Kabo does a wonderful job. Not to mention she is friendly and really cares about her work. However, the people answering the phones are the reason I will no longer be returning. I had an appointment scheduled. They canceled and said they would call the next day and reschedule. Cool things come up. However, no one called so the day after they were supposed to call me I called to reschedule. Someone took my information down and said someone would be giving me a call back that day to reschedule. That was over a month ago and you guessed it... I still haven't gotten that call. I don't believe it is the customers job to keep calling and asking for appointments only to be pushed off and forgotten.

I have been going here for years, at least five. I have been a very loyal customer, despite the many changes and turnover in staff. However, I recently had a bad experience with the front desk staff due to a cancelled appointment. Several months ago I got a call from them to cancel my appointment because Kabo was not there. It was the morning of my appointment. I waited about 6 weeks to reschedule, hoping all would blow over. I rescheduled, even though Kabo was not there any more, but unfortunately my work schedule intervened at the last minute and I had to cancel the night before. The next morning I got an insensitive call informing me that it is their policy to charge $25 for cancellations. I called to reschedule and asked about waiving the $25. I really don't give rat's ass about the money. People like to know they are valued as a customer - especially one who spends money on treatments and product at their spa, thus providing them with a job. The thing is, they did the very same thing to me 6 weeks earlier. It's not always easy to get time off when you are working. I own a company and I have a tight schedule. But, you know... stuff happens. You adjust. I think, policy or not, it is an inconsiderate way to treat a very loyal customer. I have cancelled my membership and now will find another spa equally as good. How stupid is it to turn away future revenue over a measly $25 policy? I was even going to have some minor work done by Dr. Blue. Oh well. Bad management is going to do them in... I do wish Kabo the best and hope wherever she is working now is great. Mirage is worse off for her not working there anymore. They have lost many good aestheticians.

It was my first time at the Mirage Spa and I absolutely loved it! The receptionist were prompt attentive informative and very friendly! Hana my aesthetician was amazing she's very experienced and knowledgeable! It was easy to see she takes her craft very seriously! The building was very neat and clean with a relaxing and tranquil ambiance! I received a microdermabrasion and a chemical peel and I was very satisfied with the results! My only disappointment was that the traditional "crystal" microdermabrasion was unavailable and I had to settle for the diamond tip. Other than that I truly enjoyed my first experience and the Mirage Spa and can't wait to return! O yea last but not least they were running an amazing Groupon special!!! Affordable and excellent service!!!

Finding a good doctor and a Medi Spa is not always that easy. I have found a gem located in Mooresville. I highly recommend going. The prices are reasonable. The staff is beyond amazing, very helpful and truly care about the patients. So far I have had three facials done and have seen amazing results. I continue to get compliments from complete strangers. That in itself tells me they’re doing a good job. I will continue to go as I am loving the results. I do not think I could have found a better place to go. I am very pleased with every visit and I look forward to my next one.

At Blue Plastic Surgery Center & Mirage Medi Spa I had a consultation for a breast augmentation and lift. Dr. Blue called in an office staff member before the evaluation went on and discussed with me my thoughts and plans. While we continued to discuss my thoughts and questions the woman stepped out of the room. Then he proceeded to have me stand and draw and size my breast to the proportion I was trying to describe to him. All of which was done without any supervision. He sounded very hesitate towards performing a surgery because he wanted to me wait till after having future children. He didn’t want me coming back unhappy with my results. I did not feel confident in what he was advising me of because he was hesitant, and didn’t make me feel confident in his practice. I will not be returning nor will I refer him or his practice to anyone I know.

the most professional and service oriented business i have encountered in nc. overwhelmingly obliging in every way. my first impression was setting the appointment over the phone with a "martin" who very willingly accomodated my every request due to my erratic work schedule. Jordan, the massage therapist, did a great job and the atmosphere in the room was very relaxing. The music and scents were very calming. I would say 5 stars but the receptionist was very unprofessional. I didn't catch her name between being hung up on or when I arrived because she was too busy repeating that I was late and it would cut into my time there. I had a work emergency to handle right before my appointment, a staff member was injured and I ended up being behind a few minutes. I understood that my time was going to be cut short. I told her that's fine and was prepared for a shorter appointment but she must have been having a bad day because she was very unprofessional. Her attitude and snarky comments took me back to the feeling of high school, not the professional environment I expected. Thankfully my massage was good and I was able to relax.

I recently had a facial at the Mirage Medispa, Which makes three facials I’ve received from this location. The first two facials I had were wonderful experiences. They were relaxing, thorough, and I walked away with clearer skin. The first one was just a regular facial and the second one was a facial with Microdermabrasion. My most recent appointment was also a facial with Microdermabrasion. However it was a very different experience from my past two facials. During my first two facials I received hand and arm massage, neck massage, and face massage. I did not get any of those at my most recent facial. My first two facials were extremely relaxing and this most recent one was not. He was initially going to leave the fluorescent light on during my treatment, but it was way too bright. The man who gave me my most recent facial was very kind and did what he did well, however I did not receive the services that I was expecting. At my most recent appointment, my vitals were taken even though I was not having any medical procedures done, which was not done at my previous two facials. He also was helping to train a new employee, so he explained each step of the process for the facial which made it hard for me to fully relax. Overall, my experience wasn’t bad, but was very different from the first two and it was not the quality that I expected for the price that I paid. I would recommend this place to anyone who wanted a facial, however I would make sure to clarify the nature of the appointment when setting it up.

I personally do not leave feedback most of the time but this one is really NOT a very good experience! I bought their Groupon promotion. Life is busy so when I found out the groupon is expiring I called immediately Wednesday to schedule the appointment. Olga the person that answer the phone is a Trainee so NOT REALLY SURE what she's doing so she have to call me back. Called me back few times and have to discuss some schedules and finally Thursday called me back to schedule me Friday then few minutes later called me again and re-scheduled me Saturday! Unfortunately, something came up an "EMERGENCY" and wasn't able to make it that day. Monday, I called and another person answered the phone. I asked if we can re-scheduled the appointment explained the situation since they already redeemed my Groupon and charge my credit card. She told me a whapping "NO" as it is their POLICY! Uhmm... Policy to not work with NEW CLIENT and take their MONEY? If this is how you deal with your clients I wouldn't even going to TRUST you my skin in ANYWAY! You can keep the $39 Groupon fee that you redeemed. And God knows how much are you charge my card! $39 may seem cheap but it certainly cost you 1. possible repeat client and 2. one star feedback in Google.

Went for a Groupon massage and they kept my credit card info on file. They schedule other appointments under your name. Even if you never speak with them or confirm an appointment, or they never even tell you about it, they will keep charging you $25 every time you miss one. The Dr is impossible to get ahold of and refuses to refund. This place is a terribly money grabbing scam. I will probably have to cancel my card now or take them to court.

I recently had a facial and chemical peel at Mirage Medi Spa. I was very surprised to find that a chemical peel at a medi spa is not the same kind you receive at a spa. My chemical peel was much stronger and produced much better results than any chemical peel I have ever had at a spa. If you are looking for real results, skip the spa and head to Mirage Medi Spa. You won't be disappointed.

I was seeing Kabo there for facials regularly and she was amazing! However, she is gone now and it seems like it has gone done hill. My most recent facial didn't come close to comparing and the office staff is a huge turn off. Not very friendly or helpful. They sell items on sale that expire within the month and don't tell you that when you purchase. I noticed when I got home and stopped back in but they refused to return. They suggested emailing the dr. Directly who never responded.
