THE BEST PLASTIC SURGEON! Dr. Rowe and his staff are amazing, accommodating, caring and comforting. I had consultations with many surgeons for a breast reduction prior and none of them made me feel as confident and secure about the operation as Dr. Rowe did. He educated me on my options and made sure I was going to get what I ultimately wanted. Post surgery, the staff was always available if I had any concerns no matter what time it was and follow up appointments were very hospitable. After many years of being unhappy with my breast and all the back and neck problems that come associated with having large breast I decided I wanted to have a breast reduction, I spend an entire month researching for the right surgeon and going on consultations trying to find the right one until I met Dr Rowe and his amazing knowledgeable staff MIA, Katie, Cynthia and Melissa... I went there with so many questions like I had for the others and its like Dr Rowe was reading my mind ...1st consultation with such a warm heart he took the time to explain every detail of the surgery and recovery process!! I was convinced he was the one!! I had my surgery 3 months ago and have I mentioned the great bedside manners he's team had!??? I had such a pleasant experience went from a 36DDD To a 34C and couldn't be happier with the results .. My experience at Dr. Rowe's office was a wonderful one. The office is clean, smells fresh, vibrant and very welcoming. The staff is very friendly and will answer any question you have. I had broken my nose playing basketball and it was effecting my breathing as well as causing me to have nose bleeds and headaches. Dr. Rowe told me I had a deviated septum and that I would be able to sleep better at night after the procedure. He is so friendly and you can tell he loves what he does and that he cares about his patients. I am finally happy with my nose because it looked very ugly from the break. Dr. Rowe is tops for a lot of different reasons--he's patient, has a great "bedside manner," gives the patients several options when it comes to many procedures, has a good eye for natural looks (all his clients that I have met do not look like they have had work done) and has a wonderful staff. You never feel rushed here like you do at other offices. Dr. Rowe has a tremendous amount of options for both face and body if you do not want to "go under the knife"--they include fillers and lasers. If you are looking for an out of network doctor and doctors office that will do right by you, this is the furthest place. If you are paying out of pocket for a prosedure and money isn't an issue then fine but if you plan to submit anything to your own insurance, beware. I have been battling for 3 months to get my claims submitted and finally when they were, they submitted the claim for 20k instead of 3k which is what the prosedure cost. I can't get my full reimbursement from my insurance and no matter how many times I called the office to get it straightened out they just basically said they are working on it and blew me off. I'm a fireman so I'm not made of money the 3k sitting in my credit cards affect me. They acted as if they would take care of everything (as they burst open the door of the operating room just to make me pull out my card to pay them as I was half naked in a chair waiting to be prepped). They were so on top of making sure they got paid and didn't do right by me when it was time to have my claim submitted. Still dealing with the wrong charges and prosedure codes with my insurance. Honestly I had two area with stitches. One looks flawless but the other months later I still have a bump and some slight tenderness. I don't know if maybe my prosedure wasn't expensive enough to them to care but I don't think I got a fair shake from them. I am not the type of person to write a review either. Take it as you may. Doctor Rowe seemed like a nice guy btw this isn't really directed at him. Mostly his staff.

Stay away! This dr does poor job on your face with fillers if your not rich or famous. He overcharged me a few thousand dollars and spent 5 minutes with me pushing a ball of filler in my face in the wrong area without taking the time to personalize my care. Beautiful office but bad care! Buyer beware! Bad decision on my part and based my decision on raving reviews. I hope I can help at least one person to move past this dr.

After extensive research, due diligence and then meeting with 6+ highly rated plastic surgeons in nyc and Greenwich, Ct, I knew that Dr Rowe was the right choice to perform my hernia repairs, tummy tuck and breast reduction. He was one of the only plastic surgeons who performed a lollipop incision rather than the full anchor for the breast reduction. His office staff is amazing and handles all insurance claims and nursing needs post op if needed. The nurses were unbelievable as well. When i finally decided to do a breast reduction, I did my research and found Dr Rowe's website. I was impressed that he was board certified and that his page had some pictures to compare. My family and I were impressed so I took the time to go for a consultation. First impressions are everything and believe it or not I was impressed. Some medical facilities just look at you as the next patient. The ladies were very comforting and helpful. Whatever I needed Mia was there for me. I can say she works hard at what she does and she actually cares. My consultation with Dr. Rowe was nerve wrecking but he truly is the nicest person.He answered all my questions and he even gave me information that I didn't even think to ask. After the first consultation I already decided he was gonna be my doctor!! I made up my mind. The day of my surgery which was 6-27-13 , the staff was comforting and helpful. Breast Reduction is no walk in the park but It really isn't as painful as it may seem. The RN and Mia were attentive and always checking on me, which I found awesome! Even after having a little scare Mia and Helena helped me! Dr. Rowe was in contact with the Doctor and with me. I mean overall Dr Rowe and his staff is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to do any procedures. I assure you that they will take care of you. :)

I have suffered from back and neck pain for years. I found Dr Rowe through a friend who saw him for a consult and I said I’d do a consult as well. When I walked into the office the front desk was so helpful. Made me and my daughter; whom is only 7 and was sick at the time, feel comfortable. I filled out the paper work and was brought back into an exam room. I met with the doctors PA whom was really sweet. Then I met with the doctor himself who kept it real with me. Told me the pros and cons to doing the procedure. I told him my ideal size I was looking to go to and he said he could do it. His staff helped me get all that was needed to so I could get. Approved by insurance. I had my surgery yesterday (5.14.19) and today I (5.15.19 ) I woke up feeling a difference in my back already. I did my follow up and got to look at my break and they look amazing. Even though I know they are still swollen I am happy with everything. I recently received breast reduction surgery from Dr. Norman Rowe . From the consultation to the healing process my entire experience has been life changing to say the very least. I will be 31 this week and my large chest has caused me physical pain for quite sometime, not to mention being small framed with large breasts was quite challenging to find proper fitting clothing. I would always look at clothing and before I would plan an outfit I would have to plan the various bras and tank tops I would have to wear underneath. This is something I have been researching since I was about 17 years of age. With that being said I've been on multiple consultations with plastic surgeons and Dr. Rowe with out a doubt went above and beyond spending over an hour with me discussing the surgery procedure and thoroughly answers all my questions. Mia, Elizabeth and Simone also went above and beyond being so warm, kind and tentative. What makes the whole experience even better is the beautiful proportionate new breasts, NO sensitivity loss, minimal scaring and the huge weight lifted off my chest, neck and back. Dr. Rowe and his staff are incredible. From the moment I stepped into the office, I knew I made the right choice. I suffered for years with severe neck and back pain that hindered me from doing the most basic task. After my consultation, no one pressured me into doing anything, and when I decided to do the surgery he took good care of me and gave me exactly what I envisioned I should look like. The day after my surgery I had my appointment to see if everything was going well and the first thing Elizabeth (PA) did when she saw me was give me a nice big hug (something you rarely see these days) and told me how great I did during surgery. My mom bragged about her for days because of how supportive she was with my mom and was kind enough to give her updates while I was under anesthesia. My recovery process went better than expected, because the nurses, PAs, and front desk coordinators (Simmone) are all patient and will go above and beyond for you. I highly recommend consulting with Dr. Rowe, he was professional, highly knowledgeable, and his office is immaculate.

I had a breast augmentation under Dr. Rowe’s care in April of this year. Not only am I beyond thrilled with the results but my entire experience was excellent. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the office is spacious and clean. At my consult, Dr. Rowe sat down with me and explained everything in length. He answered all my questions and I left feeling confident with my decision, which is saying a lot because I’m a very indecisive person. With that said, I came back to the office to try on different implant sizes multiple times and everyone was so patient with me, especially Mia, Megan, and Elizabeth who helped me take comparison photos and gave me real unsolicited advice, and Simone and Lisa who worked around my schedule for all of my appointments. 1 year post op of anchor incision breast reduction- so happy with the results. I went from an E to a DD (doesn’t sound like a lot, but it def was) and it was so worth it. This office was spectacular- super friendly and accommodating for everything (especially insurance-because we all know that is a big part of it). I would recommend getting a breast reduction for anyone who has ever thought about it AND go with Dr. Rowe. You don’t see him again after the surgery, but’s it’s ok because the women in that office make up for it. Shout out to Elizabeth, the PA and Simone for always making me feel welcomed and cared for each post-visit!

I was referred to Dr. Rowe by a friend who has done a breast procedure with the doctor and was ecstatic about her results. I always wanted to do breast implants, however always feared the process of finding the right doctor. So, I finally decided to pursue it. The minute I came into the office I was greeted by an extremely friendly staff and management. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and at ease. During my TWO hour consultation, I knew that he was the one! Not only was Dr. Rowe very knowledgeable, thorough, incredibly informative but also very honest. He recommended the procedure that catered just for me! He spent as much time as I needed and answered all of my redundant questions. After another visit I was sold. In fact I was so excited I couldn't wait to do it. The surgery and recovery process was much easier than I expected. In fact it was just what Dr. Rowe said it would be. Surgery was amazingly quick, I was at the center at 6am and out at 10:30am. Dr. Rowe and his staff were there every step of the way and made me feel more relaxed and comfortable, as I was extremely nervous. I was back to work in four days. A week later, I am completely pain free and my breasts look amazing!!!! I feel amazing! IIt is exactly what I wanted and more. Dr. Rowe is truly an incredible doctor! I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Norman Rowe's office. Everyone from the front desk staff (Simone and the other young ladies), to the nurses, to the actual Doctor himself are absolutely amazing. At first I was nervous about having the breast reduction surgery but after going in for my initial consultation I was more than ready to schedule my surgery date. I am now 3 weeks post op and even though I still experience some soreness I couldn't be happier with my decision. I must say that words can’t even how amazing Dr Rowe and his staff are. I specifically had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth and Dr. Rowe himself. I was a nervous mess before and after the surgery especially about the anesthesia and Elizabeth made me feel so at ease and “not crazy” the entire time. They were available for my thousand questions at all hours post op. I ran into a slight mild skin infection on only one of the incisions and Elizabeth FaceTimed me and guided my boyfriend on how to clean and rid it! (Infection was not they’re fault it can happen to anyone) but I must say if you are ever deciding to have a procedure done this is the place and these are the people !

Even when she went over things in my post op and being on pain killers I felt as I needed to be told again some instructions and I called her shortly after and she went over everything again for me and did it so nicely not making me feel like a burden in the slightest, she made me feel so confident. The scheduling process was seamless, all of the front desk staff make you feel so welcome every time you walk into the office. Can't say more positive things about Dr.Rowes office honestly as silly as it sounds they feel more like family to me now. Dr Rowe and his staff are incredible. I called the office on 5/13 and went in for a same day consultation. They got it approved by my insurance and my surgery date was 5/22. I ABSOLUTELY love this office. Dr. Pierce was my surgeon and he was so knowledgeable about my procedure.
