Didn't even get to make it inside the building. I was shut down over the phone by a very rude lady. Asked height and weight and said I needed to drop at least 10 more pounds before I could come in for a consultation. Very cut and dry. Unfortunately I didn't get a name because she didn't bother to say it when she answered the phone, but if that is how they treat their patients...NO THANKS!

Dr. Korn did my DIEP flap breast reconstruction after cancer. I'm so thankful. He's very thoughtful about his decisions and he keeps it about the patient. Excellent work. The lady fitting me for a post mastectomy bra at Unique Boutique commented that in 27 years, mine was the best surgical work she's ever seen. This guy knows good stuff. And is a nice guy!

Just left this doctor's office and needless to say I'll NEVER step foot in this office again!!! My appointment was scheduled for 4pm. One of the staff members finally called me back at 4:30pm, asked me to undress and leave the front of my gown open. After sitting on the table half naked and freezing for another 30 minutes I finally decided to get dressed and walk out!! One entire hour (not including the time it took me to drive to the office) was wasted!!! This is NOT how patients should be treated!!! And let me add I could hear Dr. Robinson in the room next to me!!! His cell phone rung and he stepped outside of the room to answer the call!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.... especially when you have patients waiting!!!!
