What can I say. Lot's of Doctors to choose from in NYC, but Dr. Westreich is Top of that list. I had a very pleasurable experience working with the Dr. Westreich and his staff. I had rhinoplasty (deviated septum repair) last spring and just had my final follow up appt. Crystal, one of the office managers who helps you with the insurance was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the process. The office even worked with me on a a payment schedule that was convenient for me. Aussie the other office manager was also very sweet and helped accommodate my schedule. Overall, I can't say enough about the experience. It was seamless and easy considering the different appointments that had to be made and the scheduling of surgery. The office has state of the art system of showing you before and after pictures of the inside and outside of your nose, depending if you are getting an aesthetic fixes done as well. The doctor was great at explaining the procedure in simple terms and made me feel confident and comfortable before and after the surgery. I can't say enough about the results. I breathe better than ever; sleeping is a vast improvement and I notice it in almost everything I do. I was very surprised by the results and am disappointed I waited so long to have it done. DO IT!!!! Thanks very much to the office staff and Dr. Westreich for doing an awesome job. They also do all sorts of other procedures like laser and injections if you are interested in that sort of thing.

Dear Doctor Westreich, Sorry didn't write to you right a way, was extremely busy. But I didn't forgot about you,in fact, every morning when I wake up a look myself in the mirror I'm thinking about you and how grateful I'm to you. You gave me back my youth. I'm travelling a lot, really a lot, sometimes I can be in 3-4 countries in a week in different continent, sometimes I feel like I live in the plane. Obviously my skin not really happy about it,so , as soon as I landed usually I was going to see some skin care specialist , in order to try make my skin fresh. Not in France, not in Russia, I couldn't find anyone even close to your level of understanding skin and female beauty, you made me look young and beautiful. Since I came to your office for first time 3 years ago, I would rather wait for 3-6 months when I'll go to New York next time to visit you then go, to even the most famous of facial doctors in any other country. I had issues with one of my nose cavities for a while. I chose to ignore this fact for many years. It got progressively worse until I couldn't breathe through one of my nostrils. My doctor told me I had a deviated septum and suggested seeing a plastic surgeon. After doing all kinds of research, I found dr. Westreich. The office is super friendly and the doctor is excellent. We went over all the options in detail and they really did a great job in making me feel comfortable with the procedure. Turns out that I had broken my nose at some point (probably about 20 years or so prior), so the bone and septum had to be fixed. The office worked with me to get as much covered by insurance as possible. The results are fantastic. I can breathe perfectly now which is amazing. Although, I never paid much attention to it before, and aesthetics were not my priority, my nose is nice and straight now. It looks great and natural (not that fakey plastic look that some people have). If you've ever even considered some kind of enhancement surgery or have trouble breathing, go see dr. Westreich. He is awesome and not pushy at all.

Dr. Richard Westreich is by far the best doctor. His staff is extremely courteous and experienced. Dr. Westreich had the difficult task of completing a revision rhinoplasty which is a daunting task for any surgeon. By using his own techniques he was able to successfully complete the revision through a "closed" rhinoplasty. I healed very quickly, with minimal bruising and was back to my regular self within 3 weeks. The best part of the whole surgery was that he was able to achieve our goals. I was extremely nervous as I just wanted to tweak a few imperfections, I was not looking to change who I was. He was able to achieve this in such a manner that I don't think anyone even noticed I underwent surgery. I finally feel extremely confident with my appearance and owe it all to him and his expertise. Dr. Westreich is also a great person. He has great bedside manner, is personable and thoroughly follows up with his patients. It is evident that not only is he talented with his skill he also has a passion for what he does treating each patient with an individualized approach and following up with questions and concerns until all is understood and addressed. I have referred countless friends throughout the years and each person is grateful for the referral. I continue to see him for cosmetic procedures and highly recommend him and his team.

I could tell from my very first appointment with Dr. Richard Westreich that he genuinely cared about his patients in and out of the office. I went to him because I had a deviated septum and I suffered from chronic sinusitis as a teenager; Dr. Westreich is one of few surgeons who is board certified in both cosmetic plastic surgery and in surgical procedures related to ear, nose, and throat and was able to provide honest medical recommendations in both domains. The actual surgery took a little more time than expected because Dr. Westreich wanted to ensure the best results possible because my case was a little more difficult, but the pain post surgery was completely gone within two weeks and I saw drastic improvements of my results even as little as one month post surgery. I had no second doubts whatsoever choosing Dr. Westreich as my surgeon and I am most thankful for the significant improvement in the quality of my life since the procedure, both functionally and aesthetically. Dr. Westreich made a daunting treatment plan and process completely manageable and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming. From the time I walked into his office until the time I left, I felt comfortable and at ease. I am considering further treatment options in the future and give him my highest recommendations as a facial plastic surgeon.

Dr. Westreich is an incredible doctor and surgeon. He will give you his professional opinion and he will listen to what you have to say. Very patient and kind and extremely gentle. Any discomfort I felt after surgery he would answer my calls immediately and walk me through my pain. I can not stress enough how important this is to me in a doctor! If you can not manage pain very well he is the doctor for you. At my post-op appointment he would stop if I felt any pain and was super patient. Not only is he a good doctor in terms of making the patient feel at ease, he is an incredible surgeon! The work he has done on my rhinoplasty is everything I wanted. I did not want my nose to look like it had any work done, I just wanted to reduce the size in certain areas. He really listened to everything I wanted. He did not give me an obvious nose, he gave me one that suited my face and highlighted the rest of my features. Overall I would recommend him to anyone. Great experience and beautiful outcome.

Went to several different doctors and Dr. Westreich was the first doctor I really felt comfortable doing the procedure with. I had an ongoing issue with my nose for over a year and it might have been too late to do anything about it as the success rate was that point was low. Luckily he recommended a method that would involve using the cartilage in my ear that no doctor even mentioned beforehand, 8 months post surgery all is well and there are no complications. I can breathe normally again and haven’t had a nosebleed since. His staff is super warm and friendly and he is a fantastic doctor, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommended and I will go to no one else for my nasal problems unless it’s him.

I had a septorhinoplasty done two weeks ago. I had a broken nose with a protruding bump. I must tell you that it was such a smooth journey. From the moment I stepped into the office, I was greeted by a friendly and upbeat staff. You can immediately tell that this office holds itself to very high expectations. Ossy filled out all my paperwork in such a timely manner that when I called my insurance company to see what needed to be done, they told me everything was taken care of. The health insurance representative even said how surprised she was of how ‘detailed’ and ‘timely’ the insurance forms were. When I went to call the hospital they even said that the surgeon’s office I picked is ‘extremely organized.’ This alone speaks volumes and made my septorhinoplasy journey as stress-free as possible. Dr. Richard Westreich is extremely personable, humble, easy to talk to, and accommodating. I visited other surgeons before Dr. Westreich, but I was turned off by either their cavalier attitude or their after photos. I feel like a lot of rhinoplasty surgeons give women a typical Disney princess nose. I did not want this for myself because I felt it was your typical ‘cookie-cutter’ nose that in the end showed the world that you had a rhinoplasty. Dr. Westreich respected my wishes. He gave me a very natural and subtle look. I am so happy I went forward with this procedure with Dr. Westreich. I wholeheartedly recommend him to my family and my friends. I will definitely visit him for future procedures. Dr. Westreich and his wonderful staff have my complete trust.

This is a terrible office with a terrible attitude. The one goal and only goal is to squeeze every dollar from the patient . When I resisted the office staff was very upset that they could not take advantage of me . When you start asking details and ask to show you details then they realize that their marketing tricks are not working . All those positive feedbacks at my opinion are self created and can not be trusted. Special attention when dealing with the office manager Crystal King and at my opinion is the worst trick master and faker. Stay away from this doctor before he will screw you . To the Doctor’s reply. Wake up ! When your office refunded any money ? Never ! If the office realize that their marketing tricks are not working and patient is educated they come up with more fantastic stories and use their job as a way to cure their incompetence and unhappiness . I spoke with the doctor himself he is also the apple from the same tree.

I got Laser hair removal with Allison here and she was GREAT. I was going to a different location for a few months,but honestly wasn’t happy with the results. Even the laser they used was different. She was so friendly and warm so I felt super comfortable especially because i felt like i was “cheating” on my spot. Welp, I’m definitely not cheating because I will be finishing all my sessions with her and even start my underarms. If anyone is nervous about getting I️t done, trust me there’s nothing to worry about. It’s pain free and, she will ask you on a scale from 1-10 on the pain level, if it’s not tolerable she will adjust the setting so it’s perfect for you. Dr.Westreich is so amazingly talented beyond belief. I was very reluctant to have septic rhino plasty but I really was unhappy with the look and issues with my breathing. I couldn't have imagined a more perfect result, but the results are way better than I ever expected and I'm so glad he was my doctor, his skills are truly unmatched no one can ever tell I did anything surgical to my nose which is astonishing, it just looks perfectly balanced and matched with my face and completely natural which takes profound skills to accomplish and Dr.Westriech is honestly a master. He is absolutely amazing! I just had my rhinoplasty done with Dr. Westreich. Not only did I have a deviated septum but also needed a lot of other stuff done like tip refinement, shave my bone, more symmetry. Starting from his office staff and his bedside manner, this Dr is nothing but absolutely amazing!!!! He did my nose to perfection. Literally perfected it. Dr. Westreich is an absolute artist! 2 years ago I broke my nose, and Dr. Westreich did a stunning job re-aligning it (just 6 months before my wedding). 4 weeks ago I went to him for cosmetic nose work, and I am absolutely in love with the results!!! He is honest, kind and incredibly talented! He personally called me after surgery to check in, and emailed me when I returned to work to make sure I was ok (since I work with aggressive children). I also get lip filler with him and he is an absolute perfectionist, even my swelling is perfectly symmetrical! Dr. Westreich was referred to me by one of my best friends, who had a perfect revision surgery herself (by Westreich), so I thought I would give him a try. Dr. Westreich was nice, and extremely knowledgable and honest about my expectations of the surgery. His office is beautiful, the staff is lovely, and I would refer him to anyone! Dr. Westreich has performed several procedures for me. He removed sagging skin under my chin - sedated surgery. Surgical procedure worked perfectly with quick recovery and healing. Second procedure was Fractora and Morpheus (both non-surgical) to remove neck and lower jaw lines. Lines were severe and mostly disappeared - both procedures painless with no recovery period. Third procedure was BodyTite with Morpheus to remove sagging under my upper arms. Numbing for BodyTite helped alleviate pain - no down time after both procedures. Sagging under the upper arms is dramatically better and overall look shapely. I have recommended Dr. Westreich and his practice to friends.
