This office is running a scam. They made me pay out of pocket upfront for my eyelid procedure (telling me that they'd submit to insurance to see if it could be covered after the fact) even though my insurance was in network and would have covered everything. It's been over 6 months and I only received my insurance money from them after telling them I was filing a complaint with the Dept of Health. They submitted incorrect information to my insurance company multiple times (incomplete claims and incorrect addresses) with the hope of not having to pay me back. I can’t imagine how many people they pull this scam on.

He made my eyelid work properly with a surgical procedure after months of suffering with a failed surgery by a different surgeon to correct a problem called entropion. Dr. Rand Rogers is, quite simply, one of the finest and most professional physicians I have ever had the good fortune to encounter. I had a chronic eye lash condition for several years that appeared to have no end. I was referred to Dr. Rodgers and he offered four possible treatments, presenting the advantages and disadvantages of each. He recommended one and I agreed. He was so right, and I am effectively cured. In addition to his very impressive medical skill, Dr. Rodgers is very calm, pleasant, personable and supportive.
