Beautiful and clean office with very peasant staff. Dr. Hanna spent a good amount of time giving me very informative advices without trying to get me into any procedures, and even talking me out of some, explaining his professional reasons. I have learned about the options for my case that didn't involve his office. He was caring and genuine that made my visit just that much more special.

You don't look and think, gee, she had some work done...Just, wow, that looks Great! Results surpassed my expectations. And btw, this surgery is not painful. I could not be more pleased with the care I received from Dr. Hanna and his staff. I had a procedure done by a plastic surgeon in another state and I was not at all pleased with the results. EXCELLENT. I wanted a couple of moles and skin tags removed from my face without leaving scars. I was very difficult to schedule a dermatologist, but my primary care Dr. stated that a plastic surgeon would be much better because dermatologists are not necessarily concerned with scars, and he was 100% correct! Dr. Hana performed this mid Dec.2018 and there is no way to tell they were there. No scar, no trace! Also, Dr. Hana was less expensive, and MUCH easier to deal with. I can't recommend him and his staff enough. Thank you!

His humor is calming and he truly cares for each patient . I have seen him a number of times for skin cancers and he has continued to be honest and supporting. I am always thrilled with his magic and will continue to return. As the Raleigh and Cary area have grown we see many new plastic surgeons . I’ve known Dr. Hanna since 1992/3 when my youngest son had an injury to his nose bridge, incredible experience for my son and for me! Totally impressed with his skills. My son Michael has no scar and a happy memory. I needed to have eye lid surgery and the entire experience was the best experience I have ever had with any Doctor in my life! Dr. Hanna is one of a kind in his profession. His entire staff, from office to the entire surgical staff was so professional, caring and very patient orientated! I never thought twice about being in great hands by the entire surgical staff and of course Dr. Hanna! A beautiful job was done for me!!!! My surgery was in early August and “smooth and satisfactory” doesn’t do justice. PERFECTION in every way...can’t wait to have my 6 month visit and take the after photos. I consider myself lucky to be in an area where there's such a talented & charismatic surgeon -- especially one whom is comfortable and experienced with performing cosmetic surgeries on African American women. I cried tears of joy when I saw myself post-op. I did have minor complications during the healing process, but it all had to deal with how my body healed .. nothing to do with Dr. Hannah's work. I was extremely anxious & concerned at first, but he promised it would heal just fine & everything went EXACTLY the way he said it would.. I'm so grateful for that. I'd recommend him to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hanna's for many years. I cannot say enough good things about him. He has treated me as well as my family for medical things... from moles, to lumps, to ganglion cysts of the wrist and hand. His prowess is amazing when it comes to his stitching. No one will leave a less visible scar! But he is also my go to for any plastic surgery and he is, in my opinion, conservative in that he is just not going to do something because you think you need it. I begged him for years for a "certain" procedure that he honestly felt I did not yet need, so he placated me and made me look so much better with less invasive alternatives and tweaking. And then I walked in one day and he said, that yes, the time had come and I was a good candidate and could finally have the procedure I had been asking for. That was many years ago and guess who I am calling again? And in keeping with what others said, I must say, he is the most down to earth and caring individual. He spends quality time with his patients and when you are in the room with him, he is 100% there listening to you. You are not paying for flash and marketing and a big shiny building, you are paying for the experience, care, and talent of an artist. After all these years as a patient, I would say, I consider this wonder surgeon my friend.

I have to admit…. I didn’t want to write a review within weeks of my abdominoplasty because I wanted to experience the recovery and “test drive” the new stomach with time. Nearly six years ago I took control of my health. After trying to lose weight for 11 months, I decided to have gastric bypass. That decision wasn’t an easy nor quick fix. I went into that surgery completely aware of the pros and cons, but knew it was the best option for me. Fast forward to this past summer… I ventured out to Dr. Hanna’s office for a “tummy tuck” consultation. Dr. Hanna explained the procedure to me (in detail), drew out on the table paper of what he does during this type of surgery, answered all of my questions (without feeling like I was being rushed), but most of all, he listens to his patients. He’s also a life saver. I cannot thank him enough for identifying that I had an underlying (treatable) condition the day I went into for surgery. It allowed me to stop and think about my health, seek treatment and then get healthy so I could proceed with surgery two months later. Six weeks post-op I am thoroughly happy with the results. He is by far one of my favorite people on this earth. He’s magic. If you’re looking to seek out a plastic surgeon for whatever reason, I highly recommend Dr. Hanna. His work exceeded my expectations. His office staff ladies are lovely. They’re quick to respond phone calls, personable, caring, and very helpful when you need paperwork filed.

Dr. Hanna performed my breast reduction last week. I am extremely pleased with the results. The surgery was done at Wake Med Cary Hospital. Every staff member was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Hanna checked on me several times after surgery. He spoke with my family before they saw me in recovery. My family said his bedside manner was awesome. I have also been pleased at each office visit. Dr. Hanna always explained everything in great details. He never rushed me in answering my questions. He made sure I was pleased with the surgery. I would go back to Dr. Hanna again and again. The staff in his office are also very friendly and helpful.
