My experience was really disappointing. I have a very prominent scar I wanted to diminish without surgery using laser treatments. I specifically said I only really wanted the color to be less dark, I did not care so much about the texture. I was given one treatment option and was quoted a price for it that was excessively more than what I was seeing in my research online about the procedure. I negotiated and got it dropped drastically (about in half), so I moved forward with it. Next, I went through all of the laser treatments and saw absolutely no change in the color. In fact, more than one close friend asked if it had gotten darker. I noted this on the last day to the person doing my treatment. (She had been wonderful at least.) I was told that there was a different procedure available (that was much much cheaper by the way) that worked on color only and that my current treatment addressed the texture first. I spoke to Dr. Karlinsky about my dissatisfaction and she said I could add on the second treatment to start addressing the color. Well I had already been duped by them and wasted about $1200 in the process. No thank you. I had saved up to finally have a very prominent, embarrassing scar fixed even just a little bit and this is how New Look New Life treated me. No ethics or morals whatsoever I suppose, just looking to get as much money out of a patient as possible. After saving again the last few months, I've had a consultation at a different practice who quoted me a price very comparable to what I have seen and walked me through their various laser options, including one that only diminishes the color which is exactly what I want.

Dr. Victoria Karlinsky and her entire office are amazing! I was recommended by a friend who did her breast. Once my doctor mentioned her name I knew I had to go to her, it was fate. I wanted to have liposuction on my stubborn inner thighs and make my itty bitty A cup breast bigger. I scheduled my free consultation with Janette. She was so knowledgeable and walked me through the entire procedure. She made me feel so comfortable and put me right at ease. I expressed to her that I wanted more volume on my breasts and was scared of them looking fake and I wasn't excited about the of implants. Both her and Dr. Karlinsky mentioned another option which was fat transfer. I guess they saw my nerves because they advised me to wait and think through my options. I came back 1 month later after multiple conversations and chose to do liposuction of my lower tummy, flanks and inner thighs with fat grafting to my breast. Its been a year since my procedure and it is the best desision I ever made! I am now a full B and sometimes C (depending on the bra). Dr. Karlinsky and her staff still check on how I am doing and I constantly go back to her to get the ocassional Dysport and facial lasers. Nobody can ever tell I got work done since I still look like myself but with a better night sleep. She is beautiful inside and out and I call her my hidden angel.

Although Dr. Vega and her staff were very kind, I'm extremely unhappy with the results of my surgery. About a year and a half ago i had inverted nipple correction surgery and she made them extremely uneven. She made one much much larger than the other, which is clearly not what i wanted and i've had issues with the larger one ever since. When i first mentioned my concern of how one was much larger than the other to her after the surgery she told me it was just swollen and that it would go down, a year and a half later its exactly the same (much larger than the other one). Im uncomfortable all the time, having to constantly adjust myself because the larger one just doesn't feel right at all and I'm constantly aware of it. On top of that a very painful abscess formed on the larger nipple but she told me it couldn't possibly be from the surgery because its been almost a year since the procedure....However when i got a second opinion i was told it could still definitely be from the surgery....its been almost 7 months since the painful abscess formed and it STILL hasn't completely healed which has very much affected my comfortability and my everyday life. What Dr. Vega described as a simple straight forward procedure has turned into an extremely stressful year for me.

They were very informative about the procedure and answered any questions or concerns I had before AND after the procedure.
