The best possible experience ever. Dr. Smith and his staff was excellent! Even though my sister went to Dr. Smith 15yrs ago, I still got on the internet and read so many reviews on so many doctors. I found myself making an appointment with Dr. Smith. During my first visit, I knew he would be the doctor for me. He never tried to persuade me in what he thought I should get. He listened to me and what I wanted. I couldn't make up my mind on cc amount so I left it up to him. I couldn't have made a better choice. My implants look and feel so natural. My girlfriends are all impressed. Dr. Smith and his staff made me feel so comfortable before and after my surgery, cause of course I was scared at first. I am very please with my entire experience.

Dr. Kevin Smith did a phenomenal job with my cervioplasty and small amount of work on my eyes! His approach of less is more with a later adjustment if needed was exactly what I was looking for. The results are better than I even hoped for—so loved my Grandmother, but not her neck on my body‼️

I have had a very positive experience with Dr Smith & all the staff at Charlotte Plastic Surgery. I am 7 weeks post op from having my neck done (cervicoplasty). The procedure & healing have all gone well. Several days before my original surgery date I had a medical issue arise that forced me to reschedule my procedure. Dr Smith, his nurse & staff were very accommodating. While I still have healing left, I can say I am very happy with my results so far. I was well informed of what to expect before my procedure & after. I would highly recommend Dr Smith.
