Dr. Dickerson is the best. Five stars all around. A Master Artist ! Only instead of clay, he uses the human body as his canvas! He's a gifted artist with a big heart. He's honest, caring and so is his staff. They are not only friendly they make you feel like your part of their large family. I came to one of the Special Gala's at Dr. Dicker sons. I enjoyed meeting the other attendees, the refreshments, and the conversations! Then I saw Toni and played catch up...next I was ready for a change. I had came back to town for a visit, starting life over.. she helped me make one of the biggest decisions of my life. I know I wouldn't have done it without her. You could say Toni changed my life. This is the best thing I've ever done for me..which in return is good for my family. I go to Cape Fear Aesthetics for a few things. I usually see Kim first thing. She's always smiling and seems happy to see her patients. Dr D is friendly, and he's quick with the needle when I get my botox, and that's a good thing! My wife goes to get wax from Consuelo and she always raves about it. And I even had an old tattoo that got damaged in an accident, and they removed that for me too. I didn't care much for that service (it hurt like heck but it worked great) but the lady that took care of me (whose name I can't remember but she had purple hair) was really nice and seemed to know her stuff. My wife and I recommend this place quite a bit!

Having some poor experiences in the past with skin care, I was pleased to visit the comfortable environment and kind staff at CFA. Dr. Dickerson was realistic. I visited Cape Fear Aesthetics because of ear pressure. Once I walked into the office, warm hello's greeted me by two receptionists seated behind the front desk. Cynthia (receptionist) was polite and professional waited on me. I didn't have to wait long at all before "Toni" (who was also friendly and professional) ushered me into the back to ask pertinent questions about my condition before bringing in Dr. Dickerson. The wait time for him to arrive was quick. Upon entering the room, and after warmly speaking, he immediately sanitized his hands,asked a couple of questions, and examined my ears, nose, and throat thoroughly. My diagnosis was no infection, but seasonal allergies. My visit was great! I loved the friendly and yet professional staff. The lobby and room decor were beautiful and up-to-date. The colors remind me of the soothing ocean of the Caribbean. I highly recommend Cape Fear Aesthetics.

I ordered my girlfriend a massage and microdermabrasion for our anniversary. The front desk ladies were more than helpful and assisted in making the experience enjoyable. Obviously, I do not really know what a microdermabrasion is, and the front desk girl clearly laid out what my girlfriend would be getting. I coupled the microdermabrasion with a massage for a full experience. My girlfriend later told me the experience was amazing and the staff were knowledgable and professional, and her wait time was short. I have to say thanks to Cape Fear Aesthetics for making this surprise enjoyable.

I’d like to make all aware of the amazing services and care I’ve received from Ms. Julie Boice – the magnificent Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner at Cape Fear Aesthetics. I am from Florida and relocated to the Fayetteville (NC) area in 2011. Anyone who has moved after establishing a regular and effective regimen of neuromodulators and dermal fillers with a trustworthy provider understands the angst involved. I swear it’s scarier than searching for a new GYN or hair stylist! I hunted around for months before landing at Cape Fear Aesthetics. I’d been receiving treatment with Dr. Dickerson for several years and was pretty satisfied. However, I am so grateful Ms. Boice is now part of the Cape Fear Aesthetics / Fayetteville Plastic Surgery team. She’s one of the best things to happen to my face since sunscreen! I cannot say enough great things about Juile’s expert care. She takes great care with each patient. I never feel rushed or silly in asking questions or when I bring in absurd numbers of selfies pointing out new areas for her to work on. Also, Ms. Boice is constantly seeking to perfect her craft. I mean, this lady is constantly attending Continuing Ed. trainings! Personally, I find that super cool and confidence-inspiring. And she’s patient. Like most people, I have a couple of areas that drive me crazy. I focus on the crow’s feet or tiny wrinkles around my eyes / tear troughs in every picture, and I complain about those areas at every visit. Every. Single. Visit. Instead of blowing me off or insisting only a surgeon could fix my complaints, she’s worked with me and has discussed my “issues” at several trainings. I know she has because she’s told me about those discussions and has returned from trainings with new ideas and treatment options that have really helped. I find that kind of creativity and patient-centered approach exciting and (for me at least) loyalty-inspiring. I could go on, but I'll close by saying I encourage anyone looking for an Expert Injector in the Sandhills or NC Triangle regions to check out Ms. Boice at FPS/CFA. I think you will not be disappointed.

after an ear operation in another location, out of town, I saw Dr. Dickerson bc. of problems after the surgery. I was suffering from Hyperacusis. He looked into my ear and said it looks fine. I saw another ENT in town a couple of weeks later who removed a big blood clot from my ear. On my way home my ear started bleeding and at home I removed another big blood clot and a lot of blood. How could Dr. Dickerson have not seen it is a mystery to me. He also offered me no help in regard to the hyperacusis, only after I told him there is a treatment called TRT he said you we should find a therapist. Well, after the doc left and the nurse came back with paperwork, she didn't even tell me that they would NOT search for a therapist. I called the office 2 weeks later and found out that Dr. D. would not help me find a therapist and they dismissed me on the spot. I never will go back to his office.

I went to Cape Fear Aesthetics to have a few moles removed from around my eye and on my cheek area. I saw Dr. Edward Dickerson that day and he advised me that he could take care of this for me. Unfortunately, many black women like myself have this issue. I went in for my appointment and Dr. Dickerson was GREAT. There was virtually no pain, the moles were removed, I even went to the grocery store on my way home. The procedure was about 30 days ago and I am so very pleased with the results. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Dickerson and Cape Fear Aesthetics in Fayetteville to any woman (or man) wanting this done.

I had an upper blepheroplasty and Thermi RF the last of May. Prior to the procedure my eyelids were dropping down badly enough that I was having issues seeing. I didn't have to worry about eye makeup; it couldn't be seen. I had met Dr. Dickerson at one of his informational programs and liked his personable manner. I knew I wanted him to do the procedure and fix my problem. In July I was able to get a new prescription for glasses that wasn't nearly so strong. July 19th, I was able to wear eye make-up (and it could be seen} as Maid of Honor at my roommates wedding. I have had many people think that I am 10-15 years younger than I am. It seems like it is getting better every week.

This office gave me third degree burns. I went in for microdermabrasion and ended up in the emergency room for third degree burns to my cheeks and forehead. I told the lady that it was very painful, but she disregarded me. They refused to give me my money back and refused to accept responsibility for their actions. Beware of this place.

I scheduled a consult for liposuction sometime in July, from the time I walked into the office, the staff were beyond friendly and very welcoming to me. The Surgical Coordinator, Carmen was extraordinary, she answered all of my questions as well as address my concerns, I felt as if she had been a long time friend. Dr. Dickerson was equally awesome, he made me feel very comfortable and excited about going through with the procedure, he listened to the areas that I wanted to fix, and put my mind at ease about the decision I was making. 5 weeks after the initial consult, I am now 1 week post-op! I went in at 8 am for surgery and was out by 1pm, the staff (I can't express how great they were), made me so comfortable, I was so nervous. Excellent Service!! The office itself is very calming. The office staff is amazing. This office is beyond awesome! I won the 40 day Hcg diet program at my ob/gyn and was pretty overwhelmed with the info about the program found on the internet. I made my consultation with Dr. D anyways and all my concerns were put to rest. They definitely care about their patients well being and therefore require lab work BEFORE you start the program and explain everything about it in detail. I would not recommend doing this program without the supervision of a doctor as there are a lot of fake hcg sellers online and elsewhere. Dr. D's office provides you with access to his knowledgeable staff, the real hcg, weightloss tools(food scale, trainer and more) that you WILL need. This low calorie diet has been easy and 2 weeks into it I have already lost 14.8lbs!!! Don't sell yourself short by going elsewhere for this program.

About two weeks ago I got Botox and Juvederm at Cape Fear Aesthetics. I had some horizontal lines stacked across my forehead that were starting to age my face a little bit. Also, I had a very flat upper lip that did not match the size of my bottom lip. Dr. Dickerson did the Botox injections in my forehead, which was very fast and painless. A few days later the wrinkles smoothed out and everything looks great. My eyes look open and youthful. The Juvederm in my lips looks amazing! They are now full and symetrical and my face is overall more soft and harmonious in appearance. A couple days after my services I had a Micro/Chem by Christina. It was fabulous! She was thorough, yet gentle and my skin looked dramactically better before I even left the office. I can't wait for my next Micro/Chem! I loved the PCA clinical skin care line they use. I bought some PCA products after my peel and every morning and night I can't wait to use them. It's really making a huge difference. Everything was fantastic!!

The Surgical Coordinator, Carmen, was so thorough when briefing me on the procedures that most of the questions I had were already answered. He put me at ease with his knowledge of the procedure, how he explained what he was going to do during surgery, and the results he expected. Cape Fear Aesthetics is my "happy place" and I can't wait for my next appointment. After 25 years in the Army my husband recently retired. I also have early onset osteoporosis. The disease is in an advanced stage and my body is constantly in severe pain. The hard years as an Army wife and this disease have made me look 15 years older than my 53 years. I had been to Dermatologists and Aesthitians several times in many parts of the country. They offered me very little help and thier prices made many treatments prohibitive. A neighbor, who just happens to be a Physicians Assistant, recommended I try Cape Fear Aesthectics and Dr. Dickerson. She had several cancer patients who had their skin, hair, and appearance ravaged due to chemotherapy and they raved about Dr. Dickerson and his team of Aesthicians. I was skeptical due to my pasts experiences with Aesthetics, but I made an appointment for a consultation. I am so happy that I made that first apointment. After every treatment, either with my Aesthician, Mallisa, or Dr. Dickerson, I look better and better. But the greatest benefit is how I feel! I can look in the mirror and not see a haggard woman looking older than my age looking back. I feel better about myself, and my old confidence is coming back. I can't wait for my next appointment because I know I will look and feel even better. The staff at Cape Fear Aethetics treat me like an old friend and I watch them treat other patients exactly the same way. My appointments with Malissa feel like chatting with a long time neighbor. At times I forget she is a very intelligent and knowledgeable Dermatology professional. Dr. Dickerson treats patients as real people, not just an illness with a number. He hugs his patients and I believe that he takes true pleasure in watching his patients look in the mirror and smile at themselves. He is a professional Dermatologist but he is really a Psychotherapist incognito. I don't understand some of the negative reviews regarding Cape Fear Aesthetics. Perhaps the people that presented the negative reviews are accustomed to the Beverly Hills type of Aesthetics where they give you champage and a foot massage while you wait and then charge you 1000.00 for a simple facial. But if you are in NC, and you want to look better and feel so much better about yourself GO SEE THE PROFESSIONALS AT CAPE FEAR AESTHETICS AND DR. DIKERSON!!
