire pre/post-surgery process. I never once regretted my decision. Dr. Criswell and team are simply awesome and I can't recommend them enough.

After many years of dreaming about having a tummy tuck I made an appointment with Kara Criswell to discuss if my vision was even possible. She was very warm and made me very comfortable. After meeting with her I was able to see photos of other patients with the same problem. I made the decision to move forward with the surgery and am so happy that I did. I have to say that Kara Criswell is phenomenal. I am now almost four months post op and am so thrilled with my results so far. I wore a bikini for the first time in 20+ years!! Absolutely the best experience I could have ever imagined. When searching for a surgeon to perform my breast augmentation I was recommended to Criswell and Criswell. I came home from my consultation and told my husband that this was the team that would perform my surgery. Dr. Bryan Criswell and his staff are simply wonderful. On my first visit I met Kristin and Victor and instantly felt at ease and taken care of. On the morning of my consultation I got some life altering medical news and was still shaken up when I walked in for my appointment. When I told Kristin what was going on she was amazing and even sent me a note later inquiring how I was coping with the news I had shared with her. I just knew right away that I would get the procedure done, and get it done at Criswell. Dr. Criswell also listened to exactly the look I was going for and made sure to advise me correctly on size. I have since had the surgery and am very pleased with the results. All of my follow up appointments have been great and I will absolutely go back for any other work I want to have performed. And, a shout out to the staff at the surgery center that was absolutely terrific. I nearly changed my mind right before going back for the surgery and the nurse calmed me down and made me feel great about my decision to have the procedure. I was referred to Dr. Bryan Criswell after radiation and a lumpectomy for breast cancer. The first plastic surgeon I saw would not consider anything but a mastectomy and radical surgery. Dr. Criswell listened to my concerns and was honest about the pros and cons of surgery on skin that has been radiated. He was able to use a small implant to restore volume to the lumpectomy site and excise the existing scar. The results are great. He and his staff are caring, compassionate and make you feel comfortable and at ease. His commitment to women that have experienced breast cancer and need reconstruction is admirable.

If I could give them no stars I would. I called and made an appointment. I had accidentally scheduled two appointments at the same time so I reached out to Chriswell. To receive their answering Service where I had asked the lady to relay the message to have them call me about Possibly rescheduling my appointment. I get a confirmation text on Monday about my appointment. Then I receive a call from them the one I asked for saying we saw that you reached out to us we're getting back to you. I explain to them yes I'd like to know when I could POSSIBLY reschedule. I might and might not just depending on how far you have to push me back which is what I told the answering service too. She then informed me that they already canceled my appointment without speaking to me first or asking. She was condescending aloof gave me the run around. Very rudely unapologetic not sympathetic almost making me out to be the crazy person. tells me I'm sorry there's nothing we can do if we have a cancellation we will let you know. I said you don't seem to care that as a customer I'm upset at the way criswell has handled this. I explain to her that this is very important I can't wait till when they could get me in. She tells me that maybe it's just not the plastic surgery office for me. tries to send me to other places instead of excepting the fact that they made a mistake by not contacting me they missed construed what the answering service said and still did not fix their mistake. I was even question if I was telling the truth about what I had such an answering service. They told me they're answer service is pretty thorough. Obviously not and neither is the practice considering the way they CHOSE to treat my appointment. I ask them to please explain to the person you gave my appointment to that she made a mistake please I never canceled my appointment they we're not going to do the right thing. I am shocked considering it's in a nice area at the unprofessional behavior. While I'm being placed on hold the on hold music is playing while we want our customers feel warm and appreciated You can hear through the waiting music It's comical. As a telecom engineer I would never treat my clients like this. Nor would I hire anyone to treat my clients like so. I wouldn't recommend this place but if you want a headache go here!

From Botox with Michelle, the nurse injector to surgical procedures with Dr. Criswell to facials & lasers with Marjorie, you can go to one practice! Very comforting & convenient but most important, you feel great after all treatments because of the attention to detail & again the results!
